13/10/2025: I went on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. The barista smelled of sweat at 8:00 a.m.—not a good start to the day. Otherwise, excellent pastries and average coffee. Average price.

17/08/2025: I have been getting pizza from Franco for a number of years, and in my view he makes the best pizza in the world! There are lots of great pizzas in Italy, and also some not so good. Franco was recommended to me by the owner of an Agritourismo I go to, and I've not looked back. He pizza is always consistently very good. You've tried the rest, now try the best! Looking forward to my pizza later this week :-)

31/07/2025: Everything is normal, except for the bathrooms which are small and outdated.

16/11/2025: A modest-sized bar, ideal for a quick stop with friends or a small group of friends, or for a coffee at the bar, served until late in the evening. Ample free parking is available in front of the shopping center. A few outdoor seats are available, convenient for summer.

08/10/2025: The place isn't bad, the barmaids are very snobbish and not very empathetic.

23/08/2025: I wanted to write a review of both the food and the ambiance, but they wouldn't let me. I called to reserve a table for two. The gentleman on the phone said he was available late due to the restaurant being crowded. While deciding what to do (and I'm not talking about half an hour, but a few seconds), he didn't give me a second's time, but he arrogantly replied, "He had things to do, and I shouldn't waste his time." I understand that being busy when a place is crowded is tiring, but kindness comes first, especially in the restaurant business. I'll never find out what that place is like because he didn't let me go, and I certainly won't.

29/08/2025: We only stopped for a sandwich (it was during the week and they didn't cook), friendly staff and ok food.

18/08/2025: We booked for four, then a girl of just over 10 joined us. They didn't seat us. I should point out that we hadn't asked for a table for five, but that we would have squeezed into a table for four. They literally turned us down, and even rudely. I think this was very unprofessional. A unique disappointment. Never again. I can't comment on the food, but I'd give the service and ambience a zero.

08/11/2025: Excellent pastry shop...nothing to complain about the puff pastry and pastries...truly an experience...but...WE WANT TO PUT SOME CREAM INSIDE THE CROISSANTS?!? Lately, the croissants only have a dollop of chocolate or cream on the outside...that's not possible. The puff pastry is fine, but if you get the chocolate croissant, I don't want to smell it. Sorry...I would have given it 5 stars.

05/07/2025: Lab24 is one of those culinary realities that manage to make a place like Fiorenzuola d'Arda memorable even for me, a person who knows nothing about geography. Both the croissants and the pastries are real little works of art, aesthetically speaking. But if the croissants reach the same quality in terms of taste, I expected something more from the mignon. It's probably just a matter of personal taste, since I've always found reinterpretations of traditional sweets, or modern pastry products, less substantial and satisfying than the classics. I don't think they are up to what is asked of the piece. I would still like to give heartfelt compliments to the girls at the laboratory. It's clear how much they care about this activity, both in person and on social media.

06/10/2025: After visiting the castle, we opted for this beautiful medieval restaurant. It was a Sunday, so it was very crowded, and unfortunately, the service suffered considerably. The kitchen staff was noisy, and we could hear them outside (which isn't nice), and the waitresses were a bit on edge. However, the fried gnocco, mixed cold cuts, and cheeses were worth the wait; they were very good. We'll try again, perhaps during the week.

05/10/2025: Excellent aperitifs. I've always enjoyed my time here. Nice little lounge and very comfortable chairs.

06/10/2025: I think one of the most important things when entering a restaurant is the welcome and hospitality shown to the customer, as well as the service. Unfortunately, when I entered, I found none of these things. The atmosphere was quite somber, dull, and felt worse than a funeral. As is my custom and polite practice, as soon as I entered, I greeted them with a smile and said I'd like to order and eat there. Well, to my openness and kindness, the young man/gentleman at the cash register responded with a very cold "tell me," as if I owed him a favor by ordering and that, in fact, it was almost a nuisance to him to have me there. It's not the first time I've seen this attitude, but in fact, I see it's quite common in the "La Piadineria" restaurants in Piacenza. By doing this, you don't encourage people to return; instead, you make the customer feel like they're a burden and you let them slip away. The piadina was okay, although half-empty and could have been made better with a little more desire and effort. If you don't want to do these jobs, no one will force you or hold a gun to your head. I won't be back.

30/09/2025: I've been going there since it opened, or I order takeout when I'm lazy... Well, today, September 30, 2025, I ate the perfect piadina: perfectly cooked, ingredients perfectly measured. Paolino made it for me, very polite, smiling, professional, and excellent at his job! Thanks to Paolino, if your colleagues were like you, it would be top-notch ❤️ A loyal customer

08/11/2025: I ordered four pizzas, and to say there was more crust than filling is an understatement. The dough was undercooked and the ingredients lacked flavor for the price. A terrible experience.

14/09/2025: We were waiting for the man to order and half an hour passed and he didn't show up so we went in and ordered, pointing out that we were outside and were waiting for him... and I was finishing dinner and the boy came to clear the plates while we still had the pizza on the plate even though my 2-year-old nephew was eating. The boy cleared the plate saying that we had to close at 9:30 pm even though it was 9 pm saying that we had to vacate the table. Terrible service, actually, pity. One star and to say they were good.
