13/11/2024: But what can we say: Sandro is an absolute giant. I stayed here one night passing by on a motorbike trip. Sandro, his wife and the staff were very kind, welcoming and the food at dinner is not good but very good. You can feel the quality of the raw material! Very clean room, modern bathroom and nothing to complain about. They let me leave the motorbike under the cover of a veranda and this is much appreciated.

02/12/2024: Absolutamente fantástico - no te pierdas si estás en Asís durante unas horas o más! Personal cálido y acogedor! La comida es excepcional y se sirve con pan caliente, incluyendo gluten libre para aquellos como yo con alergia. El propietario comparte una revisión de 5 minutos de la historia del edificio y la zona, en voz alta y con vídeo, a todos los clientes a la vez! No puedo decir suficiente sobre la maravillosa experiencia general! ¡Grazie Mille Il Baccanale!

18/11/2024: Siamo andati a cena in 4, di cui un'amica celiaca, in quanto ristorante certificato. Iniziamo con le ordinazioni, il cameriere sbaglia subito, ordina celiaco per tutti nonostante avessimo specificato 2 piatti per celiaci e 2 no, ma va beh, portano l'antipasto, da menù vi era scritto con salse, le quali ci vengono portate 20 minuti dopo averci consegnato il piatto, ormai avevamo finito di consumare. Durante l'ordinazione abbiam chiesto di dividere dei piatti a metà per poter assaggiare più portate, nessun problema ci viene detto, difatti è stato così, ma scopriamo solo alla fine che ci è stato aggiunto 1€ per ogni piatto diviso a metà, assurdo, o per lo meno specificatelo. Menù diverso da quello pubblicato online, antipasto e primi piatti buoni, la porchetta con cipolle caramellate, molto "umida" la cotenna (generalmente croccante) era decisamente gommosa. Al tavolo a fianco il nostro ( una copia) è stato portato l'olio nuovo da assaggiare nei piattini già presenti sul tavolo, i nostri son rimasti vuoti fino alla fine della cena. Bella la spiegazione della location com'era nel passato e com'è oggi, ma essendo un ristorante "blasonato", mi sarei aspettato un servizio e una qualità superiore delle portate, siamo usciti piuttosto delusi, non lo consiglieremo e non ci torneremo.

02/09/2024: A beautiful farmhouse just a few minutes from Assisi. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and with an excellent view. The pool is small to accommodate tourists who visit the region in August, but having gone at the beginning of September there weren't many people. Regarding catering services: - dinner is good, with particular praise for the cheeses (of their own production); - breakfast unfortunately did not meet expectations, we went down early to have the opportunity to have the entire buffet available. In reality, almost everything was already finished, the buffet was not too rich, and the "refill" service of the dishes was very slow. Overall a great destination.

14/12/2024: It is a unique place. You can't pass through Assisi without having lunch or dinner at the Stalla!

10/12/2024: Original place, the atmosphere could be improved with background music suited to the environment. We returned after a few years observing that the menu always offers the same dishes. The fireplace with the exposed barbecue is wonderful but could offer more variety of meat. Still an experience worth having.

30/10/2024: Outstanding experience. I chose this place for my husband’s love of history and the Roman ruins below the clear flooring of the restaurant. Ruins are also displayed in the restaurant from the excavation of the site. The staff were amazingly friendly and being that we were the first there, gave us a tour below the floor explaining the site. The restaurant itself is a charming juxtaposition of modern and old. The food was outstanding as was the service and hospitality.

07/12/2024: Credo che sono lontani anni luce sul saper gestire un ristorante sito nella piazza principale di una una zona turistica come Assisi. Propongono nel menù piatti Umbri, ma di Umbro non c’è veramente nulla. Non sanno cucinare un piatto di taglioni al tartufo. La pasta con il ragù di cinghiale aveva lo stesso sapore della pasta ai frutti di mare. Per non parlare della fretta che avevano i camerieri, appena si finisce di mangiare un piatto dí preoccupato di portare via tutto senza nemmeno chiedere come fosse il piatto, forse consapevoli anche loro di quello che servono.

18/11/2024: Abbiamo pranzato qui e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Primi ottimi( tagliolini al tartufo, lasagne)come i secondi ( porchetta e agnello con patate ) molto gustosi. Vino ottimo Bel locale,servizio professionale e simpatico. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Bravi.
