05/10/2025: Bad experience. I chose the property based on the reviews, which were misleading. Lovely rooms with antique furnishings and linens, but lacking in comfort... no hot water, impossible to shower, cold rooms, I asked for an electric heater, which wasn't available. The breakfast was poor: no savory options, even though the website indicated one, no fruit juice, one carafe of coffee for four guests, 1/2 ring cake, a few slices of bread with jam, 1 large yogurt, a few bunches of grapes. The owner, while kind, was completely absent. The panoramic location is beautiful, but the road is unpaved. The price is not commensurate with the services offered. If €110 per night is charged for a double room, guests expect standard amenities.

07/09/2025: I stayed at this charming B&B nestled in the green vineyards. The property is meticulously maintained, welcoming, and relaxing... Laura was incredibly kind and attentive to my every need. A truly wonderful experience, one I'll definitely repeat!

18/12/2025: Worst gas station in Piacenza. The manager doesn't care about the problems with the gas pumps, and the machine doesn't return any refund receipts if the fuel isn't refilled. I left €30 with no fuel and no refund receipt. I reported it to the manager, but I don't care what he says. Terrible, scammers.

23/11/2025: The worst piadina shop I've ever been to. The atmosphere is squalid, unhygienic, and the ingredients are awful. The piadina I ordered was supposed to have grilled zucchini, but instead, I found raw, inedible zucchini pieces inside. Definitely avoid.

21/11/2025: Average food, nothing special. Terrible service, haughty staff. They forgot my friend's order, making us wait half an hour. When we asked what had happened to the order, they responded angrily, saying it had already been delivered. Lastly, they don't respect opening hours, even though there is staff inside.

28/11/2025: The waiter was not at all professional. On November 24, 2025, I ordered spaghetti with scampi and broccoli for dinner. He brought me the dish I ordered, and I noticed it was without broccoli. I called the waiter and brought it up. At first, he told me the broccoli was blended into the sauce, but when I insisted, he went to ask the chef. He returned five minutes later, saying the chef forgot to add the broccoli and apologized for the mix-up. But what's worse is that he didn't offer to remake the dish or offer an alternative, and at the end of the evening, he presented me with the full bill, including the spaghetti. The staff didn't live up to the elegant setting.

06/10/2025: After visiting the castle, we opted for this beautiful medieval restaurant. It was a Sunday, so it was very crowded, and unfortunately, the service suffered considerably. The kitchen staff was noisy, and we could hear them outside (which isn't nice), and the waitresses were a bit on edge. However, the fried gnocco, mixed cold cuts, and cheeses were worth the wait; they were very good. We'll try again, perhaps during the week.

24/08/2025: Ordinary location, really good food, service could be improved, errors in orders should be corrected either without charging for them or by replacing them!

04/07/2025: While the food is good quality (otherwise I would have given it one star), I think the €120 bill for four people is a bit steep, including: - a platter of cured meats and fried gnocco to share (normal portions) - 4 first courses (butter and sage caramels with mushroom sauce - normal portions) - 3 desserts - 2 coffees - a quart of red wine and 2 bottles of water It's supposed to be a trattoria... Clearly, no prices were displayed or verbally communicated.

24/02/2026: People who deserve to be rewarded for their simplicity and honesty! After the terrible experience at the "La Fragolina" restaurant in Mantua, here's proof that there's good food out there: simply cooked food, served hot, and a limited but very honest menu. Well done, guys! Congratulations!

19/11/2025: Hospital food, except for the tasty tagliatelle with meat sauce. The chicken was dry and flavorless. I'd asked for spinach instead of the baked vegetables (which were actually boiled), but instead she handed me whatever she wanted, saying they'd run out of spinach. I felt like she was being mocked, and she didn't even apologize; she just dumped it on the table and walked away. A character (a nice one, if you like). Anyway, tastes are personal, but my friends at the table were satisfied.

03/02/2026: The owner probably got annoyed because I had to use the bathroom, a Turkish toilet that no longer complies with standards, making myself a barley coffee with the grounds of a normal coffee, I'd say that no one can take away a report to the NAS from you.

06/12/2025: I was really disappointed when, after making a reservation for last night, we arrived at the restaurant and it was closed and turned off. We tried to contact the phone number on the website, but no one answered. This, to me, is a lack of seriousness and professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend it.

23/01/2026: We often get take-away piadinas at work and the guy who delivers them (Federico) is always kind and smiling, the piadinas are super fresh and hot, we are super satisfied, highly recommended!!!

06/10/2025: I think one of the most important things when entering a restaurant is the welcome and hospitality shown to the customer, as well as the service. Unfortunately, when I entered, I found none of these things. The atmosphere was quite somber, dull, and felt worse than a funeral. As is my custom and polite practice, as soon as I entered, I greeted them with a smile and said I'd like to order and eat there. Well, to my openness and kindness, the young man/gentleman at the cash register responded with a very cold "tell me," as if I owed him a favor by ordering and that, in fact, it was almost a nuisance to him to have me there. It's not the first time I've seen this attitude, but in fact, I see it's quite common in the "La Piadineria" restaurants in Piacenza. By doing this, you don't encourage people to return; instead, you make the customer feel like they're a burden and you let them slip away. The piadina was okay, although half-empty and could have been made better with a little more desire and effort. If you don't want to do these jobs, no one will force you or hold a gun to your head. I won't be back.

14/06/2025: We entered this bar with the sole hope of finding an available restroom, since we were tourists who had been out and about for hours. Unfortunately, we were told the restroom was unusable due to a malfunction. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming: the floor was dirty, with obvious signs of neglect, and a dog roaming freely in the bar without supervision. Another bizarre thing was finding, in June, the Christmas decorations still hanging: dusty poinsettias that gave the entire place a shabby look.
