01/09/2025: The food was delicious, fresh, and the service was friendly. The only thing I would improve would be the size of the kebab, as you might need two if you're tall and want to be full. (I recommend)

24/08/2025: Good, fairly large place with outdoor tables, close to the sea and the center... Friendly and helpful staff and normal prices... Normal waiting times, I had a good time, others say completely the opposite but I personally had a good time... The only thing I don't understand is why it says "pizza" when they don't actually make it but otherwise everything was fine...

05/12/2025: A truly awful experience. I don't want to tar everyone with the same brush, but I have to talk about my experience and the people I dealt with. Nurses who, during a blood test, speak badly of previous patients, respond to any question in a haughty or annoyed tone. One tells you you have to wait, then after two and a half hours, another tells you you shouldn't have waited but that you could have left, telling her colleague (in front of me): "This one showed up in front of me saying that a nurse told her to wait who knows what," in a mockery of her. And this is just one of the many episodes that happened in eight hours of hell in there. Dear nurses, we're all stressed, we all work, remember that doing your job requires tact and empathy. I was respectful towards them until the end, but I definitely won't go back to being treated so badly.

25/11/2025: Dr. Sergio Cialdella's orthopedic examination assessment was poor: unprofessional, he issued a diagnosis without reading the documentation and performing the required examination; furthermore, he was extremely rude.

18/10/2025: Food: After a four-hour drive, I arrived and, feeling tired, ordered a pizza. I ate it because I honestly could have eaten a brick because I was so hungry. As for the price: €9.50 for buffalo mozzarella + cover charge + €4 for a can... I expected more. Poor service: one waiter even literally threw a tray of coffee at me just because "they pissed him off in the kitchen." Ambience: It was also a nice place, but the negativity inside ruined everything. I'm truly sorry to write this review because I don't like to speak ill of an environment to which someone has dedicated their life... but I think it's right to share this bad experience I had, and who knows, maybe they'll take it as an opportunity for reflection.

14/03/2026: A pizza that looks like a piadina! It's incredibly thin and doesn't fill you up. Now I understand why it's so cheap. If you want to fill up, you should at least order three each. No receipts, and if you pay by card, the lady shakes her head and snorts.

07/09/2025: The food was awful and overpriced, the staff was slow and confused and rude - the waiter basically “throw” the food on the table it almost fell. The only good thing was the Aperol. We paid almost 40€ for a shitty lunch with awful service.

09/11/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but I don't think an hour for two piadinas with prosciutto is possible. I understand the ongoing fair, I understand everything, but I arrive at 2:20 pm and you bring me two piadinas with prosciutto at 3:20 pm, something's wrong... overall, the piadina isn't bad, but the service is really, really poor... we definitely won't be back.

08/11/2025: The food is bland, salt is unknown... The piadina is like a clay brick. The prices are out of line, and the food doesn't reflect the cost. They also require payment on delivery, and they left us outside in 6°C heat... awful.

28/02/2026: Terrible experience and unacceptable customer service I'm giving one star only because it's not possible to give zero. I ordered takeout/delivery (order no. 208940766) and, unfortunately, the experience was disastrous in every way. First of all, the tortellini I ordered were unavailable and were replaced with a third burger, which we accepted. The main problem, however, was that all three beef burgers were completely RAW, even though I had requested them medium rare and everything was cold. Practically inedible, so much so that we couldn't eat. The worst thing was the restaurant's reaction: I called to report the problem, and as soon as I explained the situation, they hung up on me. I tried calling back 10 more times for clarification or a refund, but they ignored every one of my calls, blocking me. I would have gladly avoided this negative review if only there had been an apology, an attempt to resolve the issue, or a simple call back. The rudeness of hanging up on a customer who paid for poor service is unspeakable. I strongly advise against it, not so much because of the kitchen error (which can happen), but because of the complete lack of respect and professionalism.

03/01/2026: I'm sorry to give one star, I don't know if management has changed but out of 3 times we ordered pizza we had to throw it away twice, they arrived lukewarm and completely soaked in grease that we couldn't tell if it was oil or some liquid from the mushrooms or artichokes and the last time they were raw, it's a shame because the dough is good and we eat pizza often. The first time we thought it was a mistake, but seeing that it was the same the second time too we won't order them again, because in addition to spending the money you can't go hungry.

Obviously, dealing with 2,000 people, including families with dogs, screaming children, circus performers, and so on, every day makes you hate life—so Rega, let he who is without sin cast the first stone. They were friendly and kind to us, though. The piadina was excellent, Rimini-style, so thin! The draft beer was excellent, and I should add that it's a historic shop, with stylish, period furnishings that have been restored (it dates back to 1957, if I'm not mistaken). 13/09/2025: An excellent, historic establishment that has been offering simple, top-quality food since 1957. The Romagna-style hospitality is pure. The piadinas are excellent, but there's also a wide selection of delicious alternatives. The beer in a chilled mug is also excellent. The house-made limoncello is absolutely delicious. Everything is topped off with the staff's smiles. Definitely worth a visit. Just steps from the sea.

09/09/2025: Such a disgusting croissant and the first time I ate it in 36 years it felt like biting through cardboard, not to mention the sugar on top that would have broken someone's teeth. Change your job.
