06/04/2026: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Last night I bought a fried donut and a hazelnut croissant for €6.00... "I'd say it was a rip-off." I complained to the girl, saying that €6 was a bit expensive. She replied that it wasn't frozen, but rather a high-end pastry shop (believe me, I've had better). The donut had a strange flavor, the croissant was dry, and tasted like butter. Never again. There are better croissant shops with prices accessible to everyone. They're €1.50 croissants. Reevaluate your prices. You're not up to the task of asking €3.00 per croissant.

23/10/2025: A terrible hotel. I'll never go there again! There was mold everywhere and EVERYTHING cost money! A small water cost €30! SAMMAH, GET IT RIGHT! I only had breakfast. Everything in the food was still from the previous day. How disgusting. And you can't sleep at night because of the music coming from the bar.

18/07/2026: The doctors and nurses are excellent, but the facility needs a lot of maintenance. The air conditioning hasn't worked properly for months. The rooms are now 32°C. Unbearable temperatures.

24/06/2026: The cashier staff is the most rude I've ever seen. I had a problem with an appointment, which for some reason was not available until the next day. I asked them to check and possibly cancel it. The response was, "I can't even look at it tomorrow." The premises are dirty. The wait times are endless, and the doctors lack empathy...!!

24/10/2025: Terrible experience: we ordered 8. The waiter said he would bring food "a go-go". After a somewhat long wait, he brought 4 slices of focaccia, 4 small pizzas, 2 containers with a few olives... not enough for 4 people, considering there were 8 of us! We asked for more of the "a go-go" and were told we had to pay for everything else. We ordered more and left, paying €15 each without being the slightest bit full! Terrible treatment and high prices! I highly recommend against it. I ADD AFTER THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: There weren't 12 of us, but 8. There were no children, just adults. We didn't spend €132... Don't respond if you haven't seen the situation! You respond (badly) to those who see the reality of your restaurant and give one star instead of the 5 you expect! He's just a rude guy since he doesn't even know where we were sitting and what we ordered!!

04/05/2026: I can't give it a star, but I swear I would. I called at 6:00 PM to get a takeout pizza. They told me it would arrive in 10-15 minutes, and then an hour and a half passed and nothing happened, and they even turned off the phone.

17/06/2026: The price-performance ratio is simply off. They're overpriced for ready-made and frozen products. It's a bar for cocktails and good wine, nothing more. Two stars for the location and friendly service.

11/06/2026: I don't recommend it. My partner and I went in for lunch and asked if there was a menu available (since there were huge signs advertising pizza), but no menu was available. We ordered a toasted sandwich and a pizza, but the pizza was frozen and the toasted sandwich was quite old. The prices were ridiculous and the service left a lot to be desired.

02/07/2026: We had a coffee here several times during our vacation, the girl with the headscarf always made faces at every guest whenever we came, no matter how much you say hello she never says hello back. Maybe she should work in a place where there are no people.
