26/07/2025: I'm very sorry for this review, but burnt pizzas shouldn't be delivered, but remade! We had guests tonight, and when we saw the pizzas, we were disappointed. We tried to justify it by saying that it can happen on a Saturday night, but no...last time!!! Unfortunately, we threw half of them away 😞

13/09/2025: A Siberian dog is being kept free. I love dogs very much, but this one, after calmly sniffing me, suddenly snapped and bit me. Dogs must wear a muzzle in public places or be kept at home!

01/10/2025: A one-flavor ice cream costs €3. I'd say it's a steal, considering that in other ice cream shops, such a small ice cream is considered a baby cone and naturally costs less. Cremeria Bianco craves ice cream... ice cream shops where for €3 you get two flavors, so basically double the amount of ice cream.

12/09/2025: I thank the owner because I saw someone who cares about what she does and does it beautifully. She made me feel at home. And when that happens, I can only recommend it. Additionally, it's a very welcoming and well-kept place, and finally, a great price that's accessible to everyone.

14/09/2025: Hotel which, in addition to having a swimming pool, is located directly on the beach, the owner is very welcoming and helpful.

12/10/2025: Hotel in need of renovation. 3 saunas and 1 Turkish bath, sensory showers, a herbal tea room, and a relaxation room. Two pools, one large currently being renovated (unfortunately, we weren't able to use it) and a smaller one with several hydromassage areas. Children are welcome (a must-have for families, as they aren't allowed in almost any indoor spa) from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The breakfast is good, including savory options, and there's a wide selection of sweet options, including various cakes, tarts, croissants, cream-filled bombettes, and donuts. Free indoor parking.

10/10/2025: We came from Carrara to have a well-deserved relaxing experience for our holidays, but it didn't go quite as we expected. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. On the first day (arrival), reception handed us the keys to our room with a smug air, without even showing any humane or professional attitude towards us, but that's the lesser of two evils. We entered the room (recognized because the mail was half open, just enough to see inside) and the much-vaunted bathrobes for the spa were missing. At that point, we went downstairs, returning to reception to explain the problems we'd encountered. My partner was told, regarding the door, which we had difficulty closing and then opening, to give it a push to close since it's sturdy. So, we went back up to the room to wait for the bathrobes. Noting that they wouldn't arrive, we decided to go downstairs to the spa with two towels. As we exited the elevator, which leads directly to reception, we saw the two receptionists giving each other a shoulder massage. As we approached the spa, we asked another member of staff if they had these famous bathrobes available. He also told us he'd have them brought there, but at the end of the relaxation program, our bathrobes still weren't there. On the second day, in the morning we went down to enjoy the renowned breakfast with local products, including well-cooked frozen croissants and typical products, perhaps from another hotel. Being 30 km from Pienza, home of Pecorino di Pienza, they thought it a good idea to include Emmental straight from Switzerland. More than a continental breakfast, it seemed like a discount continental breakfast...we won't go into the other days, otherwise we'd be rewriting the odyssey. Moral of the story: €378 + €12 tourist tax wasted. I'll give you a piece of advice, since we also work in the restaurant business: you'd be better off looking around.

09/10/2025: I've known the pizzeria for at least seven years. Unfortunately, recently, the pizza has deteriorated significantly. The quality of the ingredients used is very poor, the dough is the same, and the quantity is the same. It's a shame because they used to make delicious pizza...
