02/06/2025: Ci andavo da tre anni. Ogni anno aumenta il prezzo e la pizza sempre più piccola. Qualità palesemente ridotta e personale non all'altezza specialmente il sabato e la domenica che ti fanno aspettare anche un' ora per una minuscola pizza.

20/09/2024: Non ci siamo.... Location molto bella ben curata, interessante il conciliare cibo con cultura ma, poca scelta nel menù, cose che posso tranquillamente fare a casa... Niente che ti ricordi insomma. Super carino chi ti accoglie, questo è doveroso. Consiglio più scelta e ricerca negli abbinamenti culinari.

25/05/2025: We discovered this restaurant almost by chance and we were thrilled! We chose two fish-based first courses and the quality was truly excellent: generous portions, authentic flavors and very fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable: welcoming and attentive staff, which made our lunch even more enjoyable. We are sure that we will return soon to try other specialties on the menu!

23/05/2025: Just take a look at the "restaurateur"'s responses to understand the quality of the place. Romagna is known for its hospitality, and you are the shame of it. Think about doing your job instead of commenting on reviews.

24/04/2025: Definitely aesthetically a nice bar, but terrible experience. We enter and ask if we can sit down, they tell us to wait for a table to be cleaned but no one comes anymore. At which point, we sit down and wait for them to come and clean it and take our order. A boy arrives who is rather rude, hasty and responds badly (not only to us but also to several other customers: we hear that a girl asks for "the cash register? To pay the bill" and he "in front of you" is also very annoyed...). We wanted to have an aperitif with a few drinks and appetizers, but from the moment in which with evident prudence he asks for the identity card of people who are clearly over 18, we decided for a coffee. You have to know how to work in contact with the public!

29/05/2025: Il vero punto di forza è la materia prima: il pesce è quasi sempre fresco, e si percepisce una certa cura nella selezione. I piatti sono spesso preparati in modo tradizionale, con una predilezione per cotture semplici che esaltano il sapore del mare. Non aspettarti chissà quali sperimentazioni o impiattamenti d'arte, ma piuttosto porzioni oneste e sapori genuini. La frittura, se la provi, di solito è ben fatta e leggera.

23/06/2025: There's something wrong with the service. I've been here for an aperitif twice and they didn't bring me anything, not even 2 peanuts. Strange because I looked around and the others had something (nothing special, but they had it). And they were full: there was the boss, his son, another gentleman and the boy from Gradara. So I can't explain such a lack. As if that wasn't enough, the other day the boss made me pay €1.50 for my coffee... evidently that was how he liked it...

07/06/2025: Every year I accompany my daughter and my mother to cattolica and after parking and unloading the suitcases I come punctually to frankie's Bar... because for me the summer season starts HERE for seaside atmosphere, vacation, on the street with the coming and going of people, you drink and you tease well, Excellent service, friendliness, you can watch races and matches but above all I find the beer that I prefer! For me an unmissable annual appointment!

02/06/2025: They saved our birthday! We came from Rome and called them around 4:30 pm to order a cake and at 7 pm they delivered it to the restaurant where we were having dinner! The cake was delicious, cream, strawberries and also beautiful with all the flowers on top and they even wrote the words we wanted, really top, they didn't even charge us for delivery! We made an instant bank transfer and in 5 minutes they solved our birthday! I recommend it to everyone!

18/01/2025: I had ordered a croissant with cream and I received one with jam When paying at the cash desk he tells me that I should have also paid for the jam one because it was tasted I point out that I had to eat part of the croissant to realize that it wasn't cream... I specify that the waitress was almost forcing me to take the croissant home, just to pay for it later at the cash register. Never again.

01/06/2025: Stay away from this place, dirty and sticky tables we ordered 3 piadinas (at the cashier they told us that we couldn't make the piadinas as we wanted and the boxes were finished at 2pm) after 20 minutes of waiting they arrived with little filling with non-existent mozzarella and tasteless... all for the beauty of 9 euros, oh and let's not forget that they didn't even stamp the receipt. Also very arrogant staff

01/06/2025: As soon as we arrived in Riccione we wanted to enjoy a good piadina but… disappointment! Piadina half empty and cold. The waiter put it on the table dirty with beer without cleaning it first and to conclude they didn't give me a receipt since I paid in cash.

18/03/2025: Sono tornato dopo 2 giorni per capire meglio. Una volta spiegato che, nonostante la ricevuta fosse stata fatta a chi pagò (non a me, infatti pensavo fosse stata omessa....) avevo riscontrato comunque un errore. La disponibilità di Charlie mi ha stupito tanto che mi ha invitato a pranzare come suo ospite. Ho accettato e non volendo approfittare dell'ospitalità (nonostante mi avesse mostrato vari piatti da scegliere) ho optato perlinguine allo scoglio e acqua minerale. Mi è tornato con un piatto da 2 portate (dice che avendo scelto solo una portata d'abitudine aumenta la quantità) scardinando la mia intenzione di mettermi a dieta. Durante l'attesa mi ha portato un piatto di peperoni arrosto ottimi e, una volta terminato il piatto, dopo il caffè mi ha offerto la Sambuca (Molinari) lasciandomi al tavolo l'intera bottiglia. I prezzi sono contenuti ma il menu di mezzogiorno è ulteriormente allettante con un rapporto qualità/prezzo vincente. Charlie è sempre sorridente e ha un atteggiamento molto accogliente. Tornerò coi rinforzi.

13/10/2024: We stopped for dinner one evening; we had three pizzas and three cokes. Terrible adventure, the pizzas drowned in mozzarella water, the glass of coke full of ice. I waited more than 40 minutes for the pizzas even though the restaurant was empty. Ordered a pizza with ham and chips and the chips arrived (raw) 10 minutes after the pizza. I highly recommend the nearby bar.....
