28/09/2025: SPECTACULAR sushi in Brindisi! Fantastic! Super fresh fish, meticulous presentation, and truly thoughtful and interesting flavors. You can choose from a variety of combinations (making the menu accessible to vegans, too). Their Gunkan are a must-try: an explosion of flavor. It was wonderful to watch them prepare, but even better to eat them! Fausto and Pamela are the heart of this place: kind, passionate, and always eager to make every customer feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can tell they put a lot of passion into it. I'll definitely be back!

11/08/2025: Had an absoutley lovely dinner. So welcoming and accomadating. Wondeful fresh sushi, made with excellent ingredients. The vegan sushi was carefully made with clear passion and quality and not just a filler on the menu. Highly recommend the super spicy sriracha for spice lovers. Very tasty stuff. Also their home made ginger liqueur was delicious. Such lovely people. 🥳🥳🥳

13/10/2025: The staff was incredibly kind and attentive: they pointed out that a dessert we'd ordered wasn't halal because of the gelatin, a gesture we greatly appreciated. The roll cake was phenomenal, we'll definitely be back! Edit: We returned and it was as phenomenal as we expected 🥹🤍

07/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, well-maintained and with excellent quality cuisine. The fish is very good and fresh. The restaurant isn't too big, so it's best to book in advance, especially on weekends. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: A lovely all-you-can-eat dinner. I'd never been there before. I found delicious dishes I've never had at other fusion restaurants. Perhaps there were a few too many restrictions, which should be there at lunch given the price, but in the evening there should be more free options. Overall, I liked it; the place was very nice and the staff was friendly. They even offered us a liqueur at the end of the dinner.

01/10/2025: A very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, which goes perfectly with the sushi, which is nothing short of exceptional. After a year, I find myself here with great pleasure. The staff are kind and helpful, the music adds a magical touch to everything, I recommend it.

10/09/2025: Upon entering, you immediately notice a large, spectacular fish display. The restaurant is large and has plenty of tables. Lunch on weekdays is very popular, but reservations aren't required. The menu is quite extensive and varied, even at lunchtime, and you can order dishes directly from your tablet or, if there are several people at the same table, using a QR code on your smartphone. The service is quick and courteous. Occasionally, a dish may be forgotten, but if you point it out right away, they're always quick to fix it. Personal highlights: the ravioli are excellent, made with a very thin sheet of pasta that makes them light and incredibly tasty. The nigiri are made with just the right amount of rice. All the accompanying sauces are excellent.

02/09/2025: We were there for the first time and I must say that the restaurant is very nice, the service is fast and the food is good, the prices are normal and the thing that amazed me is that when a table gets up and they take the tablet for the orders, the waiter immediately takes it to the table to clean it before giving it back to another table. Well done.

24/09/2025: A wonderful lunch buffet experience with cover charge, drinks, and desserts included. You can eat everything from meat to fish, but also lots of vegetables. During the week, it costs very little: 16 euros for an all-inclusive lunch. On the weekend, it costs a little more, but it's definitely worth it.

28/09/2025: Never again! Bad experience. No. It was hard to talk, the voices of other customers echoed throughout the room. Very long wait times. The sommelier was very rude and unprofessional, I've never seen such attitude towards a customer.

14/10/2025: Every time, it's a treat: exceptional food, attentive service, and a beautiful venue. The ingredients are top-quality, and the chefs know how to master them. I think their ravioli are the best I've ever tasted—they're addictive! Having been there so many times, we've tried several dishes, all delicious and with truly authentic flavors.

20/09/2025: They make tuna belly here, which is very good. I called to order it, but it's only available when they cut a whole fresh tuna. For two, we spent €97, a fair price. Recommended 👍

08/09/2025: We went for lunch on a Saturday. We had a great time, both with the welcome and attentive staff, and with the food. We found everything very good, with portions that weren't too large, so it's nice to be able to reorder if needed. We didn't know about the limit on how many dishes you can order at once from the tablet, after which there's a 10-minute wait to reorder. The waiter, however, helped us with this as well, and there were no problems or unpleasant waits at the table. The price was in line with other restaurants: 2 adults and 1 child, 0.5 liter of wine, 1 portion of mochi, 1 coffee, 1 liter of water: €72. We'll definitely be back. I almost forgot: a little treat for the curious and the kids: a delightful little robot that roams around the dining room! Convenient parking at the supermarket next door, with direct access from the parking lot/restaurant.

13/09/2025: Good for an "all you can eat" option. The 4-piece roll option is a smart option, allowing you to try one and reorder or move on to another dish (without having to finish the usual 8 pieces) if you don't like it.
