19/09/2025: A terrible experience, to say the least. The place has a great location overlooking the sea, which could be misleading. We ordered 1 liter of beer and 2 burgers. Of the liter of beer, 0.8 liters arrived. The rest was all foam. The sandwich was borderline obscene. €12 for a burger made entirely of bread, with a slice of tomato and a slice of lettuce. The burger was reassembled like the ones I buy at the supermarket. By the way, the burger didn't come with any sides. Never again, places like this shouldn't exist.

18/08/2025: I've been to this ice cream shop, which I usually consider a must-see, but this time the experience was truly disconcerting. The girls behind the counter yesterday appeared exhausted, almost cadaverous: dull eyes, drawn faces, not a hint of a smile. Not because they were rude, but because it was obvious they weren't well and were working in conditions of obvious distress. At a certain point, one of the two had to rush away, with some urgency, presumably to recover. I don't want to go into details, but it's unacceptable that those who serve food and are in close contact with customers are forced to work in such a state. It's not a question of "unfriendly attitude": we're talking about the health, dignity, and safety of both workers and consumers here. Expecting staff to remain behind the counter in those conditions is ignoring the basic rights of those who work there and jeopardizing the quality of service. I understand the difficult times, but what I saw is a symptom of careless management. It's unthinkable that there isn't even a minimum level of protection for those who are unwell. An ice cream shop should be a welcoming place, not a place where people are forced to endure despite obvious discomfort. I sincerely hope management intervenes, because otherwise, not only will I not return next time, but I will advise others against doing so.

13/10/2025: The usual Chinese restaurant disguised as a "normal" restaurant. The food is the usual, nothing new. The service is mediocre. In a place like this, you'd at least expect them to clear away the empty plates when they bring them. Instead, within five minutes, we found ourselves with a table full of dirty plates and barely any space to eat properly. There's no tablecloth, so you don't know where to put the cutlery. Two "all you can eat" menus (only five courses), a beer, and a bottle of water for €48.

11/10/2025: The grilled fish was undercooked and not replaced. The mussel appetizer was unfortunately cold... a bad night for the chef... good service. Too bad.

04/10/2025: We both had a fantastic, delicious, and generous portion of fritto misto with rustic potatoes. Water and wine with the meal, unlike at home, came in bottles and the table wine in carafes. Great. It was very, very good; we'll go back. The service was also excellent; they frequently asked if everything was okay. Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: We tried this restaurant for the first time in early June, and despite the somewhat lengthy wait (though we were partly informed), everything went smoothly. Today, confident that we'd enjoy what we found, we decided to try their cuisine again! A total disappointment, starting with the words used; When we asked for a table, we were told that the wait would be very long (on the order of a good hour), so when we decided to go elsewhere, we were told that "maybe they'd be able to serve us in about twenty minutes!" Trusting their words, we accepted and sat down! From that moment on, an endless wait began, even just to take our order: after we sat down at 1:30 PM, the first signs of ordering arrived at 2:00 PM, while we, to avoid causing too much inconvenience, decided to order simple dishes that were all the same (out of 8 plates, 2 of one type and 6 of another)! At 3:20 PM, we were still waiting for our first courses, and in the meantime, the drinks were getting warm! The bottom line was that we got up very disappointed at having been kept in check, relegating us to the table with piadina slices and water. I will definitely not return to this place again, but I will undoubtedly also not recommend it to anyone who wants to try a restaurant on the beach; it would be appropriate instead If you're not dazzled by the three "beachfront" tables, it's better to look elsewhere for faster, more precise, and punctual service! In terms of quality, compared to the first time, I have many reservations about this.

