29/05/2025: Super nice location, very particular....the food I must say is very good, special combinations so you can also choose to dare...the service is fast, you can easily order independently via tablet without waving or shouting to get the waiter's attention. I am very satisfied, I will definitely return.

19/04/2025: Once inside you forget about the environment surrounding the building.
An intimate and discreet place, the service and welcome are of a high standard, as are the tables.
During the week or on Saturdays and Sundays we have found the food is always fresh and of good quality.
Info: I've always been here for lunch.
P.s. I will return often. 😉
09/03/2025: Ayce place in the center of Varese. Easy to get to and not difficult to find parking. Fast and very kind service. I liked the location a lot, really bright. Food chapter: we didn't eat badly, on the contrary. But I found little originality. Maybe we made a mistake in choosing the dishes. Still good and nice presentation

24/05/2025: Cena estremamente soddisfacente, tempi brevi di attesa e cibo di ottima qualità.
Soprattutto i sushi e le tartare meritano un plauso: estrema freschezza del pesce ma soprattutto condimenti delicati e gustosi, che non coprono il sapore del prodotto.
Atmosfera molto carina e accogliente, un po' Scomodo per i gruppi numerosi, perché ci sono parecchi tavoli piccoli, ma la soddisfazione di mangiare bene vince su tutto.

28/04/2025: I've been coming to this sushi place for years and it never disappoints. Both because it is good and of excellent quality, and because they are very kind. I often receive a discount when I come and order at home, plus they often give you something free, and while you wait they offer you prosecco.
5 stars, try it!

22/05/2025: Unfortunately after years as a customer I find myself having to give a bad review. A very quiet family dinner where we took a simple extra dish, not being able to finish it my husband took a plastic box to put 8 pieces of uramaki. The boy with glasses dared to put his hands in our stroller to take it and confiscate it saying that we should have paid more.. we know very well that in all you can eat you pay for what is left. But after years in which we have paid an infinite amount of money it was really unfair and rude. They were really embarrassing and rude. We will NEVER return!

26/04/2025: Purtroppo Guerci non è più lo stesso... abbiamo mangiato un secondo di pesce, branzino io e ombrina mio marito. Cottura tipo mensa, secco e per nulla saporito.
Accompagnato da pessime patate arrosto... insomma una grande delusione!

27/05/2025: For goodness sake!! I really never thought I would have to review a Chinese restaurant so negatively!!! "All you can eat" formula, cost 15 euros LUNCH MENU. Excluding the dessert and drink pages, there were 3 in total ... obviously with limitations (only one piece per person) very little choice. Everything without salt and without flavor, the food was floating in a tasteless and odorless liquid ... it was difficult to distinguish a second course from a first course, only a mix of vegetables was evident (I must say that I love vegetables) without art and without part. I counted two shrimps in both the first and second course!!!! Raw fish that seemed dead twice, the staff were very pissed off and always around the corner, ready to point out everything. I left that place nauseated, I don't want to argue but I really found a strong worsening from a few years ago, a shame because I have always found take-away food good. Be careful about being smart to save money, because there is a lot of competition and what competition!!!!

07/05/2025: We visited J Caffè with the idea of trying their curry rice, attracted by the prospect of a hot and aromatic dish. Unfortunately, upon our arrival we discovered that this option was not available, and apparently there are no other hot alternatives on the menu, which focuses mainly on bowls.
The place appears clean and with a clear attempt to appear modern. The environment is tidy, but lacks that "something" that makes it welcoming or memorable. Despite the design efforts, the atmosphere is a bit cold and lacking in personality, failing to create an experience that "warms" the customer.
Moving on to the strong (and almost only) point of the menu, the bowls, we must admit that they do not offer any particular innovation compared to what is found in many other similar places. The ingredients are fresh and the combinations correct, but there's nothing that sets them apart or elevates them above average. They are good, but not surprising.
A practical aspect worth mentioning is the presence of a single unisex bathroom for men and women, which at certain times could create some waiting.
However, the "dog friendly" policy is appreciable, which makes the place accessible also to those who want to have lunch or dinner in the company of their four-legged friend.
The prices are in line with the type of offer and with competing venues, proving fair for what is offered.
In summary, J Caffè is a clean place with fair prices, ideal for a quick and informal meal if you want a standard bowl. However, the lack of hot dishes available (particularly the one that attracted us), combined with a somewhat anonymous atmosphere and a bowl offering that doesn't stand out, make it a place without infamy or praise.

Today I returned.
The food was terrible and very salty, the maki with as much rice as possible to fill me up. The very long miso soup. The waitress coughed very loudly for 10 minutes while I was eating. Sorry if I looked bad, I was tired. But that's not how you treat a customer

28/12/2024: Questo ristorante rimane una rarità a Milano. Dopo oltre 15 anni che lo frequento, i sapori, la qualità, il servizio sono rimasti integri ed eccellenti . Non scherzo nel dire che ogni volta che vi ritorno, i sapori mi catapultano nel 2007, quando mi trasferii a Milano e provai il mio primo sushi. Lo consiglio a tutti i giovani che pensano che il vero sushi sia quello dei molti AYCE sparsi per la città. Davvero COMPLIMENTI!!
