05/12/2024: Mandatory stop for every resident and non-resident in Rimini. I finally tried the much vaunted 'Tagliatelle di Renzi'. The place is large and the menu doesn't offer much choice, but the meat is sublime. Fast service and young, friendly staff. I must say that I was waiting for the tagliatelle that would make them the best of my life but I didn't find it. Rustic tagliatelle well seasoned and plentiful.

30/11/2024: Con un amico per un pranzo veloce perchè, purtroppo, avevamo impegni inderogabili. Siamo andati sul sicuro: tagliatella al ragù e affettato al coltello. Tutto eccellente, come sempre. Piadina ottima. Servizio curato da un ragazzo giovane ma molto bravo e gentile (eravamo in veranda). Ci torneremo...senza impegni post pranzo!

29/08/2024: Après une longue attente le serveur nous annonce que notre commande est annulée!! Plus aucune « stirata » ! Sans raison, aucun mot d’excuse ! Alors qu’on même temps plusieurs plateaux avec cette spécialité arrivaient sur les tables voisines. Surprenant pour un si grand restaurant. Un vrai moment de solitude, inattendu et particulièrement pénible.

10/12/2024: 1 December: we decide to take a small trip out of town to the Cattolica aquarium. Morning at the aquarium and lunch in the surrounding area. We find this place that overlooks the beach. Even if it's open on December 1st, it's not a given! I phone just to be safe and they have a table for us. The waiter is prepared and immediately puts us at ease. All very good I must say, it's a shame that a good 30% of the menu was missing but being out of season you can't expect anything. Some pasta dishes also available with gluten-free pasta: excellent!! Great lunch, thanks guys!

25/11/2024: We have been to this restaurant twice and will definitely return. The owner is very attentive and helpful. The dishes are plentiful, prepared with care and the raw materials are of excellent quality. I recommend the seafood starter Bizula' and the tuna steak with pistachio. At the end of lunch we concluded with an excellent freshly made tiramisu. Excellent value for money.

06/10/2024: Neighborhood gastronomy with traditional Romagna dishes. External place for consumption and adequate prices and the quality of the food is excellent. The place is worth the trip.

30/11/2024: After an inspection in Forlimpopoli, we decide to go and visit San Marino The Cascina del Gaucho appears like a mirage after a long journey and invites you to dive in, after all it's time for lunch The lady is very attentive and courteous and we have a cutting board brought to us, La Tavolozza del Contadino with cured meats and cheeses from Pienza, the cured meats are pleasant, the choice of cheeses is limited We opt for a barbecue for 2 and ask for side dishes without garlic, sautéed vegetables and baked potatoes House wine, quite pleasant and we taste the bread and the Bari-style focaccia with cherry tomatoes The grill is well cooked with assorted cuts, a couple of sausages and finally 2 skewers Cantuccini and vin santo and off to San Marino surrounded by fog

30/11/2024: Dopo un sopralluogo a Forlimpopoli, decidiamo di andare a visitare San Marino La Cascina del Gaucho ti appare come un miraggio dopo tanta strada e ti invita a tuffarti dentro, del resto è ora di pranzo La Signora è molto attenta e cortese e ci facciamo portare un tagliere, La Tavolozza del Contadino con salumi e formaggi di Pienza, gradevoli i salumi, scarna la scelta dei formaggi Optiamo per una grigliata x 2 e chiediamo dei contorni dove non ci sia aglio, verdure ripassate e patate al forno Vino della casa, abbastanza gradevole ed assaggiamo il pane e la focaccia tipo barese con i pomodorini La grigliata è ben cotta i tagli assortiti, un paio di salsicce ed infine 2 spiedini Cantuccini e vin santo e via andare a San Marino avvolto dalla nebbia

20/08/2024: We dined at "Mad inside The Box" two evenings in a row to try various dishes, and we were very satisfied. Each dish was well prepared and carefully presented. Here's what we tasted: Linguine with clams, bottarga and ginger: A well-balanced dish, with a mix of flavors that blend perfectly. The clams were fresh and the bottarga added a touch of flavor, while the ginger added a note of freshness. Burrata and lime tortello, roasted red mullet and yellow datterino tomatoes: The pasta was a little too thick, but the burrata and lime filling was delicious. The roasted red mullet and yellow datterini tomatoes completed the dish with a touch of sweetness and acidity. Fried anchovies, aromatic herb powder: The anchovies were crunchy and tasty, but the portion was very generous and risked becoming monotonous. A fresh sauce would have helped balance the dish. Steamed skate bao, spinach and mayonnaise curry (3 pieces): This dish convinced us less. The steamed ray was not very tasty and the curry mayonnaise was a little heavy. There are 3 pieces, it doesn't say anything on the menu, so it has a significant impact on the stomach. If you want to try it, consider it as a dish to share. Maritozzo squacquerone, caramelized fig and bacon (2 pieces): The highlight of the evening. The Maritozzo was soft and well-filled, with the creamy squacquerone, the sweet caramelized fig and the crunchy bacon creating a perfect balance of flavours. The service was excellent: the staff, made up of young and attentive guys, were professional and kind, always making us feel at ease. The place is very beautiful, with a modern design with attention to the smallest details, which creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Great music selection at the right volume. Pet friendly place. The only weak point is the view onto the road, which is a bit busy during the day, but this did not affect our overall experience too much. Ultimately, “Mad inside The Box” is a restaurant that we highly recommend for the quality of the food and the excellent service.

06/10/2024: We visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Although we didn’t have enough money to cover the “coperto,” the staff was incredibly kind and understanding. They even went above and beyond by offering us some delicious soup on the house! The service was warm, and we truly appreciated the gesture. We’ll definitely be back when we can, and we highly recommend this place for both the food and the hospitality!

11/10/2024: Excellent pizza, both in terms of dough and seasoning. Perhaps the best I ate in Rimini. Fast service and friendly staff. If desired, there are tables outside if you want to eat on site. Well-stocked drinks fridge. The only flaw is the lack of parking. You have to park on the roadside😏
