07/07/2025: Yet another great dinner here at Shi’s Trento. Very comfortable environment; welcoming, kind and efficient staff from the moment you enter throughout the rest of the dinner. Very good quality of fish, considering the All you can eat formula. Price fairly related to the quality, so I highly recommend trying it!

28/06/2025: Very rude waiters, they literally kicked us out of the place as soon as their closing time came. They also respond rudely when you point out that you are finishing your food. Sushi certainly historic but not even that good.

26/06/2025: A must to visit but above all to try ... they do not accept reservations and you can only sit if all the diners are present and have ordered. Few seats inside and outside. Non-Japanese staff. Average choice of dishes .. high prices for the quantities but good!

10/06/2025: visited for lunch with colleagues, everything was very much appreciated! the atmosphere, very characteristic, the service, super kind, and the food.. finally Japanese dishes, and not just rolls and the like 👏👏👏 update 9/6 returned for lunch, I confirm nice atmosphere and kind service, but €12.50 for a bowl of white rice and a few strips of salmon I think is not very satisfying for expectations.

20/05/2025: Good food, minimal service (you order at the counter, you are called and you collect your plate), small place and, unfortunately, VERY COLD. I went on a cold day and inside the thermometer read 16 DEGREES. Everything is fine but eating while shivering is excessive. Result: wolfed down in 3 minutes the very good rice with curry (after 20 minutes of waiting), we ran away and went to warm up in the car swearing. Sorry guys, fix the heating please! See you, maybe, in August.

25/06/2025: I went there today for lunch, the only thing missing was this restaurant to try of all those that have Sushi. I had heard good things about it, but unfortunately for me it was a disappointment and I should have understood it already at the entrance. The others were always packed, in this one there were five of us. Minimum preparation time, after not even 5 minutes we had the first course. Spring rolls at the minimum terms, small and thin practically a bite. 12 pieces of mixed sushi, the shakes were from the fridge probably from the night before, stuck together as if they had released the humidity of the seaweed rice that acted as a glue. Of all the dishes, and we took six each, the only one that was saved was the udon, slightly grilled. I would have gladly taken the boat, but it is not on the menu. Not terrible, but almost missing. This is crossed out.

31/05/2025: Very quiet the restaurant simple but welcoming then all kind and versatile are very fast. Always fresh food and excellent dishes also very well assorted!!!

27/05/2025: One of the best sushi, probably our favorite so far. Starting from the friendliness of the waiters and ending with the care towards the dish served. Quality raw materials, really good fish. Excellent service even in the busiest moments. I highly recommend it.

20/06/2025: Too bad I can't give zero....very low quality food...only 2 special dishes per person...with what you pay it's a disgrace....the dishes all arrive together and even if there's no space on the tiny table the waiters put them one on top of the other in a hasty manner....service below zero....they don't take the dishes away even if you throw them at them.....a disgrace....it's embarrassing that places like this exist...broken chair and chipped plates.....a total disgrace

19/06/2025: Nice place, especially thanks to the veranda that makes the environment more pleasant. The sushi is good, nothing exceptional, but valid for an informal dinner without too many pretensions. Ideal if you are looking for simple and comfortable sushi in the area.

26/12/2024: Nice place with the possibility of playing table football, excellent and varied food, I particularly recommend the pizza and hamburgers. Kind and friendly owner. I highly recommend!
