03/12/2025: I rarely write review but this one deserves it. Firstly, the food is amazing, fiorentina is soft as soul and starters are crazy good. Secondly, service is another level. Ruben is amazing host who served us throughout whole night. Such a pleasant service. Lastly, the place (atmosphere) is what you want in Trieste. Superb. Congrats to owner and service staff

25/11/2025: I was recommended to try the pizza, but I never will. I arrived on a freezing, rainy evening with my Golden Retriever. I couldn't even stick my nose in because dogs were not allowed. I think it's one of the last places that doesn't allow dogs in a restaurant. We're talking about a simple pizzeria, not a high-class establishment. It's a shame because almost all families these days have a dog and enjoy spending an evening with their beloved dogs, especially if they're clean, well-behaved, and on a leash. I'll never go back there again, it'll be bad publicity. It's time for a more civilized environment.

22/09/2025: Gigi's pizza is delicious. Fine dough, well-filled and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for a good pizza with friends.

01/06/2025: I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and I had a great time. In particular, I really liked the food, good and plentiful. Especially the goat cheese with honey, which I would eat again and recommend. Also the breakfast was very good and varied for dessert. Friendly and nice staff.

14/07/2025: A quality bakery. It's a shame that 8 times out of 10, no matter what time you go (unless it's sometimes 6 a.m.), you never find any pastries.

08/11/2025: A truly fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and you immediately feel welcome. The staff, in particular, are incredibly friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

14/10/2025: I walked in by chance with my friend because we smelled the delicious fried fish. Let me start by saying we weren't hungry. We went in and explained to the waiter that we wanted a portion of fried fish, given the smell that could be felt all the way down the street. They only had fried sardines. Oh well!! We asked for 1 portion, and while my friend had stepped away for a moment, the waiter started saying, "But 1 portion isn't enough, it's only 6 sardines, take 2." I told her, bring 2, otherwise it looks like you're watching your money. I eat 4, she gets 1, and there's more than 1 portion left over!! They had a weird taste right then and there!! €15 a portion (6 sardines, the cheapest fish ever)... By the time I got home, I was sick of it that night!! I checked the sardines, and they stank!! Never again in my life will I eat fried fish in any restaurant. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Stay away if you don't want to feel sick.

15/11/2025: All the orders arrive several minutes late, or don't arrive at all. By the time they arrive, I'm losing my appetite.

17/10/2025: I came for lunch with my dad. The staff was very kind and attentive, the wait for the dishes was practically non-existent, so it was really, really quick, and the food was delicious!! I recommend it.

12/10/2025: Decent wines... young staff... with appetizers and the usual chips... but the place itself is very nice!

02/12/2025: I often come here for both lunch and dinner, it's super accessible from the Pordenone area. The food is really good, and it's rarely crowded. They're super fast and the food is good. Instead of paying a lot for a lavish all-you-can-eat menu and taking Instagrammable photos, I'd rather come here and eat well in peace. The price is fair, and they just added an option where you can add €2 to the menu and get an all-you-can-drink option. I highly recommend it.

30/11/2025: The place could use a refresh, and perhaps the wait times are a bit longer than we're used to, but the quality of the food we got was truly excellent! This is the first place I've found a dessert menu dedicated to "all you can eat." Located in the city center, which is not to be underestimated!

05/12/2025: They don't close at 8:00 PM, but earlier. At 7:38 PM, I was outside the front door, with all the lights still on and all the employees at the counter. After knocking several times and being ignored, I was informed that the shop was closed. I recommend updating the hours here on Google and outside the front door.

28/04/2025: I've known the place for years. For me it has always been a post-work evening meeting point, being outside San Vito in the area of ​​the Madonna di Rosa church. So easy parking. La Piera is the backbone of the place, always very helpful. The place is open from the morning, very popular even at lunch. Recommended even just for a good glass of wine.
