10/07/2025: 5 stars because there aren't 10 but I would give 100 and a thousand, friendliness, sympathy, everything wonderfully perfect, the view of the basilica when waking up or the night illuminated under the starry sky by a spectacle that is indescribable in words, the dishes tasted with breakfast are of excellent quality, we returned after 15 years but everything remained as it was then...😍😍

07/08/2025: Excellent, prices not exaggerated, but not for all budgets, in Bettona goose festival, phenomenal, cooked wonderfully, pity that at lunch the weather was murderous, we finished lunch and rushed to the car and an avalanche of water unleashed, we ate the first course, gnocchi with goose ragù fabulous. and honest price.

08/08/2025: The service was terrible. We booked a table for 7:15 PM and were seated at 8:00 PM. We asked several times for someone to take our order. We didn't feel well cared for. The prices were on the higher side. The food was okay, but not amazing. The place was more for tourists, although it's not exactly a tourist trap. Edit: We did book for 7:30 PM and were seated at 8:00 PM. My mistake. I'll also share our experience with the reservation. We had booked a table outside for 7:30 PM. The reservation was confirmed. We arrived at 7:30 PM, but the lady was setting up the tables outside, so I told her I'd be back in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, she continued setting up the tables, then setting them all, while we stood and watched as she set them for 20 minutes. We weren't allowed to sit down until all the tables were set. Instead of seating us and at least serving drinks, the restaurant decided we had to stand and watch as the waitress set each table one by one. A wonderful experience. For future reference: in such a situation, simply set one end table and continue setting after serving the guests, or at least after serving the drinks.

20/07/2025: Excellent location right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. The menu is very unique; we ordered stewed shelled snails, grilled lamb, and spaghetti alla chitarra, but there are also dishes with local truffles. Extremely authentic flavors, a relaxed atmosphere, and a wide selection of wines. Definitely recommended if you want to try new flavors in a quiet setting.

16/08/2025: The food is exquisite, and the location is equally beautiful and welcoming. But what really makes the difference is the kindness and courtesy of the owners and staff. A truly pleasant place to spend an evening, even with three small children. Our compliments, we'll definitely be back for lunch or dinner!

25/07/2025: We stayed at the property for four days in July. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the disconcerting behavior of the owner, Mr. Alessandro, who approached our table during one of the dinners to exchange a few words, only to then verbally attack us, insulting us and accusing us of being arrogant for—in his opinion—asking too many questions about the agriturismo. The conversation clearly touched a raw nerve, considering that the owner himself had earlier complained about the numerous sacrifices made compared to the rest of the staff. We believe, however, that such an outburst of anger is completely unjustifiable, especially towards guests who were simply trying to enjoy their stay, without any complaints, but rather with sincere admiration for such a well-kept property. This aggressive and gratuitous attitude left a negative mark on an otherwise pleasant experience. It's a shame that the excellent work of the rest of the staff was ruined by the owner's rudeness.

07/07/2025: Superb location for summer evenings because you eat al fresco and get a breath of fresh air from the heat of the city, food and service 🔝🔝, the only flaw is the parking, but you can find it by wandering around.

28/07/2025: A restaurant in a typical Assisi alleyway, just away from the crowds and bustle of the main square. We ate in the outdoor garden; the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and presented with attention to detail. We ordered a platter as an appetizer and two first courses, all of which were high-quality. Recommended for those seeking traditional Umbrian cuisine in a setting far from the tourist crowds.

19/07/2025: A charming place, just like its employees, who were a delight. The town is beautiful, and the restaurant is worth a visit for a quiet evening. The pasta is delicious.

13/07/2025: Don't miss it! Go inside or take a seat on the outdoor terrace. Had an excellent lunch here this afternoon. It's difficult to choose from the delicious dishes on the menu, but the scrambled eggs with truffle are highly recommended! Complemented by a glass of wine from the excellent wine list. On top of that, the service is welcoming and friendly! Absolutely true to what another reviewer wrote: "If I lived here, I'd be here every day!"

16/08/2025: We had dinner this evening, two adults and two children. The atmosphere was beautiful, with the outdoor tables under the pergola not too crowded. One of the children is the typical child who loves to explore, pet the animals (they have some somewhat shy cats), and gets excited by little, but I never saw a dirty look from the staff or a customer bothered by his wandering around the tables. We had a good and tasty pizza (the base is pre-cooked, so don't expect real pizza), spicy but not overly spicy chicken, tagliolini with truffle (truffle sauce), and a sliced steak. Two desserts and coffee with water, wine, and a beer came to just over €110. Peace reigns throughout this place, and you can feel it from the moment you arrive! A place to return to if you're passing through Assisi!

16/08/2025: A beautiful corner of the woods, and inside this small, very well-maintained restaurant. Good food and competent service.

13/08/2025: Below average. Nothing special. The food was good, but I've had better. I'd leave the service alone. I have to set the table, go get my own food.... First courses here, second courses there. If I want to top it off with desserts, coffee, or liqueurs, I have to queue up again, hoping to be served within the next 20 minutes. AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED! A word of advice... If you want to handle more customers, hire more people! Otherwise, forget it. It'll just create confusion.

12/08/2025: We went here for a couples dinner. It was a very unique experience, as there's no table service, but they're very well organized. Very good value. Two appetizers, a first course, a second course, two side dishes, two waters, wine, dessert, and coffee cost €60. The food was all good. They don't take reservations; I recommend coming when they open, otherwise the wait might be long.
