13/03/2026: One of the top 3 experiences I've had in Italy. Top 5 in Europe. The service was understated yet friendly. The Veneto Rosso Calleselle was a great suggestion.
Highly recommend the veal cheeks and the rabbit. Beautiful presentation for each dish and bursting with flavours.

06/04/2026: A true trattoria. A welcoming atmosphere, excellent food. Authentic dishes and generous portions. The gnocchi, tagliatelle, and bigoli with ragù and peas are truly special, and the organic Sorana tartare is indescribable: you just have to taste it to enjoy this original and exquisite dish. The staff is incredibly kind and extremely helpful, both in the dining room and with any other needs. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

14/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal after turning up with no reservation. We only had to wait for 15 mins and we had a drink at the bar. The waiter couldn’t have been more accommodating and his English was amazing. We loved the vibe in this restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the steak. Make sure you take cash to give them a tip at the end!

11/04/2026: We randomly found this place and it turned out to be a great surprise.
The atmosphere is simple and traditional, and the food really reflects the local cuisine.
The asparagus dishes were fresh and full of flavor.
If you want to try real Venetian food, this is the right place.
If we hadn’t stopped here, we would have missed a very good meal.
Prices are fair and the experience feels genuine. I would recommend it.

27/03/2026: We went for lunch because we were tempted by the restaurant's popularity. I must say we didn't have to wait to be seated even though the place was packed. The waitress taking our orders was already a bit unfriendly, but I ignored it. Another equally friendly waiter then took over the service... I'm giving it 3 stars because the entrees we ordered were world-class, but the €25 boiled meat was shameful; I left it practically untouched on my plate.
What a shame!

07/04/2026: We had a pleasant lunch here at Trattoria al Braciere. The menu is varied and offers excellent options, including various cuts of meat that aren't often found around here.
We chose the Wagyu diaphragm and the cheek.
Both were very flavorful:
the first was a little hard to chew, the second melted in the mouth.
The appetizers were excellent, and there was plenty to choose from; the freshly hand-carved ham was beautiful to watch.
We finished lunch with excellent desserts: torta della nonna and apple tart.
We'll definitely be back, given the warm welcome.
The prices are high, but the quality and the selection are worth it.
03/04/2026: Excellent and plentiful appetizer, divine ribs and roast sausages, a sublime crème brulee, and excellent coffee too!
Attentive and friendly waiters...fast service...
Everything for a perfect experience!

17/04/2026: Avoid this place ! It’s a tourist trap. No locals, just mugs like me, lured in by its charming rustic looks. The service was prison-canteen style, with pure disdain and rudeness even before we sat down. The grumpy staff bark at queuing customers in the bar area and then when seated they visit the tables in the opposite order to which the guests arrived. Food is bussed out and chucked onto the table like a low end McDonalds. The only chirpy staff member was the chef, who was perched at the door where the kitchen meets the toilets. Quality of the food was okay, albeit served cool/cold. Investment a bit more time and find places where the locals eat.

28/02/2026: If you want to eat pizza and not feel like you've eaten pizza afterwards, go to Vecio Veneto. The pizza is light and delicious, with quality and sophisticated toppings. The atmosphere is very Italian without falling into the monotony of city-modern, and the waitress is fast, friendly, and fun. Definitely two women in the know! Excellent!

The food was truly excellent: fresh, tasty, and impeccably presented. The wait staff was friendly and very professional. A particularly positive aspect: the wait was minimal, and the coffee at the end of the meal was excellent. We'll gladly return!

18/04/2026: Good restaurant, my boyfriend said it was the best pasta he'd ever had and I thought it was good/okay. It was €45 per person (wine + pasta). I just thought the €10 fee for using the utensils/sitting in the restaurant was too much. I know it's a cultural thing, but €10 to use the cutlery?? That's expensive hahaha (it was more than 10% of the bill).

14/03/2026: We came for dinner, and it was dark outside, so we couldn't fully enjoy the view... the location, as we know, is worth a visit. Inside, the place was decorated for Easter, with colored eggs and bunnies, very impressive, especially if you have children (as we did). We ate well: my creamed cod appetizer was good, but it was a shame it didn't complement the other ingredients on the plate, especially the pumpkin. I don't eat meat, so for my main course, I opted for one of the two plant-based dishes on the menu: roast celeriac with fried artichoke, which I must say was very tasty. My companions ordered meat dishes, which they enjoyed. Impeccable service, pleasant atmosphere, good prices.