04/09/2025: Quality, simplicity, flavor, joy. My review will be divided into two parts because it's inconceivable for me not to share a wonderful story about what happened to us at this restaurant. When we arrived in Riccione, we walked from our hotel to the beach. The best way to find the best restaurants in a seaside area is to ask the lifeguard. They know the right places and are a valuable source of information. On his recommendation, we discovered this restaurant and we didn't regret it. I went to the restaurant around 11:00 to make a dinner reservation and met Mr. Oreste, with whom I spoke for about fifteen minutes. This initial contact was the beginning of a very beautiful encounter during our week-long vacation, as we dined at his restaurant four out of six nights. Beyond the undeniable quality of the dishes and the restaurant's fame, there are two people, Mr. Oreste and Mr. Paolo, who we will always hold dear in our hearts for their kindness, their constant smile, their charm, and their culture. They pay attention to every detail without the customer even noticing. They are the beautiful soul and history of this place. For me, sharing a moment with friends around a table is a special experience that should be cherished more and more. Thanks also go to all the staff for their professionalism and courtesy. Not to mention the sunsets over aperitifs with your feet in the sand. Fantastic. Now let's talk about food and quality. All the dishes we tasted were perfectly cooked and seasoned. There's a genuine pursuit of that little something extra that makes the difference in the dish. From the excellence of the freshness of the fish to offering a true moment of happiness by the sea. When it's simple, it's enough. This is immediately noticeable and it's a culinary pleasure that makes you want to try everything and even request a special dish that wasn't on the menu. Here are the dishes we chose for two people over these four evenings: Appetizers: - MUSSELS TARANTINA STYLE - OCTOPUS ON POTATO SOFTNESS - PARSLEY-CLAMS MARINARA Raw Seafood: - GILLARDEAU OYSTERS First Course: - SPAGHETTO WITH CUTTLEFISH INK "PAOLO STYLE" - PACCHERI WITH LOBSTER - SPAGHETTO WITH CLAMS AND PARSLEY - ROMAGNOLI TORTELLINI WITH CREAM Second Course: - MIXED GRILLED CATCH OF THE DAY - SHRIMP AND CALAMARI SKEWERS - MIXED FRIED FISH - GRILLED SHELLFISH Beyond the Sea: - PARMA HAM AND MELON Bubbles: - Prosecco Valdobbiadene Sup. Millesimato DOCG Extra Dry - Follador White wine: - Tratturo Terre di Chieti I.G.T. Passerina I won't mention the price because at this point it doesn't matter. 23/08/2025: Crazy story... on the price list I see Gin Tonic/Hendrick's and the price is €10/€15. I order a Gin Tonic with a different gin than Hendrick's and pay €15. I pay the correct price but point out to the shopkeeper that the price isn't correct, at which point he laughs in my face and says that if I'm happy with it, that's how it is and that no one has ever complained in two years!!

19/08/2025: Since we were passing through the area, we decided to stop for breakfast. None of the three people at the counter bothered to respond to our "good morning"; they were completely indifferent. The only two pastries available were awful; they tasted like pure sugar, and they looked like they were leftovers from the day before. Besides, they had put so many other things right after them; they could have said that before. We sat at a table outside, and they didn't even bring us a cappuccino, while they served the three gentlemen (definitely regulars) sitting next to us. Only when it was time to pay did the young girl tell us the price, and of course when we said "goodbye," they were still completely indifferent, no response. If people are going to be treated like this, especially those just passing by, I can only recommend this place NOT. Don't go.

14/09/2025: Don't trust the negative reviews. Obviously, dealing with 2,000 people, including families with dogs, screaming children, circus performers, and so on, every day makes you hate life—so Rega, let he who is without sin cast the first stone. They were friendly and kind to us, though. The piadina was excellent, Rimini-style, so thin! The draft beer was excellent, and I should add that it's a historic shop, with stylish, period furnishings that have been restored (it dates back to 1957, if I'm not mistaken). 13/09/2025: An excellent, historic establishment that has been offering simple, top-quality food since 1957. The Romagna-style hospitality is pure. The piadinas are excellent, but there's also a wide selection of delicious alternatives. The beer in a chilled mug is also excellent. The house-made limoncello is absolutely delicious. Everything is topped off with the staff's smiles. Definitely worth a visit. Just steps from the sea.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo preso una cozza alla marinara e all’interno c’erano pezzi di pepe……fastidiosi quando capitavano in bocca….un fritto che non sono nemmeno riuscita a mangiare, unto, senza sapore e senza nemmeno un gambero, grigliata di pesce molto scarsa …. Tanto pubblicizzato ma non ci ritorneremo…

13/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato di sabato sera, affollato ma nemmeno tanto. Abbiamo ordinato 3 spaghetti alle vongole, 1/2 vino 1 acqua 3 dolci. Euro 90,50. Servizio lento, su richiesta. Spaghetti comunque buoni. Non ci torneremo.

04/10/2025: The geriatric ward may give the impression that the patient isn't receiving the proper care, but that's far from the case. The nursing staff is also well-trained. It's important to press and speak with the doctors every day.

08/06/2025: RUDE!! After a good half hour of waiting, the pad Thai arrives (€16 … ridiculous price). The place was half empty. I then ask for a second water, and it never arrives. We go to the cashier to pay. He doesn't even write down the receipt with the items, he just tells you the amount. The two of us spent €45 for 2 pad thai and 1 water. CRAZY!! Then he also CHARGED US WITH A €1 COMMISSION BECAUSE WE PAID WITH THE POS. Oh, I forgot, he also added a water that you never brought me. To be avoided

08/10/2025: I arrived with three friends and my girlfriend. My girlfriend wasn't hungry and just wanted a drink or something to eat. They said she couldn't stay inside the restaurant. It seems completely absurd to me. Rudeness and disrespect for the customers are evident.
