Presenting false orders to our table, only for me to explain to them twice that it's the wrong table. Server then reaches over me to put it on another table? without apology. I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. I thought the price was too good to be true and it seems that it is. Shame.

The quality of the dishes was good, using quality ingredients. The atmosphere is comfortable, with a wabi-sabi vibe and clean lines typical of Japanese culture and art.

19/08/2025: Second time at Ichikawa for the master's omakase, and once again it did not disappoint. A complete, refined, and relaxed experience: more than just a dinner, it was a true experience. Memorable dishes like the wagyu shabu-shabu, the belly sashimi, and the various pieces of sushi served directly by the master's hands. The service was perfectly timed, and the owner was able to guide you throughout the dinner with warmth and great expertise. The price was in line with excellent standards. Try it, you won't regret it.

09/08/2025: I took my wife for our wedding anniversary. I had a tasting at the bar and a unique sake. Everything was perfect, delicious, and plentiful. You pay, but for once, you leave having had a real experience. Plus, the chef and the partner made us feel special. We toasted together, and they prepared a birthday platter for us.

01/08/2025: This is a lovely little place, very welcoming inside. The food is carefully crafted and faithful to the flavors of traditional dishes. The staff is very kind and attentive with table service. We preferred to dine outside to enjoy the evening outdoors. The prices were average. The beers were good. I'll definitely be back.

25/09/2025: Impeccable venue and amazing food. We went for our anniversary and they treated us with kid gloves. Be wary of what others say. The owner is certainly a bit blunt; you might not like him, but you can tell he cares about his food and is very passionate about it.

In a refined, elegant, and relaxing setting, the owner not only welcomed us with professionalism and warmth, but also immediately conveyed his evident experience and passion for Japanese cuisine. Given this background, it was impossible to be disappointed by the rich Sosaku tasting menu, characterized by experimentation and innovative flavor combinations: a wonderful journey where I finally tasted the unmistakable flavor of fresh, authentic, and wholesome fish, which I had long longed for. The highest quality, great respect for seasonality and all the ingredients chosen, a price in line with the offerings, and the feeling of having found a place respectful of Japanese culinary tradition completed the experience. Highly recommended, and congratulations again!
