A simply perfect day. I was taken to this restaurant by restaurant friends, and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. We ate divinely, with carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and a truly rare quality. The ravioli? Probably the best I've ever eaten. Extraordinary. And the desserts... spectacular, beautiful to look at and even better to taste, something truly out of the ordinary. Special praise also goes to the owner and his wife: exquisite, welcoming, kind, and passionate about their work. You can sense love in every detail, from the cuisine to the hospitality. A place truly worth exploring, and one where I will return with great pleasure.

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and had a truly wonderful meal. The food was excellent and expertly prepared: world-class Morigadorij eggs, fantastic ravioli, and top-notch meat. Well done, well done! We ate well and in abundance, and our stomachs were easily digestible, which means the quality is superior. Well done to everyone, from the lady in the kitchen to the staff in the dining room and the owner. If they could make more use of the outdoor space, with that beautiful view, it would be even more perfect. We'll be back with our friends. Highly recommended!

My recent experience at Il Parco del Voltigno was, without hesitation, top-notch in every respect relevant to quality dining. The quality of the dishes is excellent: authentic raw ingredients, prepared with skill and respect, deliver full, clean, and never artificial flavors. Here, you won't find a forced reinterpretation of tradition, but its most authentic expression: you'll be eating authentic Abruzzo, home-cooked, substantial, and sincere, rooted in the local gastronomic culture. The extraordinarily generous portions are another strong point, especially considering the surprisingly competitive price, hard to find elsewhere for the same overall quality. It's a no-compromise offering: it fully satisfies both the palate and the customer's sense of fairness. Special recognition goes to the owner, Sandro, a central and essential figure in the experience. Sandro doesn't just manage the restaurant: he's present, attentive, and involved in the service and in taking care of every operational and human detail. The dedication and intensity with which he conducts his business evoke a leader more than a simple restaurateur, capable of infusing a clear and coherent vision into everything that happens in his restaurant. If I were to define "restaurant" today in the fullest, most textbook sense of the term—authentic cuisine, hospitality, substance, identity, and passion—the reference would inevitably be this place. From now on, for me, the very concept of restaurant passes through Il Parco del Voltigno.
