04/09/2025: The entrance is a little difficult to find, but once you arrive, you'll find a welcoming, charming space with ready-made dishes and all-you-can-eat options. A spacious dining room. Friendly waiters, and the desserts I've tried are truly delicious.

29/08/2025: The restaurant offers a fixed menu, with a slight increase on Sundays. Buffet service means you can eat as much as you want. They also offer Italian dishes, all served with impeccable cleanliness. You can also request other dishes on the menu.

02/06/2025: I placed an order with glovo and received two of the four dishes ordered that were unpleasant to smell and taste. Hotate cheese bacon and shrimp tempura are the two dishes that are the subject of this negative note. After years and years of lunches and dinners, at this restaurant in Bitonto, after positive reviews, I feel it is my duty to write about this negative experience.

22/08/2025: I've only been once and haven't tried the entire menu, so my assessment won't be complete, but I wanted to leave a review because I've seen so many negative comments about the renovation of this place, and they seem excessive. I understand the people who were fond of the old style, but there are different ways to judge a restaurant. Yes, there are lots of mirrors, and the decor is like many all-you-can-eat sushi joints that are popular these days, but comparing it to a horror movie is not a good idea, except for the seats, which aren't very comfortable. Otherwise, there were a few tuna dishes on the evening menu, but the food was good and there was a good selection. I recommend adding a larger bottle of water as well. It would be appreciated if you could specify the sauces for any specific allergens (the shrimp sashimi had passion fruit sauce, to which one person was allergic).

30/08/2025: There are very few times that I get so impressed with service and food I leave i push myself to leave a review on a place. The service is amazing, beyond all expectations times 100. The food was also amazing. I am visiting Italy for work, and I will now come back to this restaurant every night I am here as they have earnt my respect and business. I would give more stars if I could.

13/08/2025: We returned after a few years and.. surprise!! All renewed! The roller no longer exists and in its place modern and chic tables and furnishings. A varied and interesting menu. Very fresh sashimi and pleasant flavors. We complimented the imaginative chefs and were waited on hand and foot by staff who were friendly and kind to say the least. We will definitely be back!!!! Well done!!!

Every course was an explosion of flavor, from sashimi to nigiri to the most creative rolls. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The place is well-kept, clean, and very pleasant, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The quality-price ratio is absolutely fair, considering the high-quality ingredients. I can't wait to go back: I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try top-notch sushi!

23/05/2025: I reluctantly give two stars. I don't think the price/quality ratio is correct first and foremost and the price/quantity. Ingredients often not written with "surimi" as a surprise. Incorrect. Probably the manager has to reach the objectives imposed by the group. I hadn't been there for two years, I returned eagerly but I left disappointed.
