27/12/2025: We tried the all-you-can-eat menu on Saturday night, and I'd like to share some of my impressions. €3 for 750ml of filtered water is outrageous. The gyoza look a lot like frozen ones, and the ones I ate weren't even cooked thoroughly. The uramaki I received are very different from the ones in the menu photos; they're all rice and very little fish. The same goes for the bao, which are all noodles and very little filling. I really enjoyed the Temaki with colored paper. The cost of the drinks and desserts (which are packaged and not homemade) is a bit high in my opinion.

16/02/2026: I had lunch at Zen'O in Nocera Inferiore on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, and, as always, it was a wonderful experience. We return often because it's a true guarantee for us. The all-you-can-eat menu is rich and varied, and—something I really appreciate—every dish we've tried has always been carefully prepared, fresh, and flavorful. From the more unusual rolls to the simpler dishes, everything is balanced and enjoyable, without being heavy. Despite the busy Valentine's Day lunch, the service was quick and well-organized, with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is also very charming and quaint, with an atmosphere that makes dinner (or lunch) even more enjoyable. A place I absolutely recommend if you love sushi and want to eat well in a welcoming environment. We'll definitely be back!

10/01/2026: The sushi is excellent, the best I've ever eaten. The quality is excellent, the flavors are well-balanced, and the fish is incredibly fresh. But the reason for my three stars is the poor, or rather, extremely slow, service. Whether you order takeout, delivery, or dine in, the wait is incredibly long, sometimes over an hour. This makes everything worse and detracts from a good dinner or lunch. I hope you improve!

11/04/2026: Intimate and modern atmosphere (reservations are recommended due to its small size). The sushi is very good and the fish is fresh. The menu offers a wide variety and caters to everyone's tastes.

02/04/2026: Terrible experience, truly incredible. I arrived on my lunch break (alone), was seated, and chose to order the lunch menu (two courses for €13). After a 40-minute wait, the first course arrived. Running out of time, I asked for the other course to be taken away. The waiter responded very rudely, telling me they didn't do takeout for the lunch menu, as if it were my choice and not their disorganization. Meanwhile, behind me, a table of eight people who arrived after me continued to receive dishes ordered with the AYCE formula. I understand that a large table is more profitable than a single person, but all customers should be treated with the same respect. In the end, I had to insist on paying for just the dish I received and not the entire menu, which, through their fault, I was unable to consume.

01/05/2026: My go-to sushi spot for the past 3 years—and it never disappoints. The fish is always incredibly fresh, every roll is packed with flavor, and the quality is consistently top tier. The lunch menu is especially impressive: great variety, generous portions, and very affordable for the level of food you get. I’ll add photos, but the dishes really speak for themselves.

04/05/2026: We're regulars at Hello Poke and have always had a great experience, but today, unfortunately, we had a negative experience. The poke was missing two ingredients (apple and pineapple). We only mentioned this at checkout as a complaint, without requesting a refund. The staff member responded rudely and "threw" €5 on the counter, a truly unprofessional and inappropriate gesture. We left the money and left. It's a shame, because a different attitude would have been enough to handle the situation better.

03/05/2026: A decidedly positive experience: excellent and plentiful food, friendly and polite staff, and a very well-maintained bathroom. I highly recommend it to lovers of oriental cuisine. The only one star is the small and slightly unstable outdoor tables, but otherwise: TOP!

31/12/2025: I messaged on WhatsApp to arrange a surprise delivery for my mom on New Year's Eve, because living in America, I wouldn't have been able to call or order at the right time. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me. My mom was thrilled, and the sushi was truly delicious! Highly recommended! Thanks again for your helpfulness and professionalism ❤️

04/04/2026: I went to this restaurant tonight with three other people, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. When ordering, we were informed that we couldn't choose Venere rice, which we found limiting, especially since it was a Saturday night. We arrived at 9:30 PM and didn't receive our poke until 10:15 PM, so we had a rather long wait. One of the poke, ordered with a double protein option (which cost more), arrived with only one protein option: the shrimp tempura was missing. After pointing this out, the dish was taken back and returned with only one shrimp added, a decidedly insufficient amount considering the extra charge. Another poke, however, was completely missing the mango. As for the sushi box, a few pieces were brought to us after a further wait, and only then were we informed that the tuna wasn't available and they had to change the order. We also didn't like the sushi: it was too heavy, the rice was sticky, and the portions were unbalanced, with too much rice and too little seasoning. Overall, between the disorganization, long waits, and subpar quality, it was a negative experience. We won't be returning.

