21/10/2025: Always a guarantee! The menu changes seasonally, offering ever-changing and imaginative dishes that are beautiful to look at, but above all, to taste! The wine list is fantastic and expertly managed by Pietro, always ready to suggest the perfect pairing for the food. The half-portion menu idea is a nice touch, allowing you to sample multiple dishes during the same dining experience. The location is modern yet very welcoming; I would just like the tables to be a little larger.
26/09/2025: A very well-maintained restaurant, with a welcoming and tastefully decorated atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and very welcoming service. The menu offers an interesting selection of small, well-presented and carefully prepared dishes, excellent value for money. Recommended.

27/09/2025: I stumbled upon this pizza place by pure chance. I was drawn to the ambiance and a smell I'd noticed out of the corner of my eye while walking by. I stopped for dinner and... what a surprise. I ate a pizza unlike any other. Definitely good and worth trying at least once. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back. It'll be my go-to.

19/09/2025: We went to this restaurant because it was closest to our apartment, and I have to say we had a lovely end-of-season evening! The sea bass tortelloni are among the best tortelloni I've ever tried, as are the swordfish paccheri and the mixed fried fish! The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!
13/09/2025: Everything was perfect. I'm not a Stabilimento fan, but I do enjoy eating with a sea view.

But dinner was even better with an exceptional pizza: the pizza chef was excellent!!!
The quality/price ratio was also excellent.
With a stunning sea view!

17/11/2025: I'll start by saying I wouldn't have bet two cents on this place, but I have to change my mind. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the condiments are absolutely nothing to complain about.
To be honest, I always eat well when I stop by.
The meat ramen needs a rethink, but the poke is nothing to complain about.
It's a shame about the super cramped location inside the ESP Ravenna.
They should have more space.

25/08/2025: I've been a customer for years, and the gelato is good, no complaints there. It's unfortunate, however, that every time I go, the prices seem higher and higher, and receipts seem optional. In my personal experience, if I pay in cash, I'm denied payment 80% of the time—and I've been there many times. Anything goes, but at least give the customer a discount if you skip the receipt...
Also, the spuminos instead of cream on the profiteroles are truly unnoticeable. It's a shame, because the product remains high-quality, but these "tricks" on receipts, combined with the annual price increases, have always bothered me. It had to be said.

22/02/2026: Bad experience, very long and disorganized service, and lackluster food. We waited over 30 minutes for dessert, even though the table was set. The tables were too crowded.
22/02/2026: Their courtesy and friendliness truly make the difference: they welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. The service is attentive and genuine, never cold or distant.
And then the food... simply excellent. Fresh dishes, well-prepared, and with flavors that truly taste of the sea. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen.
A place I always love to return to, because in addition to eating well, you really feel at home.

26/12/2025: Unprofessional service: the waitress was rude and unwelcoming, sometimes even arrogant. When we commented on the fried food, she seemed rather annoyed. The food overall was good, except for the fried food, but the friendliness and welcoming service were definitely areas that could be improved.
18/09/2025: When you least expect it – you get surprised. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. I even asked for something that wasn’t on the menu – just wanted a simple carbonara – and got a top-level dish. Highly recommended!!!

01/01/2026: Under new management, this is a lovely place with an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The food, especially the pizza, is excellent, and the manager is incredibly friendly and professional.
26/12/2025: This restaurant in the heart of Cervia is very quaint: the kitchen is open and the decor is rustic yet striking! We ordered a starter of strozzapreti pasta with clams, a pan pizza with anchovies and stracciatella, and dessert: simple yet delicious dishes. Overall, I'm satisfied and hope to return soon!

12/08/2025: When we discovered the pizzeria, we only went here, pleasant service, they showed the children how to make pizza, we even let them watch. The pizza was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed it and can only recommend it.
