31/03/2024: Ieri ci siamo imbattuti in una spiacevole situazione. Una portata è stata servita con semi di zucca che noi ritenevamo commestibile, tale da farli mangiare a una bambina di 2 anni. In realtà lo era se non fosse che la responsabile di sala, ci ha comunicato che questi semi erano di abbellimento e utilizzati in diverse portate tra i vari tavoli. In quel momento cala il gelo sulle condizioni igieniche non cui vengono serviti i piatti. Mi aspettavo un trattamento e una cura igienica superiore per lo standard che vanta di avere. Nel complesso cibo di qualità ottima ma sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

26/03/2024: Dalle stelle alle stalle è un’attimo! !!! Mancavo da 3 anni e purtroppo ho trovato una brutta sorpresa, la qualità è crollata davvero ed ho pagato anche troppo, davvero tanto !!! Premetto che amo il salmone e non ho mai mangiato uno così brutto ( spero davvero sia capitato solo quel giorno ) brutto il colore e molto grasso di qualità, le portate di anni fa sono davvero solo un bellissimo ricordo. Peccato davvero non credo ci tornerò più . Ps. Non condivido cenare e pagare con il perché in un locale con musica a palla che non permette di poter parlare al tavolo senza gridare, la cena dovrebbe essere un piacere e non uno stress !!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. No Japanese restaurant can compare!

02/04/2024: Punctual and welcoming service. In some Asian food places when you order it doesn't mean that everything will arrive, but we received everything quickly and on time. Smiling and attentive staff. Excellent and high quality food. We will definitely be back!

02/04/2024: Clean environment and great price. But the quality, unfortunately, wasn't that great. The tuna was not good. I think the quality has dropped over time because it was better before.

We were at the chef's table and also had the opportunity to have a chat with the chef, a very kind, helpful and well-prepared person. The only flaw was the time at which we sat down, well after the booking time. All in all a nice experience, we will return. High prices, but justified by the quality.

15/02/2024: il miglior sushi senza ombra di dubbio sul territorio Palese e Santo Spirito. Si paga bene tutta qualità, pesce fresco e impeccabile, bello da vedere e da gustare. Ormai cliente da quando ha aperto la prima sede a Palese, e mai smetterò di esserlo.

15/02/2024: La qualità e la cortesia sono decisamente i punti di forza. Il personale è attento ad eventuali allergie e pronti ad andare incontro al cliente. Consiglio tutte le box, ben assortite e ottime.

31/03/2024: Locato in una posizione ottima, il ristorante si presenta molto ampio e ben arredato, con diverse tipologie di sedute, quelle classiche, quelle scavate in stile giapponese, e quelle più riservate circondate da divisori per creare un ambiente più intimo. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era molto educato e cortese, servizio molto rapido, è arrivato tutto in meno di 20 minuti, ma la qualità dei piatti a mio parere era mediocre. Mi sono fatta illudere da un menu ben organizzato con raffigurazioni di piatti che non rispecchiavano minimamente la realtà. Il riso era freddo e stantio, probabilmente cotto da ore e lasciato a se stesso. Stessa cosa per la frittura, sia la cipolla che la tempura erano molli e umide, non c’era minimamente quella croccantezza che è sentore di cibo fresco appena cucinato. Il roll alla stracciatella era veramente triste, presentato malissimo con un pomodoro tagliato a fette e buttato sopra; il chizu roll sapeva a malapena di formaggio e la salsa habanero era letteralmente inesistente; il tokyo saudade della piccantezza del salmone non aveva neanche il sentore. Basta confrontare le mie foto con le raffigurazioni del menu per capire il divario con la realtà. L’unica cosa che ho trovato buona erano i gyoza alla piastra e i tacos al salmone, tutto il resto lo avrei lasciato se solo non si pagasse la penale. Insieme al prezzo del menu ayce nel weekend consiglio di aumentare anche la qualità. Non tornerei ne lo consiglierei.

18/03/2024: Avevo prenotato per il 4 marzo a pranzo dal loro sito web. Arriviamo e il posto era chiuso e nessuno aveva avuto l’accortezza di avvisare, era il pranzo del mio compleanno e sono rimasta delusa. Sinceramente è la prima volta che mi capita, sicuramente non tenterò una seconda volta.
