11/05/2025: Very slow service, the dishes of the third order arrived and not the first, I had to ask for them 3 times, on the website the children's menu is 13 euros, instead I paid 30 for the two children's menus euros and the little one was under 3 years old had to pay 2 euros, the fish didn't taste good, the uramaky looked like they were from 3 days ago.

16/05/2025: Io non so se è casualità ma ogni volta che vado a sto ristorante, sto male di stomaco! La qualità del sushi è tra le più scadenti che abbia mai assaggiato (e di sushi ne ho mangiati davvero un’infinità!) Il pesce è viscido e incolore, poco sapore, salsa di soia estremamente forte. Il locale è angosciante, tavoli troppo vicini, senza musica di sottofondo (così se la vicinanza tra i tavoli non fosse sufficiente , riesci a sentire meglio le conversazioni di tutti i clienti!). Il personale capisce davvero poco l’italiano. L’ultima volta, con locale semivuoto (erano le 12:40), avevo appena finito di mangiare, nemmeno il tempo di posare le bacchette nel piatto che arriva la cameriera per togliermelo. Ora capisco tutto, ma non colgo l’urgenza di liberare tavoli vista la poca clientela e orario tranquillo. Ah altra nota. Nel menu pranzo da 12€ propongono sushi misto, edamame e ravioli di carne. Io non mangio carne. Chiedo se è possibile toglierli (togliendo naturalmente l’importo degli stessi dal menu visto che non li mangio). Dicono che posso non ordinarli ma il prezzo non cambia. A sto punto dico, sostituiteli con quelli di gamberi… È possibile, ma con 1€ di aggiunta! Belli furbi… Per un locale così di basso livello, non potevo aspettarmi altro trattamento. Si salva solo per la posizione di alto passaggio altrimenti avrebbe già chiuso da tempo…

15/04/2025: During my half a month stay around the area, I tried to find a restaurant which has nice and healthy food, and of course with good price for me and my little daughter. I've almost tried all the restaurants around until I found Shshi One. And then I don't go to other restaurants any more. It has various food for me and my daughter to choose from. The owners and waiters are nice and the foods are clean. I am very picky about food. And there are always more people than other restaurants. If you want to find a nice and cheap place to enjoy your meal. Sushi One is just the good place to go.

31/03/2025: Eat here if you like high quality Japanese food. Pro: - Outstanding food; we ate a wakame salad, mixed Tempura, the large sushi and sashimi platter for two, and green tea and rice gelato for dessert. The fish was excellent and the serving for two was incredibly generous - no fillers or vegetable rolls - fresh scallop, sweet prawns, roe, mackerel, fluke, octopus, in addition to fatty tuna and salmon. We were very impressed with the high quality and value for €55 (total for 18 pieces each). - Exceptional service and hospitality: friendly, professional, prompt, attentive, and accurate. - Superb Atmosphere: trendy décor, exceedingly clean, a great space to enjoy a meal of this quality. 15/02/2025: We're not quite there. 2 hours of waiting for a mediocre and poorly assembled sushi with an indistinguishable flavor surrounded by the distressed faces of the other customers. 60 EURO per person for dinner WITHOUT wine for 3 very simple and colorless dishes Not even a hint of regret at the checkout, we had to remind ourselves of the absurdity of such a situation to receive as a justification: "everyone ordered sushi tonight" and what else? stewed cabbage?? 25/02/2025: We were in Milan for work. We had dinner here with my partner and everything went very well. Excellent service and compliments to the boys and girls of the staff who are always smiling and non-invasive. The food was all really excellent. I won't be here to list what we ate but I will just say it was all excellent accompanied with a good wine. Really recommended.

24/01/2025: Not very big, but clean and organized. Food is the protagonist. The quality is top and the flavors are above average. The tempura is something to try.....the flavor and cut of the sushi and sashimi are the best I have tried in Milan. The menu isn't as endless as in other places, but I think it's a positive surprise. Advised!

01/06/2025: I have been going there for years now; I think it is the best in terms of quality and kindness of the staff. The price is also normal. The never noisy and well attended environment leads me to come almost every week.

03/03/2025: Sushi far above average, as true lovers of the genre, the fact that there is no classic "all you can eat" is indicative. Satisfying portions. Alongside the traditional dishes of Japanese cuisine, there is also some imaginative rolls. The Chinese cuisine menu is also good. The only flaw is the environment, which needs to be reviewed in terms of hospitality and quality (it happened to have lunch in winter with the heating broken). Excellent take away service.

06/06/2025: Me and our friends used to come often, we tried after the change of management and we will not come again. Terrible service and the food is not good quality. After two and a half hours of waiting someone still had not eaten.

05/06/2025: Sunday lunch. The place was full but not noisy, the staff was helpful and friendly. Old style menu not from the mobile phone. Good dishes and interesting portions. Positive.

23/03/2025: I had lunch with my family at this place, chosen simply via the internet, and I found the most spectacular sushi ever. Generous and tasty portions. Very fresh fish and exquisitely kind staff. I'm not from the area but if I were to go back I would definitely go back. Excellent.
