19/11/2025: A (somewhat hidden) restaurant, tastefully decorated, simple yet homey. The food is excellent, including the saffron risotto and the meat (very tender fillet). The menu is simple yet offers a good variety of authentic ingredients, an experience I'd repeat with a vending machine. The service is quick and impeccable. Highly recommended!

16/09/2025: Totally hidden, and unless you're specifically looking for good restaurants off the beaten track, you wouldn't find it. Great service, good food, and the portions are absolutely enormous! Be sure to ask about the daily specials—they also had pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms. We'll be back!

11/11/2025: An institution in Magliano de' Marsi! For over 40 years, we've been going there for their excellent pastries (the classic ones with cream or chocolate are fantastic!), delicious coffee, and everything else. Try it and believe it!

The location is beautiful and elegant, housed in a former olive oil mill. The seafood and service are top-notch. We'll definitely be back to try the meat dishes. Highly recommended!

24/10/2025: A very warm welcome with a clear desire to share their cuisine. Squash flan and mini cabbage stew to start, then an assortment of meats and desserts, all very tasty, including a revisited Tiramisu to discover.

19/10/2025: Specializing in meat cooking, from arrosticini to premium cuts. I really liked the research that goes into every dish and ingredient, all selected according to a very specific criterion: customer satisfaction. Fillet arrosticini, usually hard to find in a restaurant, are available here. The Godot appetizer was thrilling, two courses that vary according to the seasonality of the products, but which are a sublime explosion of flavors. One of these was the pumpkin tart on a cheese fondue and balsamic reduction, with a crunchy note provided by the puffed Venere rice, a flavor explosion. The wine cellar was also interesting, well-stocked for interesting pairings with the dishes. The meat was also exceptional and cooked to perfection. A very positive experience.

24/09/2025: An excellent restaurant with a unique menu featuring dishes that reflect the traditions of Abruzzo and Molise, reinterpreted with a modern twist. The wine list is excellent. The desserts are delicious and unique, and well worth trying. The chef was very kind, even coming to the table at the end of the meal for a chat and offering us aperitifs. Recommended
