17/03/2024: We booked at 10.30pm for a dinner at Matsu Bitonto (specifically because Matsu Bari is spectacularly elegant and refined and what you pay is returned to you in terms of environment, service and food quality due to lack of space we found ourselves here) where we were asked to be extremely punctual and then made us wait outside the restaurant standing for more than half an hour together with other people who we seated in order of arrival, trying to free up the tables inside as quickly as possible (we heard complaints of tables being forced to stand up) . Seated at 11.15pm terrible service due to the rush to close the place they made us have dinner within 30 minutes 'all you can eat' style which brings you 7 dishes all together on the table without a logical order and not allowing you to have a quiet dinner, before the drinks arrived...a huge chaos of people seemed to be in a pizzeria with a disproportionate number of people compared to the place, with unrelaxing electronic music...quality of the food? Well it's definitely not the same as Matsu Bari, heavy, sticky rice and non-existent flavours. Well, if you have to dine in Bitonto with the high bill we paid and be served hastily without attention, go to the 'all you can eat' because we're just not there in terms of quality-price!

10/03/2024: What can I say: delicious and very fresh fish!! The menu is so varied that you have to come back to try other dishes!

25/03/2024: Excellent quality, wide choice of special dishes. The super friendly owner offered us coffee and bitters after the bill. Super recommended!

15/03/2024: Excellent environment, excellent food but truly unpleasant and grumpy service. As soon as I asked for an encore of the nigiri they snorted and attacked me with words.

27/03/2024: Eating while feeling cold is a truly bad experience. Mediocre food and service to be overlooked. Forgotten commands despite using pad. I would say avoid or try again in the summer.

04/03/2024: It's not a real all you can eat. Many dishes can only be ordered once. Sashimi practically doesn't exist, only carpaccio and seasoned with soy sauce and something similar to vinegar which flattens the flavor of the fish. The staff is courteous. I advise you to thoroughly review the menu, there is a lot of competition, get busy.

02/03/2024: The food sucks, the fish is not fresh. The very bad service, the waiters do not speak or understand Italian. The environment was nice, but they put us next to the bathroom and it smelled bad. The lady at the checkout was unpleasant, grumpy and wanted to steal the money. Terrible day!!!

20/03/2024: Unfortunately this place has lost everything it had built over the years. I have been a loyal customer for years, especially when they created the vegan menu. After a good start came the decline... I wanted to give it another chance, as a vegan, after some time. A disappointment, a disaster. It's money spent, make the sushi at home and do it first. It's a shame, because I leave a piece of my heart. I would like to tell the owners to renovate the place, the quality of the cuisine and the menu. Loyal customers will return, and new ones will be added. But if you continue like this....
