11/08/2024: First time in this place, after many years of holiday in Cattolica. I would say satisfied, fresh and good quality food, pasta cooking, grilled fish (excellent), and mixed frying, perfect. baked potatoes and sweet potatoes are also good! The 23 piece mixed sushi is also good. Perhaps the only small complaint is a little more fish in the frying. If the opportunity arises, we will be back anyway!

25/08/2024: Dopo circa 1 anno dove avevo avuto una brutta esperienza con la proprietaria, mi decido di ritornare da Kuazi. Io amante del sushi e dopo averli provati davvero tutti. Posso dire che tra gli AYCE a Palermo, quello di Kuaizi rimane ancora nella TOP 3 dei sushi da scegliere per una serata all'insegna dello sbutrio 😁 Assolutamente Consigliato se vi trovate in centro.

20/08/2024: I was happy, this sushi restaurant is good, the fish is fresh with the all you can formula, I would say they are almost all similar, enviable location. It enjoys a breathtaking landscape, you order with a tablet, the dishes arrive on time at the table, a few touches such as a tablecloth on the table would make it more classy. If you happen to be in these parts and want to eat differently it's an excellent proposal

19/08/2024: I have been coming here for more than two years, always perfect and precise service. Excellent raw material, fast and precise service, maximum availability and excellent prices. The menu is often updated with new dishes, for example this month they added duck a l'orange and it is delicious. Highly recommended!

21/07/2024: I see the effort and the concept, but for me the execution was lacking. The rice was overcooked to the point of being mushy and caked together, and the freshness of the fish was questionable. I ordered the carpaccio tatake, aburi sushi daily specials, and from the main menu the agedashi tofu and chirashi don. I always order chirashi because it is deceptively simple: it's sashimi on a bed of rice. You can't hide behind fancy rolls with drizzled sauces, but it's an opportunity to flex the freshness of your product and creativity of the chef. It looked ok when it arrived but was confusingly served with the dense rice packed into the bowl, topped with the fillings used for spicy tuna rolls and crab mayo rolls, oxidizing avocado, and a few nice sashimi splices. The carpaccio needed to be delicate but it was roughly cut, and swimming in sweet dashi. I wonder if the lack of air conditioning had something to do with these issues, because in contrast, the cooked items - the agedashi tofu and the blow-torched aburi sushi - were good though. Also considering the overall price placed it in comparison with higher-end sushi restaurants and it just didn't match up well in the overall quality.

18/07/2024: I am very disappointed with the service at Sakana Sushi. I booked a table to celebrate some good news at what used to be our favorite sushi restaurant. We arrived with my wife and 5 year old son at 9.30am and stayed until 10.50pm without being served. I asked the waiters twice to point out that we had a small, hungry and tired child. However, despite apologies for the wait, we were never served. After more than an hour and a half of waiting, we got up and left, very disappointed with the service and indifference of the staff. Sakana, know that my family spends more than 3000 euros in your restaurant annually, not counting all the friends to whom we recommend your restaurant. But today, for us, you are done. I feel very sorry for the owner, who is a wonderful person but was not present today. My family and I will never set foot in your restaurant again after the bad evening you made us experience.

The girl at the cash register was very kind and professional, together with the staff in the kitchen. Definitely above average rice. We will definitely be back to try new dishes. Ps: we recommend the karaage because it's spacious