13/06/2025: It's a very large restaurant with a wonderful outdoor space! The waiter is really kind and very friendly!! Nihao! Highly recommended!!!

10/06/2025: Finally, a traditional Chinese place close to home. I eat there often and also take it home for takeout, which is always excellent. They also have an outdoor area for the summer. For me, the best dishes are on the traditional Chinese menu, and I highly recommend the eggplant :) (The older reviews are from the previous location, which had significantly lower quality food!)

25/03/2026: I ordered takeout where the tasteless soy spaghetti is glue and the empty spring rolls only look like spring rolls but you can't call them that vegetables in the invisible spaghetti and having only ordered these two dishes I deduce that everything else is along the same mediocre line... improve the quality of the dish especially those who try these foods for the first time will think badly of Chinese cuisine.

04/04/2026: So, as an all-you-can-eat, it's fantastic. The prices are modest, but it would be better if there was more lighting. The waiters are very kind, except for one black guy (I'm not racist, but he really annoyed me). When we were about to pay, he was not only pointlessly entertaining us, asking us to beg (from what I understand because he didn't even speak Italian) but he was also overcharging us.

13/03/2026: Has management changed? 🤔 The quality of service has dropped dramatically. - The same products are being passed around the conveyor belt, with the total inattention of the people behind the counter, who spent more time chatting than checking to see if certain "dishes" were out. - I ordered a portion of ramen and received a very salty broth with double-cut carrots and zucchini, a very salty omelette slathered on top, and noodles whose quality was significantly inferior to the simple Saikebon you could easily buy in a supermarket. The soy noodles I subsequently ordered were also very salty, with the same vegetables but at least without the broth (equally inedible). - There are more oranges, pineapples, and deli products than sushi. - The quality of the food is very questionable, I felt sick after leaving the restaurant. I rarely leave negative reviews for a place (even if I've been dissatisfied), but in this case, I think they've crossed a line. The service leaves you feeling like they don't care about customer satisfaction because you've already sat down and have to pay. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO LOSE THAT €20 ON THE STREET INSTEAD OF SPENDING IT HERE. I WOULD HAVE FELT LESS GUILTY. The water was good...it wasn't salty! DON'T TRUST some of the photos and reviews (which were probably intended for another establishment. You can tell by the atmosphere and the service). When you leave, you'll be hungry, thirsty, with a salty mouth...and in dire need of a bathroom!

29/04/2026: The best sushi in Salento! We're from Otranto, and if we want sushi, we definitely head to Gallipoli. This wonderful place! Location, service, more than fair prices, and above all, QUALITY!

15/04/2026: I regretfully have to write a very negative review, one that doesn't concern the quality of the menu but rather the organization. Since this is the second time it's happened, the question naturally arises: is it just me, or is it a serious mismanagement? One of the two scenarios is probably correct. But let's get to the details of this latest exhilarating experience. Last week, I booked a table for two using the reservations app. I chose the day and time (I should point out that it was to celebrate our anniversary) and waited for a confirmation message, which arrived a while later. Today, April 7th, at 5:00 PM, I received another message asking me to confirm my attendance with a YES or cancel with a NO. I confirmed, and at 7:30 PM sharp, we entered the restaurant, but to our surprise, they told us it was closed and they couldn't seat us. To make up for it, they offered us a €20 voucher (sic!) to spend on another date. Obviously I don't accept, I don't need a voucher but the professionalism that this place seems to have no longer considered, it's the second time this has happened...

18/02/2026: The GPS led us to a dead end, but thanks to our intuition, we found the right path. It seemed like the right path, but the GPS was still deceiving us! Anyway, after various twists and turns in the shopping labyrinth of Aurelia Antica, we finally found it. Right away, "two places table." Right away, the menu... wow, paper! Inside a QR code... nothing less than the same menu, but on your phone. So, to make sure you don't forget, use your fingers as bookmarks or screenshots of the dish. Order five courses for each serving. Guess what, the special of specials... SHRIMP, MUSHROOMS, AND BAMBOO, and wonder of wonders, for lunch, tuna sashimi. The quality was almost impeccable, except for the fried chicken, which seemed to have been made with chainsaw oil. Anyway, let's say it could compete for a spot on the podium of the top three sushi bars in Grosseto. Our tour will continue with new reviews. See you later 😎
