We arrived in Piacenza and, not knowing where to eat without spending a fortune, we asked Google Gemini for advice, and this charming and well-located restaurant in the city center came up. Very nice place, with friendly and cheerful waitresses and bartenders; aperitif (at lunch) with a small plate for an additional €1 per person. Everything was good. Recommended.
