18/04/2025: The first challenge with Zushi is just writing it. Try it: WhatsApp, Telegram or any well-intentioned keyboard will turn it into "Sushi", as part of a conspiracy by the restaurants of the Land of the Rising Sun. And instead it is one of the most well-known and stylized gastronomic realities in the city. It's incredible how the new generation immediately recognizes quality (I'm talking about my daughters): you can't fool them with other sushi. Just one look at those perfect nigiri, the sashimi arranged like in a zen anatomy table, and the dishes that seem to pass an ISO 21621-style quality control (it really exists!) is enough to understand that here every detail counts. I suspect that between the kitchen and the dining room there is a secret room where each dish is scanned, X-rayed and, if it doesn't pass the test... it is incinerated along with the chef. Also because it seems that the kitchen staff changes as quickly as a Korean TV production: creative turnover or ritual sacrifice? Nobody knows. The result, however, is always exceptional. The only slight downfall: the yaki udon with beef and shiitake mushrooms (that's how it's spelled, if memory serves). But I suspect it's a karmic trap for those who dare to order a hot, soupy, beef dish at a place called Zushi. Come on, the message is clear: 'There are no Lubianske, you're here for the fish. Raw!' So yes, Zushi is more than sushi. It's a style. Corporate. And if autocorrect doesn't get it, the palate and the eyes do.

08/03/2025: The food is great but the waiters don’t speak English very well and they brought sushi that we explicitly said we don’t want and asked them respectfully to return it but they started arguing and made us pay the sushi we didn’t order!!

20/03/2025: I went to Hanami Sushi (via Aspromonte). They had spoken very well to me about it, creating high expectations for me, But alas they were not respected. The food was good but not great that I have already eaten in other places. The service was more than satisfactory It is better to draw a veil over the environment.

13/04/2025: 😊 the Sella d'oro, is a restaurant with a peaceful environment and a beautiful view of the lake, 😍 whose dishes in general are really delicious, 😋👍 although I actually loved the pizza I ordered, with ham and mushrooms, whose mushrooms had a smoked taste 🥰 which gave my pizza a truly exceptional flavour. Ps. The toilets were very clean and well kept 👍

02/04/2025: Was a nice Experience. You have a nice view on the lake. We were here with a group of 8. We took the all you can eat menu for 15 Euro for lunch. The menu was good. Grilled fish was good. A tad too oily but still good. Also had Sushi. Price was good. Service was quick. Would come again.

19/03/2025: What can I say, one of my favorite sushis, it doesn't cost much and the food is very good. I recommend going in the evening for dinner as there are (rightly) more foods on the menu.

18/03/2025: Very nice place with Japanese themed decor that feels like you are actually inside their country and their culture. Very good sushi and unlike all other sushi, there is more content and less rice which is excellent because you can feel the taste more and you will bloat less because there is less rice. I highly recommend it. The only flaw was the long wait for the dishes, but having gone on a Saturday evening and it was already full, the service was certainly slow. Normal administration. Go there and try it!

08/04/2025: We went to this restaurant this evening during our first night in Milan. 5 stars, food was amazing, service professional and friendly, atmosphere was lovely and pricing was reasonably. A lovely start to our week in Milan! Thank you, we will be back tomorrow!

30/03/2025: Really excellent sushi in the center of Pescara. Super professional, friendly and kind staff in a private and customer-friendly environment. Not the classic you can it. The dishes are presented with a certain refinement and made with selected ingredients. Obviously given the quality the price is higher than average but it's worth a try.

21/03/2025: Unfortunately the dinner did not live up to expectations. The place is certainly very elegant. The raw dishes were good, with one course in particular truly delicious (I attach photos), but the hot dishes disappointed: certainly not from Gambero Rosso. The vegetable gyoza were bland and a little dry. Even the choice to serve two tartares and no type of sashimi is unbalanced. The service started well, with the staff - very kind - taking our jackets and pouring us water, but it took a downward turn as the evening progressed. Furthermore, unfortunately, they were not sufficiently knowledgeable about the dishes or the tasting methods. The pairings must accompany the courses and the glasses must be served in conjunction with the dish chosen by the chef, to allow the combination to be better appreciated. Unfortunately, this care was lacking, penalizing the overall experience. Finally, the last course was imposed on us as dessert because "the chef decides that the tasting ends with dessert". Ok, but being a group we had chosen tastings with a different number of courses (previously communicated via email) and some received dessert, others not. In high-level places, it is good practice to specify what the tasting includes and, above all, not to impose courses without notice. It wasn't a totally negative experience, but for the price paid (high, higher than the average price of an excellent gastronomic tasting) one expected a much more refined experience that lived up to the name. Maybe in the future we will give it another chance, but for now we cannot recommend it with the same enthusiasm with which it was recommended to us.

17/02/2025: Found unchanged after many years from my first visit (at least 12), essential in the furnishings but the flavors and courtesy found are indescribable. The ravioli are missing from the photos because they teleported into the stomach 😋

12/04/2025: Ultimamente la qualità è nuovamente migliorata, sono fiduciosa che il ristorante recupererà un po' di popolarità in più a Modica. I dipendenti onestamente sembrano sopraffatti dal lavoro e questo mi dispiace.

05/04/2025: There is a very quiet environment during the week obviously on Saturdays and Sundays they are a little busier the service I gave three stars because they usually delay in bringing some food at the end but otherwise everything is very good and appetizing, the price is also very good and is not exaggerated. For the purpose it is a good restaurant I recommend it.

08/04/2025: I did two watercolor workshops here and they were really enjoyable. I tasted super tasty and cute sweets and then various types of very good tea. Angela is always kind and helpful, like the rest of the staff. The place is a bit small so if you want to secure a spot, it's best to book (especially on weekends). However, it's a great place for those who love the genre or for those who want to try something different! I recommend it 😊

13/04/2025: Quiet and well-kept place, 3 minutes from Palazzo Pallavicini. Very good ramen, very rich and delicious, we also tried the fried chicken with flavored mayonnaise and it was also delicious!

07/04/2025: the food was okay, ramen broth lacked flavour and overpowered with the salt. But the tonkatsu was nice and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
