01/06/2026: The atmosphere is very modern, spacious, and well-furnished.
The service is very slow, partly due to the large crowd.
The food isn't excellent, but it's still good for an all-you-can-eat establishment.

The soy sauce wasn't very salty, and the sushi in general wasn't very flavorful for my taste.
Service was a little slow.

06/07/2026: We celebrated our birthday with more than a dozen people. The environment of this restaurant is good.
The dishes were served quickly, and the staff also provided friendly service.
Some dishes taste good, but some dishes are not what we expected. Overall, the service is absolutely commendable.

01/06/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was a bit different than the other reviews. I found the food a bit mediocre compared to the competition, and I also felt there was little variety (which, well, is the least of it). I didn't find the service great either; the first courses arrived very slowly, and every request was handled hastily. Maybe it was because we had lunch on June 1st and it was very busy due to the long weekend? Probably, but if a restaurant accepts X number of customers, it has to be able to handle X number of customers.

06/06/2026: I had forgotten my wallet. They allowed me to come back the next day to pay... In addition to this kindness, the place was beautiful and the food was really good. The only shame was that the wasabi wasn't original... the salmon was very fresh and the pasta was perfect. Menu ALL you need.

31/05/2026: I've been going to JI SUSHI practically since it opened, and I continue to return with great pleasure. The quality of the products is always excellent, everything is delicious and prepared with care. Furthermore, the staff is always kind, helpful, and welcoming, making you feel at ease every time.
I'd happily recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent quality food, professionalism, and a pleasant atmosphere. Kudos to the entire staff for their hard work every day!

03/07/2026: It doesn't surpass my favorite sushi, which, despite being all-you-can-eat, is incredibly high. However, it's average.
07/06/2026: There were a lot of us, including children, and the service was amazing: they divided our orders into three groups to bring the dishes to the "right place," and at the end of each order they asked if everything had arrived.
They were very kind in making small changes to accommodate the children.
Very good dishes, not just the sushi and sashimi, but also the hot first and second courses.
We'll be back to try other dishes.
Very good value for money.

Friendly and professional staff.
Open kitchen.
Fast service.
Food preparation and presentation: excellent.
Taste: absolutely the best I've had so far.
Location: In front of the Punto bus stop on the corner of Via Sacco and Veratti.
In the center of Varese.
Reservations are recommended.
I recommend it to everyone. Very popular with students at lunchtime.
04/06/2026: The takeout poke was truly excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients. The place is small but cozy, clean, and has a pleasant Japanese-style atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Excellent burgers, excellent sushi, and excellent pad thai.
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.

28/05/2026: Medium-sized location, with outdoor seating as well, very clean and well-maintained. Fast and efficient service. Varied menu featuring Japanese cuisine and sushi. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Excellent quality of ingredients: the only dish I unfortunately didn't like was the scallop dish.

07/06/2026: The atmosphere was very nice; my girlfriend and I had a great time.
The food, however, wasn't as pleasant. We ordered Ura spicy salmon, and it simply came as rice balls with no seasoning. At the end of the meal, we ordered coffee and found a hair in the cup. They simply took it to the kitchen and brought back the same coffee, only removing the hair and not making a new one.
