Perfect location! Beautiful rooms and people

It must have been the special evening, it must have been the friends and the extraordinary wine, it must have been the food prepared as true Italian cuisine demands (excellent raw materials and essential preparation, which do not hide but rather enhance the flavors), it must have been that Luca is a true Oste (a true Host)... whatever it was, we truly had a wonderful time. Thanks to all the staff.

The restaurant was excellent. The calf's liver was divine! Everything was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Had dinner with friends, local and amazing dishes, everything really good, great research in the kitchen and cellar, the owner helped us and supervised the whole dinner. Wonderful place.

This family owned business is exceptional. Perfect location, terrific service, friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice and the service on the restaurant was wonderful. Everyone is personable and approachable. True delight! Gladly stay here again. This was a 4 night stay, two rooms, two couples.

I loved the service and the Alfredo pasta was exquisite, the best pasta I've ever had. The pizzas were also delicious and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve. A fantastic hotel with Italian flair! Very welcoming and helpful staff! Especially well-suited for a first-time visit to Venice due to its location and easy access! The best place to park is in the Tronchetto multi-story car park. From there it's a 5-minute walk to the water taxi (approx. €10 per person), and after 30 minutes you can dock directly in front of the hotel! This dock is right in front of the hotel and is perfect for boat trips. St. Mark's Square is also only 400 meters away! Rooms with a canal view are particularly beautiful! The hotel's location and the staff are top-notch! Venice is always worth a visit! ☕️🍸😎 We spent another night at the hotel in November 2025! A warm welcome from Andrea Leone at reception! We booked a night at short notice! Andrea Leone was, as always, very helpful and competent! We were given a beautiful room with a view that couldn't be more beautiful in Venice!
