Located in a stunning piazza, the service is welcoming and makes you feel like you're part of a family. The cuisine is traditional Piacenza, with the addition of chef Alberto's truly interesting and high-quality creations. The price is fair for the quality.

Christmas dinner with the Friends of the Red Cross. Beyond the excellent dishes, we appreciated the care with which the room was decorated for us: the warmth and attention to detail that created a festive atmosphere that made our evening wonderful. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

13/03/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of the agriturismo that we are staying at and it didn’t disappoint us at all. The food, service and everything about this place was wonderful. Can highly recommend Locanda Nobili. If ever in the area, please stop by and enjoy the food. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the great tasting tiramisu that we had. To eager to eat it. Oh, and there is a small little four legged creature that makes an occasional appearance when not being shy. Cutest little dog.
24/02/2026: We ate well, excellent cold cuts, cheeses, and fried gnocco. We had a platter of mixed cold cuts and a cheese platter, and both of them were plentiful. We were welcomed with kindness and attention. Furthermore, the scenic drive from Bobbio to get there is well worth it.

08/04/2026: The manager and the staff are very friendly. It's always a pleasure to stop by.
08/02/2026: La Lumaca is a rustic mountain restaurant with a wood-burning stove: the atmosphere is very warm. There's a beautiful panoramic view, with many birds passing by to retrieve the food the owners leave on the fence (sparrows, tits, etc.). The staff is very kind and friendly, as are the patrons. The charcuterie and cheese platter is very good; the polenta and cheese and the lasagna were delicious! We ended the lunch with cakes (which were delicious!) and a good coffee! The place is small, so reservations are recommended! They have books for children and board games! I recommend!
