16/07/2025: The ramen was very good, the prices were fair for the quality and location, the staff were super welcoming and helpful, well done!

11/07/2025: The service and atmosphere is great. But the ramen could be better. We had the King Tonkotsu and Veggy Local Ramen. Veggy local ramen: While the bowl was generous in toppings, they didn’t come together harmoniously. Most ingredients sat in the bowl without really building on each other. While the yuzu-shoyu-spice concept is interesting, execution could be better. King Tonkotsu: Soup is too thin and noodles too limp. Chashu was not bad but the marinated egg was too salty.

18/04/2025: I went to at least a dozen different all-you-can-eat sushi places here in Milan and the area, but this was without a doubt my best experience to date. Fish with above average quality, many options with tuna for dinner, well cooked and balanced rice, without just tasting like vinegar. Excellent sushi size in the formula, perfect hosomaki. Fried calamari are delicious and soft. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

16/05/2025: I have been to this restaurant a couple of times to eat on site while other times I ordered at home. The dishes are many and good, tasty and delicious. The service depends on who happens to be there, I admit that one waiter is not very friendly. Other waitresses on the other hand are very nice and kind. The space if you are a couple is right but if you are already 5 or with small children it is a bit complicated but still doable. Prices, I have always eaten at lunch time on site, and they are good.

06/07/2025: The sushi is really good, fresh and well prepared. A real pleasure for the palate! The only complaint is that at lunch the variety of choice is a bit limited compared to the evening. Overall, a very positive experience for lovers of good sushi. Finally, they also accept Edenred tickets on weekends.

18/07/2025: We saw a place online and decided to try it with my wife. We had a bowl of cirashi with salmon and salmon roe (very little). A mix of nigiri with unusual fish, including mackerel, amberjack, cuttlefish, and an Atlantic clam (very hard and difficult to chew). The offered miso soup was good. To finish, a bowl of katsu-don was delicious. We had to ask for the inside table to be cleaned because it was dirty as soon as we sat down. The staff were friendly, but no one was Japanese.

10/07/2025: Premesso che adoro la cucina giapponese, devo dire che la qualità e la preparazione dei piatti tradizionali è molto curata e gli ingredienti di grande gusto! Prezzo non economico, ma in linea con la cortesia e la qualità generale.

24/06/2025: As always the youke does not disappoint. I spent a couple of months (pre-covid) staying in front of this restaurant and it had become a regular stop. Every now and then I go back out of nostalgia and it remains one of the best all you can eat in Milan. Right portions, fresh and quality ingredients, friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw is that it is very small and there are few seats, personally I have never found it too crowded but I have always gone midweek. Midweek dinner €21.90 each. Drinks clearly excluded.

23/06/2025: Nice place that develops more vertically than horizontally and therefore gives a nice sense of privacy, Really fantastic service even if at a table of 12 the waiters never got the wrong person to take the orders and the food itself is really fantastic and with a great variety. If I really have to find a flaw, there are only two types of onigiri and both are slightly spicy; (I don't eat spicy but I still managed to enjoy it, however I would add a non-spicy version).

01/06/2025: I recently visited Hiro Chinese Restaurant and my experience was a mixed one. The food was okay, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The fried sushi arrived cold, which negatively impacted my experience. Also, the sushi rice tended to fall apart when it came into contact with the soy sauce, making it difficult to fully enjoy it. However, despite these issues, there were some positives and overall it wasn't a completely bad experience. Hopefully they can improve in the future!

Here you can breathe in the real Japan, the one made of authentic flavors, respect for raw materials and attention to detail. The menu is well-curated, never banal: each dish is prepared with technique, passion and a pinch of personality that makes the experience unique. And speaking of personality... it's impossible not to mention the owner: eccentric, direct, perhaps a little over the top - but incredibly passionate. His love for Japanese cuisine can be felt in every word and in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. It's one of those places where you don't just come to eat, but to live an experience. Recommended for those looking for authenticity, quality and who aren't afraid of meeting a restaurateur with a lot, a lot of character.

26/05/2025: Dopo una bellissima giornata in giro per Milano, andiamo a cena in questo tipico ristorante giapponese e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il titolare persona carismatica e simpatica, praticamente abbiamo passato una serata insieme a lui a chiacchierare di cibo, vino e altro perché eravamo solo noi nel ristorante, esperienza molto piacevole. Michele ci ha spiegato la filosofia del locale e della cucina, l'essere il più vicino alla vera cucina giapponese, bypassando tutte le mode anche a costo di rinunciare a qualche cliente. Il menù degustazione che abbiamo provato è stato veramente ottimo, ci è piaciuto tutto, piatti abbondanti, saporiti e gustosi, il pesce è freschissimo, qualità altissima.
