20/06/2026: Embarrassing dishes... Appetizer: 10 grams of flavorless octopus, 2 disgusting recycled fish balls, samphire, and 2 fried anchovies. Second course: 34 euro grilled fish, unworthy. A sea bass starter and another whole fish. Total: maybe 300 g between the two. A skewer of cuttlefish and 1 prawn. Second course: flavorless fried fish, just vegetables. Baked potatoes, no comment. Half a glass of wine and water. 100 euros.

10/05/2026: I had dinner at La Casa dei Servi and was truly satisfied. The food was excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly excellent flavors. You can sense the attention to detail in both the cuisine and the presentation. The atmosphere is very pleasant, welcoming, and meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff was also a great asset: kind, helpful, and truly exquisite, making you feel welcomed from start to finish. A place where you can eat well and feel at home: I will definitely return and happily recommend it.

02/06/2026: I've never had a worse experience at a Chinese restaurant. The Kung Pao was completely tasteless, and peppers have no place in Kung Pao! The staff, completely confused by the entire order, couldn't even bring us rice, and our drinks arrived only after we asked for them. Never again, I strongly advise against this place!

10/06/2026: Very slow service, long wait and limited orders, arrived at 7pm and finished at 9pm. The ravioli seemed frozen and were difficult to eat, with excess oil. The rice was very sticky and dry. The plating was not well done, just left on the plate. I spent €60 for two people to eat just four things and leave hungry. In the end we went to McDonald's.

20/12/2025: Since I've lived in Lugo, I've never tasted any other croissant than the one from this pastry shop, which besides croissants also has a nice assortment of cakes and pies. The staff is very kind.

13/06/2026: I frequent this bar fairly regularly and, until now, had never encountered any major problems. However, during a recent evening spent there with some friends, I found myself in a situation that I found unpleasant and unprofessional. Although we weren't the only customers still there, when it closed, I approached the staff to politely ask if I could use the restrooms. My request was denied in a manner that I perceived as arrogant and unfriendly. Furthermore, the bar was still open and there were other customers outside, without any prior notice that we were unable to use the restrooms. I understand the organizational needs associated with the closure of the business, but I believe that denying restroom access to customers still present is a questionable decision, especially if accompanied by a disrespectful attitude toward customers. For this reason, while I continue to appreciate the bar in other respects, I consider this incident disappointing.

15/06/2026: Two simple dishes: mussels Taranto-style, spaghetti with clams. Terrible. Inedible spaghetti. The waitress sees two half-cooked plates and asks, "Is everything okay?" To avoid spoiling my evening with arguments, I said yes, but the next table also left their plates half-cooked.

03/05/2026: We went for lunch and opted for the fish menu. The dishes (1 appetizer, 2 first courses, and 1 second course) were all truly excellent. The fish was very good and even better cooked. The service was extremely kind and professional; we felt truly at ease. They were also very kind to our son, giving him a candy gift.

19/04/2026: THE HOTEL OF HORROR! We arrived at 10pm and were expecting a decent room as per our reservation. They made us pay a whopping €100 IN ADVANCE (without breakfast). We went upstairs and were taken to a room marked "PRIVATE", so it wasn't really a hotel room, but when they opened the door it was horrible. Obviously the hotelier ran away before we even took a tour of the room. Broken windows with DANGER signs acting as shutters, bathroom with 4 inches of dirt on the floor, toilet that smelled of dirt and sewage, sink clogged with hair. Beds that felt more like camp beds where you could directly feel the bed base piercing your back (but that's the lesser of two evils). Obviously, since we were with 3 children, we immediately went to complain, asking for another room (perhaps a real hotel room) and we were told that that was the room and that if we wanted to leave they would give you your money back. It was now 11pm and there were no others. We were forced to stay there overnight, even with a dust reaction, and of course they didn't even bother to refund us part of the amount we paid. Some people really have a lot of nerve... we're not animals, we're people, and with three small children on top of that... SHAME!

21/07/2026: A very special place, 5 minutes from Faenza station. I ordered the dish of the day (very rich and full of fiber and protein). With cover charge and water, I paid €16.50. Wide selection of vegan dishes. Before you begin, they serve a very pleasant welcome herbal tea.

We ordered the 8 Formaggi and the Capricciosa, and both were incredible. The 8 Formaggi is a cheese lover’s dream with amazing depth! The atmosphere is very homey and welcoming, making you feel right at home. A huge plus for international travelers: they have an English menu available, which made ordering very easy. This place is a true gem. The pizzas have incredible soul and vitality; you can taste the passion in every bite. We ordered the 8 Formaggi and the Capricciosa, and both were exquisite. The 8 Formaggi is a cheese lover’s dream, with a surprising depth of flavor. The atmosphere is very homey and welcoming, you feel right at home. A big plus for tourists: they have the menu in English, which made ordering super easy.
