10/07/2026: I ordered a piadina with marinated anchovies, salad, and onion. Everything was excellent, but the anchovies were the only thing I liked about them! If there had been two or three more anchovies, it would have been excellent, just like when it was in front of the residence!

11/06/2026: - First of all the rooms are not bad neither good you can live in them normaly and they are not infested by anything, rooms are cleand on a schedule (I think) regurally either every day or every three days at most - There is a breakfest provided at the hotel from 7:00 to 10:00 AM (as for the moment of writing this review) and the food is not bad, but I have seen the products on the shelves of the nearby Conad superstore there are ,of course, things that they make by hand there - Not all employees talk in english ,but i dont judge there wasnt a problem with comunication. Some of the staff speaks fluent english and some dont speak it at all - A con is that (from my expiriance) there is no Air Conditioning ,and if there is they WILL take it from you - A pro on the other hand is that the Hotel is like a 3 to 5 minute walk from the sea which helps this hotel a lot - The place is not overcrowded and there was never a problem with seating at the canteen that provides breakfest Thats it for the rewiev, I hope you enjoy it more than I did

03/05/2026: The place is spacious, but the staff is sparse and stressed during the service. You eat the pastries and it's late for the cappuccino, but it's well-made. Next time, I'll take long, well-spaced steps.

04/07/2026: Walking around WDW 2026 I have to say that in my opinion they know how to make ice cream, it's been years since I've had such good one... Their zuppa inglese and cassata are spectacular, but so is the rest, a nice stop... even the bar service is not bad, the girls are nice...

27/01/2026: Terrible experience, not up to the name La Romana!!! Let's start with the first problem...Londyanfsrd is not in line with the other La Romana ice cream shops that ask you what flavor of liquid chocolate you want to fill the cone with! And they don't do anything about it 🤔 but my request arrives and the chocolate is collected directly from the plastic container that had burst so what he wanted was collected in the cone 🥺👎 shocked but we get to the small quantity and even here they don't ask me if I want cream!! I politely ask if their ice cream shop has different standards from the others... I get an answer from an arrogant and rude woman... then we want to talk about the crepes where there were loads of Nutella that to find you have to call Ris di Parma!!!! But more to avoid!!! I don't think we even know the most basic rules

28/08/2025: We're Romans on vacation...we're craving croissants 🥐 Google search and here we are. Large croissants, really good, soft and pleasant dough, the filling is more than decent. The one filled with Nutella is TOP, the one with cream and black cherries... it's not the classic cream, but it's light and not heavy, but it's a bit expensive. I'm not giving 5 stars because I found half a black cherry pit and it's not exactly pleasant. PS: a few more black cherries (without the pits) wouldn't hurt.

13/01/2026: Il Pappagallo in Cattolica... A place all in all, not bad, but nothing exceptional... perhaps the only place in Italy where the four-cheese pizza is made with tomato... When I asked the person who brought me the pizza, who was the owner, but did you make the four-cheese pizza with tomato...?!? He just replied, "It's on the menu..." I said, "Sorry, you're right!" After a minute, I had the pizza taken away... After 10 minutes, he came back and said... He sent the pizza back... "If you want, I'll remake the plain pizza..." So I said no, thanks, and didn't eat. I said... I made a mistake, I didn't read it, and I'll pay for everything, as I did, but I don't want to eat at this place... My friends ate... If the owner of the place, seeing my disapproval shortly before, had said RIGHT NOW, if you don't like it I'll make it again white (without responding as he had before), I would have accepted, but he only came after I sent the pizza back, and for this reason, for me there are no excuses and I won't give him a second chance. At the end of a terrible day in which my car broke down in Pesaro and I was forced to stop in Cattolica... I was just hoping for a peaceful evening and instead they ruined it for me... So I don't give this place more than a star. There is no empathy... The desire to want to change the pizza only after I sent it back saying... it's not that I'll be poorer if I make you another one... For me it's one, it's the wrong response that deserves nothing. I know that in the end I didn't eat and I paid anyway... But the satisfaction of eating after the way he had behaved, I didn't give him and I didn't want to give it to him. So, remember when you go to the parrot, read the menu carefully, if you really have to go there... and if you order the four cheese pizza, say right away that you want it plain like they make it in the rest of the world!

12/11/2025: I happened to be in the area for work and had lunch at this restaurant, which is OPEN during the low season. The spaghetti with clams was excellent, and the mussels were plentiful. The price was in line with what I ate and the prices, which are all displayed. The daily specials were excellent, including the meat dishes, which I didn't try, but the diners next to me complimented them, so... The owner was friendly; when I entered early, he was playing cards with a gentleman. The overall feel is authentic. I think I'll be back soon.

28/06/2026: We went here for lunch with the whole family and were very pleased. The place was quite empty. We ordered two salads, pasta, fries, water, beer, and iced tea. All the dishes were fresh, really tasty, and carefully prepared. A big plus is the very friendly service. The prices are reasonable and adequate to the quality. We definitely recommend this place!

31/08/2025: DO NOT SIT AT THIS PLACE: Quick lunch. There are three options in the area, so we choose the one that promises "gourmet pizza," even though it's a seafood place—and a bell should have rung already. Anyway, we sit down. There are only three pizzas on the menu: Margherita and two other flavors that, thankfully, we didn't even consider. We're playing it safe (or so we thought): two Margheritas. Simple. Basic. The soul of pizza. And instead... a total disaster. The pizzas arrive. It couldn't be sadder: flat, soggy, with anonymous ingredients and zero flavor. They looked like they came straight from the frozen food section of the supermarket. But I'm not kidding: the Margherita at Lidl is prettier and, yes, even tastier. And I mean this with the utmost seriousness. The bill arrives: €32.50 for two pizzas. Thirty. Two. Fifty. For an experience that can only be described as embarrassing. A complete mockery. Now, the question: if you own a seafood restaurant, why do you insist on offering pizza? And if you really want to make it, at least try. Because selling frozen food as "gourmet" is an insult to those who truly work with respect for the customer—and for Italian cuisine. Instead of offering everything and doing it poorly, focus on what you know how to do (assuming there is something). Do less, do it better, stop selling smoke and fooling people. Final message to potential customers: don't make our mistake. Avoid this place. Any other alternative is better. Even a takeout pizza would beat this superficial "gourmet experience."

07/04/2026: We stopped for lunch by chance on the way home. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the food was excellent.

07/04/2026: Never again! We had been to this restaurant before and had a great experience, but with the change of management, the experience was completely disappointing. We booked on Friday for Easter Sunday and upon arrival, we were forced to choose a €55 fixed menu, without anyone having informed us of this when we booked. A total lack of transparency. After being seated, we waited almost half an hour without receiving anything except some bread. Meanwhile, we noticed that other tables were being given an à la carte menu to choose from, something we had explicitly denied. An absurd and decidedly unfair situation. The food then made the situation even worse: the fritto misto was even sweet, probably made with the wrong batter, inedible. When we asked for an explanation for the different treatment compared to other customers, we received no adequate response. The owner was unprofessional, avoiding providing clear answers. Despite this, we were charged €80 for three cold appetizers, which arrived after an unjustified wait and were extremely poor. We actually only ate that, deciding to leave immediately once we understood the situation. If you decide to offer a set menu, you should clearly communicate this at the time of booking, giving the customer the option to choose. Saying one thing and then acting differently at other tables is simply a joke. A terrible experience from every perspective; we will never return.
