25/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for the first time last night, and what can I say? We were all pleasantly surprised. There were five of us, including a newborn.
The place is very intimate, we felt at home. The guys and the owner were so sweet and impeccable, both in their service and courtesy, and in small touches like serving the women first. The quality and presentation of the food was immediately clear, and it was on another level. Everything was truly exquisite. It was a super pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back.

12/10/2025: We stayed in Lavena Ponte Tresa for a weekend. We were looking for a place to eat, but we struggled to find a parking spot down by the lake. So, almost by accident, we found Koko, easily accessible and with parking. We really enjoyed it; it's a lovely, cozy little place! Every dish was delicious, nothing negative to say! The staff was helpful and friendly.

28/11/2025: Average ramen, but for the price, it seems like they serve very little broth. I wouldn't go back. The price/quality/quantity was very poor. What a shame! I added extra meat and a seaweed leaf for €20 with water.
27/11/2025: This restaurant is confirmed as one of the best Japanese ramen restaurants. The staff is polite and friendly, and the owner also offers a warm welcome, exuding his love for Japan. I've been a regular customer for five years and have never been disappointed; the new layout is beautiful. The only flaw is that I would have appreciated more vegan options, as the food is excellent. Kudos to the chef behind it. Coming from Rome, this will be one of the places I'll absolutely miss, as the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the warmth of the kitchen have become familiar after so many years. Hokusai has remained consistently top-rated since 2016; they don't just give out red prawns. Kudos!

09/11/2025: The best sushi restaurant I've ever eaten at. The staff was attentive, friendly, and understanding; the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
The food was extraordinary, and the portions of fish were truly generous and of high quality. Kudos to the kitchen staff.
The service I experienced yesterday evening, October 21, was made even better by the warm and professional wait staff.
I regret not having discovered this place sooner; it will be my first choice from now on.
I'll conclude by adding that the bill also surprised me: the balance has never been so good.

25/10/2025: The owner seems like she's doing you a favor, but she's so long-faced she makes you feel bad. Average food, terrible service, and with only four tables in the entire restaurant, orders get lost and you have to order multiple times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unfortunately the food was disappointing for us we paid 85€ only for food and after the dinner we stop to pizza restaurant to eat because the portions was very small and the taste was nothing!

The sandwiches are excellent, made with top-quality ingredients, and the sushi is well-made. I'll be back as soon as I can to try something else; the menu is truly varied and detailed. It's been a sure thing for years!
Menus for all tastes: poké, sushi, tartare, sashimi, vegan rolls.
And then the sandwiches... THE SANDWICHES... eat them, they're indescribable!
