09/11/2025: We stopped by chance, drawn by the gorgeous photos online, and were pleasantly surprised. The osteria is meticulously maintained: refined details, a welcoming atmosphere, and inviting aromas wafting from the moment we entered. They brought us the menu without prices, like in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the attention to detail is evident in everything—from the furnishings to the impeccable bathrooms. We started with a tartine on creamed rice with porcini mushrooms, delicate and flavorful, and continued with a tender pork cheek, beautifully rendered in flavor. To finish, they even let us sample the desserts, a truly appreciated gesture that crowned the evening. The staff was attentive and professional. Highly recommended: an osteria that rivals Michelin-starred restaurants in quality, care, and overall experience. We will definitely be back.

09/11/2025: Great expectations, great disappointments. Anyone who tasted the cured meats a year ago can forget about them now. The room with the fireplace was an excellent location, but nothing lived up to our expectations. The salty Culaccia, with not even a whole slice, seemed minced!? Cooked and smoked Culaccia (!?) Crepes (!?) Strolghino, as above, was completely out of place. The hand-cut coppa and giardiniera were good. The main courses were vastly overrated (flavorless sea bream, a subpar cube roll). The owner's irony, not always appreciated or necessary, certainly didn't contribute to the success of the dinner. We, who have been sporadic customers for over twenty years, have sent so many friends, I don't think we'll give it another chance. The quality/price ratio is a disadvantage for the customer.

23/01/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food is truly delicious, with typical local dishes prepared with care and precision. The service is fast, and the staff is extremely kind and always courteous. The prices are very reasonable, which is no small thing. The welcome is like feeling at home: a super-well-kept setting and a truly pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

20/05/2026: I confirm the rudeness already described by others (no greetings either when entering or leaving the store, the only question to the customer being asked was "Anything else?"). They fail to provide a receipt most of the time. A while ago, when I asked for it for the amount I paid, I was told not to worry because if I had immediately inspected my purchase (but when do you ever see an inspection!!!! and they count on it), I wouldn't risk fines. As of this review, the clerk didn't give the correct change to the unfortunately inexperienced person I had sent that day, unable to do so personally, to buy bread (a difference of one euro... not contestable in hindsight, and also without the receipt... not much... but accumulating, right?). Some say they may sell the best products, but I will NEVER go into this store AGAIN. I'd like to add to those who justify these negative reviews that I'm not motivated by envy or malice, but by the knowledge that I've acted correctly in my life, never harming anyone, and as an employee, I've always paid taxes, even for those who use services paid for by others. To some, I'm certainly delusional, but you can choose even just where to buy your bread—perhaps less delicious, but I'd say less "bitter."

05/10/2025: Bad experience. I chose the property based on the reviews, which were misleading. Lovely rooms with antique furnishings and linens, but lacking in comfort... no hot water, impossible to shower, cold rooms, I asked for an electric heater, which wasn't available. The breakfast was poor: no savory options, even though the website indicated one, no fruit juice, one carafe of coffee for four guests, 1/2 ring cake, a few slices of bread with jam, 1 large yogurt, a few bunches of grapes. The owner, while kind, was completely absent. The panoramic location is beautiful, but the road is unpaved. The price is not commensurate with the services offered. If €110 per night is charged for a double room, guests expect standard amenities.

07/09/2025: I stayed at this charming B&B nestled in the green vineyards. The property is meticulously maintained, welcoming, and relaxing... Laura was incredibly kind and attentive to my every need. A truly wonderful experience, one I'll definitely repeat!

17/08/2025: I have been getting pizza from Franco for a number of years, and in my view he makes the best pizza in the world! There are lots of great pizzas in Italy, and also some not so good. Franco was recommended to me by the owner of an Agritourismo I go to, and I've not looked back. He pizza is always consistently very good. You've tried the rest, now try the best! Looking forward to my pizza later this week :-)

26/11/2025: Incompetent staff, from the workers to the manager. They couldn't provide the service I paid for. 40 minutes of my time wasted!

09/12/2025: We arrive and order two takeout pizzas. Nothing complicated; we're told it'll take us five minutes tops, but it actually takes over 40 minutes, despite the place being almost empty. We should have already known what was in store for us, in addition to the very poor service... After a long wait, the two pizzas we'll take home arrive. To say they were shameful is an understatement! They were two toasted flying saucers, tasteless, and with little toppings!! The place isn't bad from an aesthetic point of view, but everything else is a letdown!

25/04/2026: I smoked many narghiles before and i also made some of them but non of them were this bad, the guy said you can’t feel the blueberry flavour but i smoked blueberry before and it’s not even close maybe they use some cheap tobacco or i don’t know. They don’t accept card to pay for narghile and the price is ridiculous for the quality.

04/01/2026: Perfect atmosphere for young people, great evenings with great music. Perfect service with several waiters ready to serve you, the bar area is very nice and well-presented, with (supposedly) various choices of cocktails and wines. Alas, the waitress, perhaps unaware of the lack of some cocktail ingredients, sent an order for two Moscow mules. After tasting them, I realized something wasn't right. I pointed this out to the bartender, who told me the base (vodka) was the same, but the lime had been replaced with lemon and the ginger ale with ginger ale—basically, a different drink. They changed the ingredients, but I remain skeptical of the bartender's preparation... (Perhaps because, being young, he thought we were incapable of distinguishing one cocktail from another.) The substitute Long Island remains a banal nightclub cocktail, not consistent with the IBA recipe and very watered down. The substitute vodka lemon tastes just like the first, watered down.

14/06/2026: I stayed here a while ago, but unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. The rooms were basic, with many broken items, from the blackout blinds to the wall outlets. The bathroom was missing hooks for hanging sponges and a soap dispenser in the shower. There were also some bugs around the bed, which we couldn't identify, but reading previous reviews, we saw that the property had had bed bug problems; let's hope they weren't those. Let's just say that attention to detail isn't typical of this property. Breakfast isn't particularly extensive, but it's average, with a few sweet and savory options. I wouldn't choose this property again.

05/06/2026: BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RESERVATION CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WITHOUT ANY REASON!!!! STAY AWAY FROM PLACES LIKE THIS!!!! Unfortunately, catering and related hotel services (whether agritourism or 5-star) aren't for everyone!!! MANY TRY, MANY FAIL, MANY OTHERS DO A BAD WORK!!! THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF EVERYTHING!!! THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE VARIOUS AND SPEAK CLEARLY!!! THERE'S NOTHING TO RATE HERE FOR ROOMS, LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, AND OTHERS... HERE WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT FAIRNESS AND POLITE!! MANY OTHERS TRY IT, but you should calmly give up. There are plenty of jobs out there, so try something else. THE WORLD IS FULL OF FISH, SO YOU ARE BETTER AT SELLING GREENHOUSES.
