The room is ok however the bathroom has hairs when we arrived. The waitress is alone in the restaurant and bit of stress when there were a lot of people eating breakfast. She even didnt give us fruit salads on our breakfast which other clients have. The location is great.

So, this is our fifth time in Venice and we've stayed in a different hotel each time. This hotel stands out for its location. Fantastic. Only about 150 meters from St. Mark's Square. The rooms aren't large and are in need of renovation. The dining room is a winter garden. Absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. A bit of variety would have been nice. We had the same thing for breakfast five times. Overall, the hotel was nice and I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel as hotel guests. We didn't eat here (but it's supposed to be good). The room we had had a window overlooking the backyard. For a little more money, you could get a lagoon view (I'd recommend it). The rooms are small and desperately need to be renovated. But the location is absolutely amazing 🔨 It's a long walk and just a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square. Vaporetto stops for almost all lines are right outside. So, the location is ideal for exploring the city. The breakfast is very good by Italian standards, and the breakfast room is right on the lagoon. It's a great place to watch the hustle and bustle. And the view is soooo beautiful. We would come back, but only if the rooms are renovated.

Great drinks and food in a very nice location! Friendly service and reasonable pricing

Perfect location, right in front of the hotel if you take the boat from the airport. 2 minutes to Piazza San Marco. If you want to arrive by train, it's less than ideal because it's at the other end of Venice. Reception was super friendly and excellent. Room absolutely fine. Bathroom very nice. The only major drawback, however, was our room on the 4th floor without an elevator, up a narrow, very steep staircase. The waitress at breakfast was always in a bad mood, or gave that impression. Breakfast was good and plentiful, though. Unfortunately, our room faced the back, so despite being 15 meters from the sea, we didn't have a sea view. Due to the difficulty of access on the 4th floor, we only stayed in the room to sleep. The view was still beautiful, overlooking rooftops and churches.

The stay was fantastic: the staff is very kind and helpful, the location really excellent, the breakfast excellent and the rooms very clean.

The hotel left only warm memories! I will definitely recommend it and use it again if the opportunity arises! Very friendly, family atmosphere. You feel like you’ve come to visit distant relatives whom you haven’t seen since childhood. The room is stylized as antique, without the sticky dirt inherent in some old hotels. The bed linen is a delight! Very dense, not at all budget! Everything is perfectly clean! Wonderful view from the room window of the roofs of Venice and partially the dome of San Marco. A cozy Christmas tree on the ground floor to maintain the Christmas mood. Polite friendly staff! The restaurant is a special love! Unfortunately, my daughter didn't want to eat dinner and I didn't appreciate the evening's food, but the smells from the kitchen were crazy! Life was in full swing in the kitchen, the waiters were running around and serving, as only happens in places with high demand! Breakfast was amazing! No buffet. A sweet woman carefully set us a cozy table overlooking the Grand Canal. Amazing experience! My thanks to the hotel owner and caring staff!
