16/06/2025: I am replying to the owner since he has blocked the replies... Inedible dishes, at the third dish we blocked the order and ran away. My evaluation is not for the €50 spent but for the INEDIBLE dishes. THE SHOCKING THING HE MADE US PAY THE EXTRA CHARGE because according to him he could not give them to the other tables.

07/05/2025: Vengo da Perugia (3:30h) per godermi il ramen di questo fantastico locale. Dai japas, ai dolci, tutto il menú è piú che strepitoso. Odori e sapori autentici della cucina giapponese senza polverine magiche o solventi chimici: puro umami estratto da ingredienti di primissima qualità e composti in maniera eccelsa. Menzione d'onore agli olii e le componenti piccanti che veramente danno un bel calore al piatto senza trasformarsi in torture di capsaicina.

15/04/2025: Erano diversi mesi che io e la mia fidanzata volevamo provare questo locale, abbiamo sempre cercato un Ramen di qualità che ci facesse apprezzare la veridicità del piatto senza il solito retrogusto chimico, confezionato tipico dei locali etnici. Questo posto dall'atmosfera pacata, minimale e comunque ricca di rimandi alla cultura nipponica ci ha conquistato ancora prima di provare le pietanze. L'odore delle spezie e del brodo pervade la sala stimolando l'appetito; i ravioli estremamente buoni così come il ramen. Ho provato gusti nuovi per il mio palato che mi hanno piacevolmente sorpreso, inoltre anche nella presentazione i piatti sono impeccabili. Il personale estremamente cordiale e soprattutto molto capace nel consigliare il ramen in base ai gusti che gli vengono comunicati dal cliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

13/06/2025: I went to dinner with my son to try their Ramen that I had heard from many people to be of excellent quality. I can only confirm what was told to me: very good Ramen, first choice in ingredients and excellent service. The kind and helpful staff made us spend a beautiful evening. Fair price, average, and excellent quality/price ratio.

30/05/2025: Discovered by chance during a stopover on a yacht. I've never eaten such high-quality Asian cuisine. The steamed dumplings were excellent, as was the shrimp rice. I recommend it 300%. The staff is very nice. Note for those of you who don't speak Italian, one of the team members speaks French perfectly.

08/04/2025: Great for vegans! We always enjoy eating here! After living in a small rural town in Italy for some years, we miss the variety of cuisine a big city can offer. Its the only Asian eatery around, unless you go to Perugia, the nearest city 40 mins away. My husband is now vegan and I'm gluten free, so finding a place to eat can be challenging! We always have the vegan vegetariano roll (avocado and cucumber) and yasai gyoza (a veg green ravioli dim sum dumplings). A particular favourite of ours is the spaghetti riso! We always order al la carte as they have an extensive menu, very reasonably priced, super attentive staff and spotlessly clean restaurant and bathrooms. We try and eat here every few weeks, as we live in an adjacent town, we also order take out. Highly recommended!. 👏👍🤗

08/04/2025: Siempre disfrutamos comiendo aquí! Después de vivir en una pequeña ciudad rural en Italia durante algunos años, nos perdemos la variedad de cocina que una gran ciudad puede ofrecer. Es el único restaurante asiático alrededor, a menos que vayas a Perugia, la ciudad más cercana a 40 minutos. Mi esposo ahora es vegano y estoy libre de gluten, así que encontrar un lugar para comer puede ser un desafío! Siempre tenemos el rollito vegetariano vegano (aguacate y pepino) y la yasai gyoza (un ravioli verde vegetariano tonto tenue). Uno de nuestros favoritos es el spaghetti riso! Siempre pedimos a la carta, ya que tienen un menú extenso, a un precio muy razonable, personal super atento y restaurante y baños impecablemente limpios. Tratamos de comer aquí cada pocas semanas, ya que vivimos en un pueblo adyacente, también pedimos comida para llevar. Muy recomendable! . 👏👍🤗

17/06/2025: Kind and welcoming staff, the service was fast and efficient. The price is a little higher than the average for the all you can eat formula (30€ per person) but it is absolutely justified by the much higher quality of the food, so on the other hand I would say that it has an excellent quality/price ratio. The menu actually includes few dishes but it was all delicious and made to perfection, we had a lovely evening and we will definitely return!

16/06/2025: Very pleasant surprise! Beautiful location, with attention to detail. The director Davide welcomed us and made us feel at home from the first moment. He carefully advised us, pairing us with a truly excellent wine. Excellent food quality! Everything was delicious, especially the first courses and tempura! We highly recommend it!! We will be back!!!

06/07/2025: The location is nice and modern, the welcome makes you feel at home right away. In the all you can eat menu there are many options to choose from and signature dishes that are different from the usual and therefore delicious. The quality is excellent. Wide selection of refined wines. The kindness of the owner will definitely make us return. Small final surprise. I recommend it!

The rider arrives at 9.30pm to get the food but is not ready, waits an hour and at 10.45pm the food arrives. I try to call 15 times in the meantime and they don't even answer the phone.
