Hagakure is always a guarantee! The nigiri are incredibly fresh, and you can taste the quality of the fish from the first bite. The rolls are also truly delicious, with balanced flavors and meticulously prepared. Don't just stop at the sushi: the dishes are also worth trying, equally thoughtful and delicious. A guarantee! I go back often, it's one of the go-to sushi spots in the area. Kindness and professionalism come first. Attention and customer care are top notch. Excellent quality. And last but not least, the dessert menu is truly top-notch.

The food quality is excellent, but I can't say the same about the service... an hour wait, little attention to my allergies (when the plate of rolls arrived, they couldn't tell me which rolls to avoid). For the amount we paid, the service should have been excellent and punctual.
