18/01/2026: One of the best Japanese restaurants in Rome for sushi and sashimi. On my last visit, I also tried excellent somen noodles in shrimp broth. The sushi, sashimi, and rolls are top-notch, especially the original fish-only sashimi roll without rice. Efficient service. The place is showing its age and could use a refresh.

05/11/2025: Terrible place!!! I was there with a group of friends last weekend and out of 6 people, 4 of us got sick!!! I especially had terrible indigestion and was sick the whole next day!! Even an incredible headache!! For €40 per person, I honestly expected at least quality!!! I'll go somewhere else!!! Nowadays, you can't eat sushi anymore except in certain famous places like Poporoya or Tomakinho!! All my other friends couldn't digest it or had stomach aches!

26/10/2025: Terrible experience. The place was freezing, they kept the doors wide open, and we ate with jackets on the whole time (it was 12 degrees that day). There were 15 of us, and they only gave us one tablet to order on. It's absurd! I asked for a drink five times, and they never brought it. Finally, the response was: "We're full, we can't keep up with all the tables." I understand the confusion, but if you can't handle the customers, maybe it's better to reduce the number of seats. Disorganized service, inattentive staff, and zero concern for customer comfort. I definitely won't be returning.

14/12/2025: VERY GOOD. Everything, the waiters are super friendly, I recommend it to everyone, and the salmon is DIVINE, I recommend it to everyone! The only problem is the price, but all sushi is like that these days.

11/10/2025: The food was even "decent," but the service was terrible. The waitress was rude, bumping into us 30 times if we wanted to continue eating. She kept staring at us, and we waited 50 minutes just for the first course. To make matters worse, the shrimp arrived raw and with all the intestines inside. Then I wanted condensed milk, and instead of telling me it wasn't there, she didn't want to bring it because the dish was already sweet enough for her. We just wanted a quiet evening, and instead we were treated terribly. We'll never go back.

01/02/2026: Good selection in the center. Outdoor seating overlooking the square in typical Ligurian style. The menu is varied and the portions are quite generous. The staff is friendly and attentive; the prices are also reasonable for the quality.

09/01/2026: A very welcoming place in the heart of Diano Marina. The staff is extremely friendly, fast, and courteous. The menu offers a wide selection, from appetizers to first and second courses, and the pizza is delicious. Prices are reasonable, considering it's a tourist town.

02/02/2026: Update. We returned in early August for dinner. I stand by my opinion about the food. This time, however, the service was decidedly better. I'm adding a star: from 3 to 4. June 2021. In my opinion, the food was good and well-made. The wait times were unlikely...perhaps they need to be reset after the COVID-19 pandemic. The à la carte prices were high. The fixed-price menu was more than fair (especially at lunch).

06/01/2026: I've been a regular customer for years now. I often go back with my mom, my boyfriend, friends, and so on. I recommend it to everyone. The wait is short, and the food is always delicious and fresh.

03/01/2026: I placed an order for twenty-five euros to eat stale fish! I threw it all in the trash. Stay away if you can! It's like throwing money away!

27/09/2025: Nice and classic atmosphere, Saturday lunchtime seating was easy to find even without a reservation. The waiters were Italian, so there were no problems understanding the language. The only downside was that there were only a few of them, and at the entrance, like other customers, we had to wait for them to show up because they were busy. The clientele was good. The wait for dishes was normal, except when the app system malfunctioned. The app had descriptions and was intuitive. My only suggestion is to separate the lunch menu (a bit too limited) from the dinner menu. The food was decent and of good quality. There was no empty plate on the table to avoid messing up and leaving leftovers. Tables for two were a bit too small, but that's the case everywhere. Another suggestion would be to install Wi-Fi, because if someone doesn't use it, it makes ordering impossible or difficult. Information: The lunch menu consists of dishes priced at €0.

15/09/2025: Excellent sushi, not necessarily authentic but more adapted to a Western palate, but still excellent! The place is minimal but welcoming, with very fast and friendly service. Recommended!

24/09/2025: We ordered the €17 menu. Eight uramaki (very good), four meatballs (good), and some edamame beans. It's expensive for the quantity. Lunch is available with meal vouchers.

22/09/2025: Good Brazilian sushi, but nothing exceptional. I think it's lost its edge over the years. Nice location and decent service. I particularly enjoyed the breaded fried shrimp.

08/01/2026: If I have to eat sushi in my area, I go here! A thousand times better than all the other all-you-can-eat places in the area!!! And try the poke too... delicious!

29/11/2025: I ordered from Just Eat (they were available on the website, so I ordered and paid), and they suddenly canceled the order. I called and they told me they didn't have time to bring it to me. Without further apology or explanation, I asked what their working hours were, and they said "bye bye" to end the call. It's shameful. You may have problems at work, but rudeness can never be excused.

30/12/2025: The hotel is very old and in need of complete renovation. The location is quite far from the city center. The only positive is that there's a tram stop about 200 meters away. The rooms are completely different from the pictures on Booking. There's no point in writing what's wrong... otherwise, it wouldn't be a review, but rather a list of things to do. The cleaning needs some updating, and the carpeting in the hallways is super dated; I'll leave it to your imagination. The walls are all dirty, needing repainting, and so on. The furniture is broken, old, and in poor condition. The rooms lack soundproofing thanks to the period windows. In short, I definitely won't return to a place like this. The value for money isn't exactly good. The staff is friendly, however. I'm very sorry to write these things, but it's true.
