14/02/2026: An excellent traditional Japanese-style restaurant, where my boyfriend and I had dinner for Valentine's Day. The food is excellent quality and there's no long wait. The only downside is that the food is only available à la carte or in limited quantities. Otherwise, I highly recommend it 👍🏻

06/02/2026: The place is very welcoming, the service is always attentive and courteous but never intrusive. The dishes offered are of the highest quality, featuring incredibly fresh fish and a variety of delicious combinations unlike anything else in the area (only in Milan can you find something similar). An honorable mention goes to the Uramaki special, which is a leap in flavor and absolutely worth trying.

19/02/2026: Excellent food at fair prices. I'm already happy when I book. They offer not only ramen but various Asian dishes, even catering to vegans. It's not like you're in Bologna.
10/02/2026: It's my favorite ramen. I've tried several places, but I think this one has the best tonkotsu in Bologna (I'm not including places over €20). I can't comment on other types of ramen (I don't have many other places to compare them to). The staff is friendly and the place is nice (I won't dwell on these two because, in my opinion, they're secondary to the food). I recommend it.

13/10/2025: The staff was incredibly kind and attentive: they pointed out that a dessert we'd ordered wasn't halal because of the gelatin, a gesture we greatly appreciated. The roll cake was phenomenal, we'll definitely be back!
Edit: We returned and it was as phenomenal as we expected 🥹🤍
11/10/2025: Fantastic place, just like the service. Delicious drinks and melt-in-your-mouth desserts, thanks in part to the pairing suggestions from the staff.

02/02/2026: An all-you-can-eat restaurant with quality food and average prices, around €35 per person including cover charge and water. Reservations are essential, as it's always busy. The tables are too close together, and you can hear the buzz of people a bit too much. The service is good, but if it's too busy, they take a while to take your order, although I must say that the dishes are always coming in quick succession. The braised meat ravioli are the best.

15/01/2026: Whenever I come to Biella for work, it's a regular stop. Aside from the food, which I have nothing to complain about, it's a truly sumptuous place. They've set up a few tables in a room shaped like a pond...it's quite spectacular. Large windows and modern furnishings.

09/01/2026: Japanese restaurant near Porta Cerese in Mantua, simple yet elegant atmosphere, good, well-prepared food, and fast service. Parking nearby isn't very large. Worth a try.
09/12/2025: I'm a huge sushi fan. I'll start by saying that I travel a lot, so I've tried quite a few: I wouldn't return to this place. Why? I found the salmon tartare completely squashed and soaked in sauce, with nothing left of the shape. The fish in the osomaki and uramaki wasn't particularly fresh, in my opinion; and when I ordered the nigiri, there were two inches of hard, cold rice, so I basically had to cut the rice in half to enjoy the slice of fish—which was completely tasteless and very pale.
I feel sorry for the people who work there, because they're very nice people. However, I wouldn't recommend it due to the quality of the food.

29/12/2025: I went for lunch to this sushi place. I ate very well. The menu was varied and the staff were kind and friendly. The service was fast and reasonably priced. I used the all-you-can-eat service, which is suitable for everyone and at a more than fair price. The facilities were clean and well-equipped. You order with a tablet. The only flaw is that the all-you-can-eat service is done per table and not per person. For example, my family and I didn't all want the all-you-can-eat service, but either everyone takes the all-you-can-eat service or everyone takes the normal service. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

18/02/2026: My girlfriend and I had lunch here for Valentine's Day and were pleasantly surprised by the set menu, which allowed us to try all of the restaurant's signature dishes.
The ingredients were fresh and the pairings were excellent.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and friendly: Vittorio made us feel like we were eating at a friend's house.
A restaurant we'll definitely return to!
17/02/2026: A simply extraordinary experience! This Neapolitan Japanese restaurant left me speechless: every dish was a discovery of new, fresh, and sophisticated flavors.
The rolls were the best I've ever eaten, perfectly balanced, creative, and made with the highest-quality ingredients. The gyoza were also delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
You can sense extreme attention to detail and a genuine pursuit of quality in every bite. A place that impeccably combines the Japanese soul with Neapolitan hospitality.
I left ecstatic: it's not just a meal, but an experience that will stay with me forever.
Absolutely recommended! 🍣✨
