Dopo avere letto diverse recensioni discordanti, ho voluto comunque provare stasera il sakura. Ho mangiato molto bene, ho apprezzato il menù cartaceo bello grande e visibile ed ho speso rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto. Per me è approvato.

Tutto buono a parte le alghe e le zuppe cinesi (che anziché brodose erano gelatinose dense tipo gel per capelli... disgustata ho avanzato il piatto) . Prezzo leggermente al di sotto di altri ristoranti asiatici. Tornerò sicuramente

26/01/2024: I had been here other times, as a lover of oriental food (in my opinion it offers the best uramaki in Pistoia). This time I left more space for the second soul of the restaurant, the more Mediterranean one, and it was definitely worth it. I found the passion that the young and promising Chef shows in describing his proposals in the dishes. In addition to the tempura, we took two fish first courses which gave us mixes of innovative flavours, fresh and intense at the same time, but never invasive. See you soon!

11/02/2024: Il cibo è abbastanza buono,ho assaggiato sicuramente di meglio comunque non mi lamento, però ragazzi pulite il pavimento perché apparte fare decisamente recere si pattina e si rischia di cadere se non stai moooolto attento,anche per le cameriere era difficile lavorare in quelle condizioni poverette.Ma poi è tutto unto,anche sopra i tavoli c'è una patina di unto disarmante,a me onestamente fa proprio ribrezzo ragazzi questo è indice di sporcizia e sudiciume!!Poi ti rifilano la cavolata del abbiamo provato decine di detersivi ma non c'è n'è uno che funzioni...ragazzi iniziate a lavare il locale e forse lo pulite..io francamente non sono propenso a tornarci.
