17/07/2024: Let me start by saying that I arrived here with high expectations, because I had wanted to try eating hotpot for several years now. Once you enter you immediately have a good impression, the place is well furnished and well kept. We sit down and we are asked if we knew how it worked, since it was the first time we answer no, and then we are simply explained that essentially you can put up to 3 different broths in the middle of the table and that for each person who wants to use the sauces they are €3.50, with no limits on use. All excited we order, I'll start by saying that there were 4 of us with two vegetarian people... The broth and the ordered dishes were brought to us very quickly. Here the problems begin, having specified as soon as we sat down that for us it was the first time a little more explanations and "accompanying" on the cooking methods, the sauces and perhaps some advice wouldn't have gone amiss, far from it. Unfortunately it didn't end there... we ordered squid and cuttlefish, tried to cook them in every way, lightly seared, cooked "longer" there was no way... They always remained very hard, inedible, clearly not fresh. We pointed this out to the waiter who, after getting annoyed, took our dishes away saying that he would remove them from the bill. The quality of the vegetables and meat on the other hand was good. I wouldn't recommend so-so spaghetti, especially potato ones, they are gelatinous. We finish dinner quickly... For a total of around 34 euros per person including two bottles of water, a small zero coke and a bottle of prosecco (which tasted slightly like cork but we didn't want to question it further) I want to conclude by saying that a place that serves raw dishes to be cooked cannot afford to have raw materials that are not fresh, especially if it is fish. People risk getting sick. Experience well below expectations, I doubt I will return.

01/08/2024: I just finished eating the best ramen I've ever had. Two of us came, we both agreed that what we just ate is the best of the ones we've been to in Milan, it's just on another level, it has nothing to do with the others. Of course the cost is slightly higher than the others but it is absolutely worth it. IF YOU LIVE IN MILAN IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE TO EAT OTHER RAMEN OUTSIDE THIS ONE Courteous waiters and service at the right time.

01/08/2024: Siamo due amici che di giovedì sera hanno deciso di cercare a caso un ristorante di ramen, nei pressi di un locale dove avremmo festeggiato un compleanno. Subito accolti da un locale semplice ma elegante e dal servizio cortese, abbiamo scelto come prima portata un maki di tonno ed erba cipollina, per poi ordinare un tonkotsu ramen ed un udon di gambero. Onestamente, dopo aver provato il maki, abbiamo capito che quella sera avremmo inteso cosa significa mangiare vere ricette Giapponesi. Arrivati il ramen e l'udon l'impressione è stata subito buona, ma assaggiato il brodo non abbiamo piú capito niente. INUTILE scrivere qualsiasi cosa, ha senso solo provarlo. Consiglio porzione large per il ramen. 30€ a testa per un'esperienza mistica mi sembrano anche pochi. BRAVI

01/09/2024: I have been frequenting this place for twenty years and I always find the same quality of the sushi, the warmth of the place and the friendliness of the staff. I add the experience of choosing the saucers that pass on the conveyor belt.

13/07/2024: Fantastic sushi in a welcoming and very friendly environment. Here you enjoy the dishes with the desire for the next course and the constant temptation to ask for an encore of what you are eating. The only flaw is the thought of the scale... but it won't stop you from finishing with some amazing mochi. My favorites are mango and coconut but the new raspberry entry can compete. Must try 😎

27/08/2024: The food we tried was good, unfortunately they didn’t have Tuna…it didn’t arrive yet, that’s what they said. My question is: how can a restaurant with half menu based on Tuna did not have tuna…no words Staff was okay, even though we didn’t appreciate that the table was cleaned before we could even finish the food. Definitely not worthy!

06/08/2024: Locale pulito , curato e luminoso . Personale preparato e gentile. Qualità del pesce e del pasto in generale ineccepibile. Sul costo la nota dolente, poporoya si fa pagare (forse troppo). Carta vino inesistente, ci siamo arrangiati con la birra discreta. Si può migliorare! Nel complesso caro ma buono.

22/05/2024: Minimal restaurant where you can eat any oriental dish very well. The owner is very nice and super kind! Excellent takeaway food! They are also very fast!

14/04/2024: I happened to stop by while passing by and got some take-out. It was a carefully prepared dish, but the rice was too dry. The rice may be a bit dry for Koreans' taste, but it seems to be okay for foreigners. Seeing that the Google reviews aren't bad! The store is clean.

07/07/2024: Clean and cozy environment, very small but with everything you need. Friendly and helpful owner. Really great food on a select menu. The only downside is that some dishes not on the menu must be booked at least 1 or 2 days in advance (e.g. Okonomiyaki).

05/06/2024: The cold udon was delicious. The service was quick and helpful. Every dish was presented well and very tasty. Must drop by!

16/08/2024: My absolute favorite place to eat Ramen in Milan! The recipe is traditional Japanese and the quality of the broth, which binds all the ingredients together, is very high. It's just a shame that the place is very small and you can't book, but it's part of the experience. I also recommend trying the starters including the bao (the really delicious pink) and the kimchi.

21/06/2024: Small, simple, on the ring road... but this is a little place where you can eat excellent products without fainting. You will not find frills, smoke from the plate, stellar combinations... but, I assure you, a raw and fresh food that you will hardly find again... recommended!... and it is better to book!
