13/07/2025: It's a shame we couldn't eat inside, given the quaint atmosphere. However, they let us sit outside in the large garden under the umbrellas. The prices were slightly lower than the average for restaurants in this village, but the portions were also quite small. But the quality of the products was excellent. The service was courteous and fast. True, there weren't many tables, but we had a good time.

16/06/2025: Terrible experience – avoid this place! I booked this accommodation through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the owner refused to let me in. He claimed there was a problem on my side, which was not true. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to refund my money, but he also tried to pressure me into booking a more expensive place he offered elsewhere. It felt like a scam. I was left stranded without a place to stay and had to make last-minute arrangements on my own. I strongly advise against booking this place. Totally unacceptable behavior and zero respect for guests.

06/11/2024: I start from the assumption that I love soya spaghetti and here they make them very good, I'll just say that at lunch there is very little choice, zero raw fish, not much sushi and having let all the Japanese from Piacenza and the province pass through you are the only ones who give little choice, I tried to go there today to see if anything had changed but it's still the same as always, that being said I'll just go get the spaghetti which I like to take away and that's it.

09/09/2024: Good morning, I refer to Mrs. Paola Albertazzi as my wife has followed the false and silly response. We start from the assumption that it will be the 30th time we go to this restaurant. At the table we clearly specified who was consuming what and in what way (like all the other previous times without problem) and we were answered yes yes ok!! Then if, as you say at the table, and I repeat your words, a lady comes who doesn't understand the language and speaks it just as badly, well this can't be the customer's problem, we, upon repeating yes, took it for granted that she understood. He repeated again that in any case we didn't do anything different from the other times, since I don't eat sushi I always got different ones without problems. It is precise, given how it seems here the regulation changes at will or convenience, to put up visible and clear signs. It doesn't say anywhere that the whole table is forced to eat sushi, but the all you can eat menu is not available. (This was done every time I went to eat there without any problems.) Then I found myself discussing the surprise of the receipt with the boy at the counter only and simply because the grumpy lady, even though I waited for her and called her back several times to simply ask for explanations, never stopped to give them to me, in fact she passed by me or moved me away. as if I were invisible 2 because he was evidently the only one who spoke Italian and understood it 3 the only girl who was polite and listened to us Then yes, in the end, by insisting, they reimbursed us (I don't think it was due to recognition of the error) and compensated us for 13 euros (and in any case, here too I specify that the bill in hand must have been 22) but we're fine with it anyway because it wasn't done for the money that you could have kept them, in fact I'll bring them to you if you want but out of fairness and honesty, because in any case many often, especially young people, perhaps don't have the courage to contest that they pay and go. At this point the question is legitimate... were we the only ones? On food, pasta with clams and kg of SAND that crunched in the teeth (almost completely advanced) Low quality sushi but acceptable for the place, you can't expect it. Abysmal waiting times All things considered, I won't recommend going there or not (every experience leaves something behind 😂we have the dentist) But I'll leave one piece of advice to the restaurant (who will ignore it anyway) that is, shortening waiting times, more care in the food, and above all those who go to the dining room must know how to communicate!! And for the others... well, keep an eye on the receipt!!!

29/01/2025: Not satisfactory. We ate in the cold, but the risotto was bland and the pisarai tasted bitter. It tasted like frozen Buitoni, especially since the portions were identical. The waitress was very kind and attentive, but that's not enough. I'm sorry, but we won't be back.

Today, my family, including two children, were attacked by a woman with an Eastern accent, presumably the owner, with pepper spray, causing burns to my face, eyes, and limbs. We were stopped on the main road, and this person first insulted us and then attacked us, yelling that the photo is private property! We had to run to the police station to file a complaint!

17/07/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to revise the 5-star review I left a year ago. We returned to Nuova Usta a few nights ago and asked if it was possible to dine outside. The two ladies inside quickly and rudely refused, without providing any valid explanation. This may have become a rule of thumb, but since we'd dined outside in the past, we expected at least a coherent explanation, given that all the outdoor tables were completely empty. We were offered a seat on the covered, air-conditioned veranda; being cooped up in this kind of environment is certainly not the reason customers drive 40 minutes to Pecorara. If you're looking for a pleasant place to enjoy some fresh air during the summer, this is clearly no longer the place for you. The same goes for a respectful and friendly welcome. _________________________________ A very pleasant place in the beautiful center of Pecorara. Parking is just a short walk away. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The outdoor tables are very pleasant with a beautiful view of the village and the hills. This is our second time eating here and we really enjoyed it. The Batarö are truly delicious; you can taste and see the polenta in the dough. The best we've had so far. They also offered us a special sandwich made with pizza dough, pulled pork, peppers, caramelized onions, and BBQ sauce. Kudos to the guys, we'll definitely be back!

31/05/2025: We recently discovered this pizzeria, where you can still eat pizzas with proper toppings and pay the right price. They are digestible, delicious and from the veranda you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green valley covered with woods. Only 90 kilometers from Milan, it is perfect for a weekend immersed in nature and healthy eating! If you pass by these parts, Val Tidone and Pecorara, including the beautiful Monte Penice, stop by Nuova Usta!

12/06/2025: Location molto carina, davanti al fiume. Sicuramente suggestiva a cena, noi siamo andati a pranzo ed abbiamo mangiato bene. Ravioli con funghi e dolce davvero ottimi !

02/07/2025: Not recommended on evenings above 30°, as we also sweated the baptism water. Perfect for those who want to lose liquids without going to the gym, but the 33cl of beer was not enough to replenish. A nurse with an IV would have been necessary. The pizza also increased the temperature at the table intensifying the wellness experience included in the meal, with the sauna effect. Not suitable for those who suffer from low blood pressure.

26/05/2025: Hi, I was in town for the pride on Saturday and unfortunately I came to this pizzeria at 2:20 pm. I definitely wouldn't have asked for a Neapolitan pizza but both my RED one with capers and vegetables and my girlfriend's margherita were really low quality 😬 thin hard and in any case definitely not worth the price of 12 euros 💶 I didn't have the chance to try the cuisine (also because in any case there is nothing vegan) but if you want a good pizza don't come to this pizzeria
