Gina è una cuoca di altri tempi, attenta ai sapori e realizza i suoi piatti con amore che si trasmette in ogni boccone; sembra di tornare bambini ai tempi in cui mamme e nonne si riunivano per cucinare nei giorni di festa. Roby in sala è un personaggio, apparentemente burbero, ma in realtà con un cuore d'oro. Difende le tradizioni, e seleziona la clientela con un " radar" naturale"... O gli piaci o nemmeno ti accomodi nel locale... nemmeno se è vuoto. Ma se incontrate la Sua empatia, vi sentirete trattati come persone di famiglia ed andrete via con un bel ricordo.... 30/03/2024: We went for lunch, the lady was extremely kind and approachable. Even the room boy who looked after us was an exquisite person. Open kitchen, with everything in sight. Short and decisive menu, we ate a raw appetizer, pink prawn tartare, a hand-pulled tagliolini and fried food. Everything fresh and expertly cooked. Specifically frying with kataifi breading and corn, uncommon to find in Italy, and homemade mayonnaise. I highly recommend.
