06/04/2025: Alex and Romina are always a certainty, both with their kindness and helpfulness and with their typical Romagna cuisine! Excellent starters, first courses, second courses (their cuts are very good), and also the pizzas, all at honest prices. Outside there is a large car park.

07/09/2024: Couple's dinner with sea view As soon as we arrived they welcomed us with a smile. We ordered 2 drinks (spritz and a sweet non-alcoholic): the spritz well balanced and the non-alcoholic very good. As an appetizer we took 2 cod in tempura, served with a very pleasant honey and chilli sauce. Perfectly cooked fish, not greasy. Very good. We continued with the chitarrina with clams: pasta cooked al dente, well combined with the sauce, tasty but not salty. Excellent Sliced ​​tuna, served with friggitelli and caramelized onion in a superlative chimichurry sauce. Finally we had cream ice cream with cherries and white chocolate and watermelon panna cotta. All dishes with great care in preparation and presentation. Prices normal. Attentive, polite and friendly staff. Fast service Positive experience, we will definitely be back.

09/03/2025: As soon as we entered we smelled a huge stench, luckily they took us to the back room where we could breathe a little better. I spent 25 euros without drinking and I ate 2 dishes out of 7 that I took. The food was terrible. I left and had to go eat somewhere else afterwards because I was hungry. Staff friendly enough, we can't complain there. Poor hygiene, broken and dirty menus, greasy tables. In the menu there are no allergens on every page as per the law and my partner had to leave because after the first dish that arrived due to his intolerances he refused to stay. Tuna tartare with bagged chips crumbled on top. I think it was the baddest Chinese I've ever tasted. Never again!

06/04/2025: very nice structure located in the center of Chianciano, a stone's throw from the Theia thermal pools. You can take advantage of the convenience of reserved parking. The hotel also offers the possibility of using an internal spa equipped with a relaxation area, sauna, swimming pool with waterfall and hydromassage, emotional showers and a truly unique gem: an additional swimming pool with hydromassage open until 1am. During the spa journey, guests can enjoy an excellent aperitif in the internal bar, moving around calmly in their bathrobe. The spa kit is included in the price of the room, where you are entitled to unlimited spa access. It is possible to have meals in the internal restaurant which offers excellent Tuscan cuisine. We tried fettuccine with meat sauce and tagliatelle, accompanied by grilled vegetables and French fries. The presentation of the dishes is very accurate and the service from the waitress was impeccable. A positive note is added to the reception of the dinner with two welcome flutes offered by the house. The only flaw is that the prices in the catering sector are a little high compared to average. Overall the staff is super friendly and friendly with guests. Highly recommended experience.

06/04/2025: My wife and I spent 2 nights in this hotel and I honestly don't think we will return. Apart from the fact that Chianciano is unfortunately a town in strong decline but the hotel also reflects the place a bit, the room honestly wasn't that great and the walls are absolutely not soundproofed, the staff on the contrary was very kind and helpful. The spa was nothing special, unfortunately the Turkish bath was not available as it was probably broken, the rest is the usual wellness centre, in the first thermal pool (there are 2) we had an incredible encounter, but it's better not to say it. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Ultimately, for the fairly high price paid, we expected better.

28/03/2025: Elegant bar with Asian owners. The bartenders can be a bit intimidating because they are very cautious but they are kind. The horseshoe-shaped brioche may be a bit dry for other palates but for me it is really good and filled with a nice fresh cream. There is a lot of seating and as a place it gives a certain tranquility. From the windows you can see the traffic and the coming and going of students in the morning. Very nice, I will definitely go back again!

29/11/2024: Very bad experience at Joie de Vivre bar. They do not respect consumers' right to pay by debit card, as required by law. Despite the requirement to accept electronic payments, I was told that the POS was not working, forcing me to pay in cash. It is unacceptable for a venue not to comply with regulations and to look for excuses not to accept cards. I will never return and will not recommend it to anyone.
