Thursday, May 14th, excellent lunch with a local friend who recommended this restaurant. The appetizer was excellent, featuring traditional cured meats, and the first course was delicious, tortelli with butter and sage. As a Piedmontese 🤷‍♂️, I'm used to still red wines, but the lady brought me a 1/4 cup of lightly sparkling Gutturnio... fabulous!!! 👏👏👍👍

Located in a stunning piazza, the service is welcoming and makes you feel like you're part of a family. The cuisine is traditional Piacenza, with the addition of chef Alberto's truly interesting and high-quality creations. The price is fair for the quality.

The food is truly excellent, the portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. The place is large and beautifully decorated. In addition to the lunch menu, there's a wide selection of breads, desserts, fresh pasta, and many other specialties. There's also a small, well-stocked bar with both sweet and savory options. It's a place I always love to return to and recommend without hesitation.
