15/11/2025: Good food, take appointment before you go

15/11/2025: It was truly awful.... I went there to get takeout and had to wait 20 minutes. I ordered soy noodles with shrimp and it was everything except shrimp; at most there were only two shrimp. Then I ordered the 6-piece hosomaki, they gave me 4 and the vegetables tasted like nothing; there were more soy noodles and less vegetables and shrimp. Not very welcoming. I don't recommend it.

03/10/2025: We had such a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really made the visit extra special was the staff: they were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. We’ll definitely be coming back next tome and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and warm hospitality!

10/11/2025: A splendid restaurant overlooking Lake Lugano, serving Chinese, Japanese, and Italian cuisine. Buffet appetizers and the option of fresh fish and meat cooked to order.

31/10/2025: Poor food, nonexistent "seafood" pizza, watery because everything was frozen. Service, can you give it a zero? They came by twice to ask if we'd ordered even though we'd already ordered. They left the menu card, which a "waitress" later came by to bring with an arrogance I've never seen. Customers pass behind me to get food (there's a conveyor belt with food containers, even for self-service), and I have to be careful every time so I don't fall on my head.

14/11/2025: This restaurant offers a truly exceptional all-you-can-eat experience. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and the variety is remarkable. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. The staff is super friendly!

13/11/2025: The nigiri and sashimi were out of this world, you could tell the fish was incredibly fresh! The hosomaki was also excellent, overall a highly recommended place.

08/11/2025: Generally, it's an Asian all-you-can-eat restaurant, but you can also order individual dishes from the menu. The decor, tables, and dishes, and the presentation all create a positive impression. We ordered nigiri, which was quite good, and hot pots with beef and shrimp. This wasn't anything special; it was clearly made quickly and with cheap ingredients, and the rice had way too much oil.

01/11/2025: Terrible food and staff who are clearly taking you for a ride. We asked for the all-you-can-eat option and repeated it several times throughout the ordering process, and they always accommodated us. Then, when it came time to pay, they said they didn't understand we wanted the all-you-can-eat option and made us pay for everything from the à la carte menu. Run away from this place, it's a scam.

23/08/2025: Today was our first time here since the renovations. We booked the day before, so we started around 12:00, so we didn't have to wait for a table. Very nice atmosphere, helpful and attentive staff, and smart ordering via tablet. The food is good, although I have some concerns about some dishes. For example, I ordered soy noodles with shrimp. The noodles were plentiful and good, which is a plus, but I only had exactly two small shrimp. Or my son ordered rice with chicken in teriyaki sauce (if I remember correctly), but there were 5-6 small pieces of chicken, and not very large ones. The size was fine, but the rice was plentiful—a lot, too much for the little meat and seasoning. Also, but this is my problem, I prefer bamboo chopsticks. The metal ones are nice and reusable, but they slip in your hands, and it's hard to pick up some foods because they also slide off.

10/08/2025: Our favorite restaurant, the best for everything it offers: quality dishes, balanced flavors, carefully selected ingredients, hospitality... Everything excellent!

09/08/2025: If you're used to eating at the usual all-you-can-eat restaurants, avoid coming here because you might change your mind about what you've eaten so far!!!!! Here you have to wait between courses because there's obviously a lot of preparation behind it. Everything is excellent, from the tuna steak to the tempura, to the various rolls in a variety of flavors. The price is fair for the quality of both the products and the service.

10/10/2025: I had dinner with my girlfriend and it was a truly pleasant experience. The sushi was excellent, with very fresh, high-quality fish. Everything was carefully prepared, from the service to the presentation. Highly recommended! The only flaw was the rice, which was perhaps a little undercooked; otherwise, everything was perfect.

02/12/2025: The atmosphere is refined, the staff are very friendly, and the food is truly delicious. The only flaw is that the menu doesn't list gluten as an allergen for many dishes, even though they contain soy sauce or teriyaki sauce (both of which contain gluten). The staff is very attentive and helpful, and if you have celiac disease or an intolerance, I recommend specifying "gluten-free" for each dish you order.

24/11/2025: Well, one of the best sushi places in the area, if not the best. Excellent service, a quiet atmosphere, and excellent food.

15/11/2025: The three stars for the food aren't for the pizza, which is good and light, but for the dessert. If I order a tiramisu and ask if it's with mascarpone, I expect that. Instead, it's just cream, a splash of ladyfingers, and two biscuits that didn't fit in the middle. The presentation is nice... but at that price, I would have liked to taste the mascarpone.

15/11/2025: I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation in this beautiful location. Everything was impeccable, from the welcome to the end of the event. Special thanks to Gianni, who accommodated my every request and recommended the best. A dinner filled with colors and delicate, delicious flavors. The dessert buffet was rich and unique. The service was impeccable. Finally, the DJ kept us entertained. I highly recommend it, whether for an event or for a dinner to try their delicacies at the restaurant or pizzeria. 11/11/2025: Great sushi in Bergamo. You can choose between all-you-can-eat or à la carte. The menu also features Chinese dishes in addition to Japanese. Good quality. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff.

09/11/2025: For me, it's the best Japanese restaurant in Bergamo. I've been coming here for years and always have a great experience. The quality of the food is consistently high, the service, and the atmosphere are always excellent. The owners are always very kind and helpful, and the entire staff is always very polite. Over time, the portions have shrunk slightly, but the quality has remained consistently high, and this is very important to me because, even though the portions have shrunk, albeit minimally, the quality has remained consistently high. I'd also like to add that, as always, the service is truly top-notch in terms of courtesy, precision, and availability, both for takeout and for dining in.

13/11/2025: Today I placed an online order to collect my dinner. I received an email confirming my order. I arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. This is unacceptable.
