29/04/2026: The person who prepared the order was completely unprepared. I asked for soy sauce with extra spicy mayo and a Coke at the end. When I got home, I discovered that neither the Coke nor the soy sauce were available. Very disappointing, considering I paid for a sauce I didn't have.

16/02/2026: My last time was 10 years ago. Aside from the decor, which I preferred, I have to say the quality of the food and service has declined compared to the past. Valentine's Day dinner was nothing themed in the restaurant. It was getting cold, and the door was often left open. Deliveroo customers disrupted the dinner with their passing by. An hour wait for the first course, 30 minutes for a bottle of wine, and then we were rushed because there was a second sitting outside. Two chewing gums as a courtesy? You don't expect that from a restaurant that's in the Michelin guide. The entire organization needs to be reconsidered. Disappointing.

17/05/2026: Excellent quality food, tasty, and a wide variety of choices. We stopped in without knowing the place; we were passing through, and we live in another city. We gave it a try. We were very pleasantly surprised; the food was good and the staff were very friendly. The desserts were also really good, and the coffee was also very good. The place was also very charming and well-kept. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back because it exceeded all my expectations. 😊

10/05/2026: Terrible service, they make you look at the dishes through binoculars, they almost look like small tastings, they keep getting the wrong dishes without bringing you the right ones. After a couple of times you dare ask for a sauce or something, they automatically stop bringing you anything; ditto, if they think you've ordered too many dishes, they stop bringing you anything, and half the dishes on your table are taken away with the food still inside. In 50 minutes, I received six small dishes, two of which I hadn't ordered, and it wasn't just one time, because it's been like this for a year now. I'm reviewing from the table now and then promising myself I won't return. I've been coming here for years and have always loved this place, speaking highly of it to everyone, but from now on I'll put an X on it and never return.

25/03/2026: Recommended by a friend, a truly classy place. The food is very good, tasty, and the portions are well-balanced, and the look makes you want to eat them. A small comment about the service, which wasn't top-notch, and the menu wasn't clear, including the missing names of some dishes and the incorrect photos.

26/11/2025: Nice place, fast and friendly service, but the all-you-can-eat food isn't top-notch. I'm not talking about the quality itself, but rather the flavor, which seems the same for almost all the rice-based dishes. Except for the tempura, which is truly delicious.

29/01/2026: Unfortunately, my friends and I were disappointed. On a positive note, the interior looks nice and the service was kind. However, the music was playing a bit too loud and the type of music would have been better suited for a disco versus a nice restaurant. The edamame were cooked well and yummy. I ordered the Yaki Soba meal. It was very wet, too salty and the portion size very small. I ordered Hosomaki as well. Simple - seaweed, rice and a small piece of avocado (vegetarian). 6 pieces/6 euro. I definitely do not think each piece was worth 1 euro. They were much smaller, practically half the size, of the size I typically receive in every other place where I've ordered rolls throughout my life. 3 people, 100 euros and we all left quite hungry. We didn't want to order more food there because the price/portion ratio didn't make sense. Unfortunately, as previously stated, a disappointment.

02/05/2026: Great place, we stopped for an aperitivo and were more than satisfied. The best spritz I've ever had in Bergamo or anywhere else. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Recommended.

04/04/2026: So, as an all-you-can-eat, it's fantastic. The prices are modest, but it would be better if there was more lighting. The waiters are very kind, except for one black guy (I'm not racist, but he really annoyed me). When we were about to pay, he was not only pointlessly entertaining us, asking us to beg (from what I understand because he didn't even speak Italian) but he was also overcharging us.

13/03/2026: Has management changed? 🤔 The quality of service has dropped dramatically. - The same products are being passed around the conveyor belt, with the total inattention of the people behind the counter, who spent more time chatting than checking to see if certain "dishes" were out. - I ordered a portion of ramen and received a very salty broth with double-cut carrots and zucchini, a very salty omelette slathered on top, and noodles whose quality was significantly inferior to the simple Saikebon you could easily buy in a supermarket. The soy noodles I subsequently ordered were also very salty, with the same vegetables but at least without the broth (equally inedible). - There are more oranges, pineapples, and deli products than sushi. - The quality of the food is very questionable, I felt sick after leaving the restaurant. I rarely leave negative reviews for a place (even if I've been dissatisfied), but in this case, I think they've crossed a line. The service leaves you feeling like they don't care about customer satisfaction because you've already sat down and have to pay. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO LOSE THAT €20 ON THE STREET INSTEAD OF SPENDING IT HERE. I WOULD HAVE FELT LESS GUILTY. The water was good...it wasn't salty! DON'T TRUST some of the photos and reviews (which were probably intended for another establishment. You can tell by the atmosphere and the service). When you leave, you'll be hungry, thirsty, with a salty mouth...and in dire need of a bathroom!

10/05/2026: I went to eat. I was alone today because my friend was working, and they said no to one person. After all, I've been there for lunch so many Sundays. It doesn't seem human to say no to someone who wants to eat just because they're one and not two. I was very disappointed.

15/04/2026: I regretfully have to write a very negative review, one that doesn't concern the quality of the menu but rather the organization. Since this is the second time it's happened, the question naturally arises: is it just me, or is it a serious mismanagement? One of the two scenarios is probably correct. But let's get to the details of this latest exhilarating experience. Last week, I booked a table for two using the reservations app. I chose the day and time (I should point out that it was to celebrate our anniversary) and waited for a confirmation message, which arrived a while later. Today, April 7th, at 5:00 PM, I received another message asking me to confirm my attendance with a YES or cancel with a NO. I confirmed, and at 7:30 PM sharp, we entered the restaurant, but to our surprise, they told us it was closed and they couldn't seat us. To make up for it, they offered us a €20 voucher (sic!) to spend on another date. Obviously I don't accept, I don't need a voucher but the professionalism that this place seems to have no longer considered, it's the second time this has happened...

01/05/2026: My go-to sushi spot for the past 3 years—and it never disappoints. The fish is always incredibly fresh, every roll is packed with flavor, and the quality is consistently top tier. The lunch menu is especially impressive: great variety, generous portions, and very affordable for the level of food you get. I’ll add photos, but the dishes really speak for themselves.

14/03/2026: My boyfriend and I arrived around 12:50 and left around 2:30 without having eaten anything. As soon as we were seated, the waiter had us scan the menu and we started ordering. We started with a few dishes, so as not to weigh ourselves down right away, but after more than half an hour, nothing had arrived, so we decided to reorder. After perhaps 40 minutes, the first dishes arrived, except for the hot ones, which must have arrived towards the end of the meal (so we waited over an hour for them and they arrived cold. I should point out that I'm talking about three fried shrimp). The waiters also repeatedly mixed up the tables, bringing us other people's dishes, which we politely sent back (so I'm starting to think that perhaps many of our dishes were delivered to other tables, leaving us without them. This is also understandable since many orders marked "delivered" weren't). Finally, we got up because after two hours we didn't feel like waiting any longer, even though we still had three hot dishes to choose from. I was surprised to find them near the cash register waiting for something I don't know (which explains why so many dishes arrived cold). It's Saturday, the restaurant is busy, so I understand the service is less efficient, but at the same time, if you know in advance that you can't handle all those tables, you don't take so many reservations. I'll conclude by saying that the table next to ours (with at least 12 people) received all its dishes; so I don't wish they'd given priority to larger tables, as they generate more profit. I would have appreciated at least an apology from the management, not just a free coffee.
