11/03/2026: I can't stomach pizza, but this one does. It's very good too.

08/03/2026: A truly terrible experience at the Portofino restaurant in Riccione. We came in around 7:00 PM to ask for a table for two, and the gentleman in charge of reception at the entrance brusquely told us that the restaurant was fully booked. Too bad the restaurant was completely empty. Faced with our obvious concern, the waiter then added that the first customer would arrive at 8:30 PM. At this point, the inevitable question arises: why say it's "fully booked" when the restaurant is empty and there's still an hour and a half to go before the first customers arrive? A lackluster response and decidedly unprofessional behavior. I understand reservations and internal organization, but I think two people are flexible, but treating potential customers this way, with unreliable explanations and no willingness to help, is truly unacceptable. Hospitality is the foundation of any restaurant, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking here. Definitely a place we won't return to, and one I wouldn't recommend.

01/02/2026: A casual atmosphere with a wide variety of pizzas. If you want to try a good pizza, it's worth it! Unfortunately, the interior is very stuffy with no windows, making it more suitable for the winter months. Wood-fired pizza is served. Some starters and main courses, including meat and fish, are available, but nothing special, especially since their strong point, in my opinion, is the pizza. Service varies depending on the day, although the staff is very friendly and helpful. If the place is busy, pizzas can arrive 40-50 minutes after ordering. Reservations are highly recommended for weekends and holidays. Due to its high attendance, the atmosphere is quite noisy, but if you're in the mood for a pizza with friends, it's worth it!

17/11/2025: I tried this restaurant on Sunday with my partner. The worst tagliatelle alla (non) Romagnola, basically tomato-based and with no aroma whatsoever, a real disappointment, not to mention the low-quality cold cuts. I only save the tagliata. Total disappointment.

28/01/2026: I love this place! Welcoming, informal, and with the best cappelletti in Romagna... I've had lunch there countless times and it never disappoints. Simple yet tasty dishes, attentive service, and top-notch quality. It's like going to grandma's house and finding the same love in every dish. Highly recommended. P.S. Everything is delicious, but the apple pie is truly special.

11/03/2026: Good dinner. We had fish appetizers, good, classic flavor. The skewers were good, a little greasy for my taste. Service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant was half empty.

19/01/2026: The beautiful Sac a poche pastry shop will reopen in March unfortunately. After the Christmas period we miss the warmth and happiness of being able to sit inside the shop to enjoy the sweets, hot chocolates and every delicacy that is well served.

13/01/2026: To their credit ... absolutely lovely decor and tea/coffee cups. Just lovely. I imagine a quiet day to enjoy an ambient experience as ypu sip a cup of tea/coffee with a sweet treat would be nice. My oof issue: the sign outside says they close at 2pm. We arrived at 1:30 and were told to eat/drink at the counter. The waiter already mopping and most seating closed off. Me=confused. To the owner/manager: If your time of closure is different from that of your sign, please change your sign. Otherwise, your puzzled look will only match my own. People come to your bar, not for a quick caffeine fix but for a moment to enjoy the lovely haven you have created & service that matches that. I would hope that those who work in such a place would mirror that just a bit more. I am a little disappointed. I might try again. You have lovely place! Do better! We want to love you!

18/11/2025: Great hostel, social atmosphere and coordinated events and specials even in the off season. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is hit or miss.

24/10/2025: Highly recommended! The management and staff are very helpful and hospitable. The Metromare takes you to the city center just a few steps away (70 meters). There's also a piadina shop, a bar, and a pizza by the slice just a few minutes' walk away. Ample free parking is nearby. Breakfast is €5 per day, a buffet (also available on site) with sliced ​​bread, jams/chocolates, coffee (from a vending machine), muesli and cereals, juice, yogurt, ham, and sliced ​​cheese. Drinks are also available at the bar. Various activity deals are available. We'll definitely be back!

08/03/2026: Unbeatable cuisine, but Sunday management needs rethinking ​I often return to Ivano in Pianventena because the quality of the food is always guaranteed, but today's experience left a bitter taste in my mouth due to the service. We arrived at 12:30, but we started lunch an hour later. The wait was understandable, but the dining room management was decidedly poor. ​What didn't work: ​Rude service: One waitress in particular was decidedly brusque. Instead of apologizing for the delay in our entrees, she almost tried to force us to order appetizers and main courses, even pressuring us to order a single entree for all adults. ​"Ghost" menu: Many dishes were unavailable, but we only discovered this after choosing. ​A tip for the restaurant: For Sunday lunch, it would be much more honest and effective to offer a simplified menu directly rather than the full one. It would avoid raising expectations that are later disappointed, and it would make the dining room more efficient. The quality remains unsurpassed, but the place clearly struggles on Sundays. We'll definitely be back, but on quieter days to enjoy the cuisine as it deserves.
