04/07/2025: The quality of the fish has definitely deteriorated, and in addition they are overdoing it with rice in the rolls and temaki. In a way, perhaps it is even a relief, considering that the salmon — in all likelihood — comes from farms. It is still a real shame: this was a restaurant that I once loved deeply. I was happy to spend, but I always left satisfied, aware of having eaten well. This time I ordered take-out from Milan, trusting in the good memories linked to the quality that distinguished it, but the experience turned out to be disappointing.

20/06/2025: The worst ayce sushi of my life. Everything cooked and assembled roughly, too much rice, everything too salty, rolls too big that do not allow optimal consumption. Inefficient, poor service. Air conditioning that leaks water with a large puddle between the tables. Very limited menu and tartar and sashimi in super mini portions. No rice noodles

18/10/2025: Very nice Chinese restaurant. Truly excellent food prepared with skill, elegance and new flavours. An excellent discovery. Prices like all restaurants of this type.

06/10/2025: Absolutely no dumplings or wakami seaweed: everything was very chewy and the filling was slimy. I don't know about the rest, though (the raw sushi looked good).

22/06/2025: I'm sorry! But I'm really annoyed, for the rudeness of the waitress, I think she was the head waiter. Last night I found her a little hysterical you can't answer a simple harmless question by shouting because you're stressed.

03/05/2025: Un ambiente divertentissimo con ottimo cibo (sia sushi che hamburger) e buone birre, dove spicca la passione di Ludovica che gestisce il locale e il giovane staff con la capacità dell’oste più navigato mixata alla freschezza della compagna di classe, senza negare un cenno, un sorriso o un’attenzione anche mentre è impegnata a fare altro. La simpatia e la dolcezza pervadono l’atmosfera. Bellissimo cenare sia all’aperto che all’interno. Rapporto qualità prezzo tra gli imbattibili.

11/07/2025: Nice place for a lunch break, basmati rice needs updating but the overall ingredients are good and fresh, the flavors are noticeable so you can feel a hand working well!!

10/10/2025: Meticulous dishes, cleanly cut. The ingredients are very good and the taste is excellent. The staff is patient and attentive, when we asked for gluten-free dishes, the waitress checked with the kitchen that gluten-free ingredients are indeed not used. A highly recommended restaurant.

10/09/2025: Terrible. The lady pretends nothing's wrong, thinking you're ripping them off. They make you wait for hours after ordering several courses, which never arrive. I don't recommend. The price is excellent, the service is terrible. Only the guy with glasses is very kind.

17/07/2025: I went for lunch after searching for this all-you-can-eat restaurant on Google in the area where I was working. A great surprise! The food was really good, high quality. The only downside was the lunch menu (€15 without drinks)—the offerings were a bit limited, but everything I ate was really good and, again, of high quality. Highly recommended.

06/07/2025: Excellent quality/price ratio, it remains medium-low quality, with little variety compared to other restaurants, but it is still quite good :) very cheap!

24/09/2025: We returned to Miyama restaurant yesterday for lunch after its summer closure due to renovations. Working at the Caldera Business Park, my colleagues and I used to eat there occasionally, so we were curious to see how it had changed. The restaurant has been tastefully renovated: the atmosphere is modern and refined, and the tables are well-spaced, making for a pleasant experience. The service was attentive, although unfortunately, the dishes took a long time to arrive, extending our lunch break beyond our scheduled time. We were expecting some changes to the menu, and indeed, our beloved bento has been eliminated, while some classic dishes—like uramaki and poke—have been modified. The portions, however, have remained unchanged from before the closure. What has changed significantly is the price: for example, the uramaki menu has gone from 12 to 18 euros. Considering that our lunch ticket is 7 euros, we'll have to add at least another 15 euros from our own pocket. A real shame

17/09/2025: I've always loved this restaurant since they opened. The food is excellent. The service is fast and friendly. They renovated it and opened two weeks ago. It's very beautiful inside, too.
