02/09/2025: By far the unfriendly Tabacchi in the entire city. Want to quit smoking? Visit this shop! Otherwise, any detour is worth it, for example, to Dante.
At first, I thought it was just me, but when he started talking to my wife a few days later, it became clear that this guy is simply incapable of normal behavior.
13/08/2025: I went to this tobacconist's to buy a pack of cigarettes. Since I didn't have cash, I asked the person behind the counter if I could pay by card. The person then started yelling at me, belittling me in front of other customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if this is the treatment reserved for ordinary people who rightfully want to pay for a service.

We had a truly wonderful meal! 🐟❤️
The grilled fish was excellent, tasty and perfectly cooked, and the mussels were truly delicious! 🦪
But a special mention definitely goes to the service, which was truly exceptional: the staff were kind, helpful, and attentive; we felt welcomed and pampered.
It was a wonderful experience, and we left completely satisfied.
Congratulations to the entire Pappagallo staff! 👏🏻
I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good seafood restaurant in Cattolica. ❤️🐟
15/08/2026: Terrible experience. It's inconceivable that at 10:00 PM in the middle of August they're already closing and only serving pizza. I had a plain Margherita and still water. It was the worst pizza I've ever had, and I'm not a refined palate. Thin but rubbery, and the tomato sauce was sour. Two acquaintances had a similarly unpleasant experience the next day. I don't recommend it and wouldn't return.

10/08/2026: High prices and a lot, but it's almost everywhere now, a tourist trap, nice location (along the canal), fast and efficient waiters, so-so food, very expensive small salad my daughter included shrimp and other ingredients it was 90% salad and three shrimp with some pieces of whole wheat padina 15 euros!!! Wrong bill 2 euros more, paid, we had a donut with a very small glass of wine, the price on the menu was 4 euros for the donut + 2 for the wine, instead paid 4 euros + 4 euros, always check the bill. Would I go back?? NO!!

We ordered to the hotel.
Everything was cold.
The cheeseburger was also terrible.
And they forgot a Miranda and a Lipton iced tea.
We tried calling several times, but no one answered.
19/07/2026: The food was a disaster. Drinks were missing; you have to check everything. The burger was off and ruined my whole vacation because I had stomach problems.

You feel pampered from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, an experience I recommend to everyone, my family and I will gladly do it again. A hug to all the hotel staff.

08/08/2026: Very good location near the center with brilliant service, very friendly staff but the main disappointment unfortunately was the food, not up to par with the competition.
05/08/2026: Don't come to this restaurant. They scam you. They ask you if you want the "à la carte" menu, and if you tell them "all you can eat," they charge you for every dish you eat. They made us wait two and a half hours to finally pay for the à la carte menu. One customer told us it happened to other customers too.
At least the food is good, but it's salty, it arrives cold, and there's too much oil.
The place doesn't have air conditioning.
The waiters aren't smiling, they're rude. The cashier doesn't care about the inconvenience.
So I'm doing you a favor. DO NOT COME here. It's our last day because we came for vacation, and it ruined our evening.
