01/11/2025: Disappointing, certainly not an "All You Can Eat Superior" as they claim. I went for lunch at opening time, without a reservation, and as soon as I sat down, I was told I'd have to vacate the table at 1:30 PM. I could understand that, but the problem is that we waited over 30 minutes for only two sushi courses... With this organization and rush, the "all you can eat" experience loses its meaning completely... that is, you eat in a rush, feeling like you have to order everything at once for fear of not making it in time. The food is average, nothing special, and certainly not up to the standard of a "Superior" as advertised on their website. A true all you can eat superior offers a completely different kind of service, attention, and quality. The only positive note is the location, which is really nice and well-kept. I should add that some dishes are reserved only for the dinner menu, which makes a bit of sense for those who choose lunch (but whatever, that's their rules). Also, I ordered grilled gyoza and instead they served shrimp ones. They were still good, but it's still a mistake. Overall, it really gives the impression of a crafty restaurant, more concerned with maximizing profits than ensuring a truly quality experience or customer well-being. It's a shame, because the potential is there. But never again.

10/12/2025: A unique experience! The place is welcoming, intimate, and meticulously crafted. The ingredients are excellent, and the pairings are fantastic. The menu is so extensive, yet not overwhelming, that not knowing what to choose, we relied on them, and the dinner was exquisite. As for the quality/price ratio, there's nothing to complain about; the prices are more than fair for the quality. Truly a wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating.

18/02/2026: For lunch, I was able to rate this A.Y.C.E. restaurant. The place is well-decorated and pleasing to the eye. The reason is easy to explain. The specialties offered were delicious. You can order five dishes every five minutes, and their delivery was extremely fast despite the restaurant being fully booked. I will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent and high-quality, freshly prepared, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They also offered a welcome prosecco and a wine tasting. Good selection of wines... we recommend!! We ordered a 60-piece chef's selection for two. Exceptional!
