Margo Ristorante Dell' Hotel La Perla In Ravascletto

A beautiful weekend!!! The hotel is close to the ski lifts (a few minutes walk), a beautiful and relaxing spa centre, everything very clean. We complimented the chef on the desserts although all meals deserve compliments - excellent. Excellent quality-price relation. The staff is always helpful and very kind. Thank you for everything at Hotel La Perla and we look forward to being your guests again next season.

My husband and I spent two days, one night in this 4 star hotel: check in at 2.00pm is quite late... moreover, we arrived but the rooms were not yet ready... the location is very beautiful and very close to the ski resorts; the new rooms like the one we had (margottina) are very beautiful: ours is spacious, tastefully furnished... lovely bathroom like the room with ample space in the shower... while the slightly older ones like my daughter's single are really ugly, cramped, almost suffocating, bathroom without window. The spa, although small, is very clean and noteworthy is the water in the two swimming pools which is very, very hot! A small sauna, a small Turkish bath and a small gym complete everything! Unfortunately there is no control so in the morning and until the early afternoon it is a true paradise, but as soon as families with children arrive the area becomes very noisy, full of shouting and diving and is unlivable... The restaurant is very beautiful and bright, the dishes cooked with extreme care and presented in a very artistic and creative way! Sore points: unfortunately there is a certain amount of neglect... upon entering the steps leading to the entrance are broken, the carpets in the reception are completely threadbare and worn to the point that they no longer have any color but you can see the threads that compose them... soon the holes... in our superior room there were spots full of mould, both rising from the floor and at the corners on the ceiling; in the bathroom the toilet paper roll holder must have fallen off the tiles (which is no longer there) but no one bothered to clean the glue from the tiles... the mechanism of the plastic toilet seat is broken... unfortunately these seem insignificant details but they are not in a hotel that boasts 4 stars! There is no longer the possibility of booking massages in the spa (they don't have staff) nor of having half board since there is a restaurant... I imagine families with children... how could they have difficulty choosing from an expensive and elaborate menu, something simple and cheap for them… From my point of view, with a little maintenance, not necessarily very expensive, it could return to its former glory! Also noteworthy is the staff: absolutely very kind!

Io e la mia compagna ci rechiamo in questa struttura ormai da diversi anni (talvolta anche più di una volta l'anno) e non ho mai avuto modo di pentirmene. Il personale è molto preparato, il cibo servito è tipico delle zone carniche ed è veramente di alto livello, i servizi messi a disposizione non peccano di niente. Quando si entra qui si viene viziati dall'arrivo al momento del check-out.

Siamo arrivati alle ore 15 e una delle due stanze non era ancora pronta.Il personale della ristorazione e dei servizi di pulizia è molto cordiale e disponibile. Il cibo è molto buono e anche le colazioni sono ottime. La camera Doppia Superior che ci è stata assegnata è una camera piccola e purtroppo si sente un rumore fastidioso, anche durante la notte, se vengono utilizzati i bagni nelle altre stanze. L'area fitness ha pochi attrezzi ginnici ed essendo nell'area spa aprono solo dalle ore 10. La spa ha strutture nuove ma non sono logisticamente ben organizzate (rispetto alla piscina frequentata da bambini; non ci sono appendini per accappatoi, poche panche d'appoggio, scalini ). L'area relax è una stanza piuttosto piccola e non c'è un angolo con tisane e acqua. La posizione è buona sia per chi scia che per chi desidera camminare. Peccato per questi inconvenienti soprattutto per la camera, perché il personale è davvero in gamba.

La settimana scorsa a cena assieme alla mia famiglia mi sono concesso il privilegio di degustare i piatti dello Chef Fabrizio . Margó locale elegante e silenzioso ti accoglie con luci soffuse la sala preparata elegantemente si sposa alla perfezione con le pietanze che sono un tripudio di qualità ,colori ed emozioni , devo ammettere che lo chef riesce a sbalordire con colpi ad effetto , è ben assestati facendo di una cena un quadro artistico a 360 gradi . lo staff cordiale assieme alla Signora Germanaè concentrato nel servizio dei piatti del maestro , ma soprattutto in grado di incastonarsi armonicamente nel contesto , tu da cliente li percepisci . Sono mitici ,veramente traspare passione e alta professionalità, grazie ragazzi . Chef veramente grazie per la maglnifica e indimenticabile serata passata da te . Ottima e ampia cantina vini composta da centinaia di etichette Top! Io consiglio a tutti coloro che amano la cucina di passare al Margó ristorante dell’ Hotel La Perla
