12/10/2025: A place where you can eat really well at a reasonable price. Both the first and second courses are excellent, and the atmosphere is homey and welcoming. The pear and chocolate cake wasn't exceptional, but it definitely fades in comparison to the rest. The only flaw, in my opinion, was the staff at times: friendly but sometimes a bit pushy and brash, plus the fact that I hadn't quite finished the bigoli in salsa when a waiter came to take my plate away. The service could be improved, but despite that, I think it deserves 4 stars for the value.

12/11/2025: Excellent. Lunch. After ordering, they offered us a plate with four slices of local coppa, SUBLIME. We then moved on to the radicchio lasagna (off the menu of the day), which was good and balanced. Pasta with beans and gnocchi were good. The grilled tomini with polenta was good. Cotechino with polenta and mushrooms was tasty, but it left me thirsty or had no digestive issues. Four desserts were offered (a homemade torta paradiso). With two side dishes, four coffees, one sambuca, one bottle of wine, and one bottle of water, it was €92. Very fair price. Reservations recommended.

09/11/2025: Authentic cuisine, tradition, Venetian dishes, those that take you back to beautiful tables whose simplicity tells a timeless story... well, this was my Sunday family lunch during a visit to the Sanctuary. We wanted to try typical dishes like bigoli in salsa, gnocchi with butter, sage, and almonds, the spectacular cod with soft polenta, cooked cheese with speck and mushrooms, and stewed cuttlefish. They also offered us a delicious plum cake made in the morning... in short, we truly felt at home, with the same family warmth despite the crowds. The price was very fair 🥂 I really hope that reviews like mine can really boost this wonderful restaurant scene, because places like this absolutely deserve support. Well done!!!

I appreciated the owner's helpfulness, however, telling me he couldn't have known how long the wait would be. I'll still give it 5 stars 🔥💯👋

24/08/2025: Bad experience. We ordered two cuts of steak because the mixed grill was already sold out. Unfortunately, they were inedible; the meat had an acidic taste, so we left them entirely on the plate. When the owner asked, we explained our reasons, which were questioned in a manner I found unprofessional. Bottom line: we only ate the side dishes and a decent appetizer. An experience not to be repeated.

16/11/2025: Al Pirio restaurant in the Euganean Hills, a spectacular view, very beautiful, always clean, great attention to detail, polite, friendly, and competent staff, quality food, with a wide selection of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan options. Ask for advice. Great chefs! Want a good wine—white, red, or a good beer? Ask for advice. Spectacular cellar. The quality and attention they put into their dishes and their pairings is evident! Don't forget to finish with dessert; it's not to be missed. Enjoy your relaxation.

11/11/2025: A quaint trattoria, charming and well-maintained. Parking is a bit limited, but it's easy to find. Very friendly and fast, with only a couple of niggles in the table service. Interesting menu, plenty to choose from. Their specialty is horse meat, and it's excellent in all its forms. Normal portions Recommended

20/11/2025: Yesterday we went to lunch at this lovely little restaurant with our son, who is autistic, and two of his teachers, and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, both pizza and pasta dishes (but my husband and I had already been there over the summer, so it was a surefire hit). But the welcome we received was wonderful, especially towards our son. Alberto, the owner, I presume, was incredibly empathetic towards our boy and incredibly helpful. 16/11/2025: A pleasant evening, with excellent pizza and excellent service, except for the women's restroom, which has a mirror above the toilet. As an interior designer, I think it's more pleasant to walk in with a mirror in front of you rather than a simple painting; I recommend changing the location.

15/11/2025: What can I say? I had a great time, and the dishes were perfect and delicious. I'll post some photos, but not all of them. I recommend it as an intimate dinner, not just for that. Everything was truly delicious.

02/11/2025: A cute place in a historic area of ​​Padua. We found this restaurant using Google Maps. We were passing through waiting for the train, and this osteria is an 11-minute walk from the station. We had two traditional appetizers, one with Venetian-style cicchetti and a flan with fondue and hazelnuts. A main course included cuttlefish, nduja (not Venetian 😁) and polenta, and another with pork cheek and polenta. Everything was really good. Excellent value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful.

13/10/2025: Restaurat is in a very nice area of Padova a bit outside the historic center of the city. Restaurat is not very big, long and narrow, situated in an beauty old building . It is very well furnished and arranged, with a friendly and easy atmosphere. Personnel is professional. The food is excellent, fresh, well prepared and well presented. Only comment is that "polenta", served with baccala mantecato, was not enough warm. Wide selection of wine and very appreciated the possibility to order it in different quantities, (glass, 1/4, 1/2, bottle). Prices a bit high.
