I had dinner in this trattoria in the center of Treviso. Antipasti OK. For the main course I took the Tagliata di Manzo, but honestly didn't impress me. Considering the price I was expecting something a lot better. Instead it was just ...meat and potatoes.
Very good tiramisù on the other hand.

So, this restaurant is located near the Cathedral of Treviso Centro, located near the Carabinieri Headquarters, the typical food that you can eat in this place is part of the Treviso tradition, and many of the recipes were provided by my grandmother when my uncle took over the restaurant many years ago. The food is exceptional for the price of the dishes and I highly recommend this rustic but easy-going place that makes you feel at home.
As for other info about the place, they have an extremely large wine list and the selection is quite wide, in short, for lovers of fine and non-fine wines.
In short, come and eat at this restaurant if you are in the area, you won't regret it!

Vuoi mangiare tipico a Treviso.ci sono tantissime trattorie tantissimi ristoranti e non sai dove andare. Sono stato a Treviso tante volte e tante volte ho cercato un posto dove mangiare cucina tipica trevigiana.ho mangiato in tanti posti buoni. Nessuno però mi ha mai soddisfatto in pieno.in questa trattoria invece ho trovato la cucina vera del luogo. Mi faccio un esempio la sopa coada solo qui si trova, come il tiramisù quello vero. Sono stato all'oca bianca, alle 2 torri, all'antico portico tutti i posti molto molto rispettabili ma nessuno mi ha offerto la tradizione tipica trevigiana mi ha fatto assaporare la storia la cultura della cucina trevigiana

Location di stampo originalmemte antico, ma ben tenuta (e con una toilette perfetta). Si mangia come una volta, e la "sopa coada" da sola merita il viaggio.Servizio accurato e prezzi onesti (per essere in pieno centro nella bella Treviso). Anche la faraona con la salsa peverada era di ottima qualità ed i bocconcini di vitello, teneri e saporiti. La crema al mascarpone: deliziosa.
