16/01/2025: Posto caldo ed accogliente, i proprietari giovani e disponibili ad accogliere anche qualche nostra particolare richiesta. Abbiamo mangiato piatti meravigliosi da guardare ed eccezionali da gustare. Se torno ad assisi ci andrò sicuramente.

12/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato qua. Eravamo una ventina. Ci hanno consigliato questo posto amici dell posto. È stato tutto perfetto dalla presentazione pietanze ai loro e che sapori😋, accoglienza ottima gentilissimi, location piccola e di gusto. Lo consiglio vivamente!!! Bravi bravi..spero di ritornarci!!!

19/01/2025: Excellent for enjoying the flavors of Umbria. Excellent cured meats. We tasted the pumpkin pie and the liver potatoes which were very good. The ribs with pumpkin cream are highly recommended. For the Romans they make an excellent finger burner.

07/01/2025: Siamo venuti per la prima volta in questo bel ristorante (non molto grande, prenotate in anticipo!) posizionato proprio al centro di Assisi. C'è anche la possibilità di pranzare su una bella terrazza che affaccia sulla splendida piazza. Servizio rapido e cortese. Menù che a mio parere andrebbe un po' "arricchito" per offrire maggiore scelta, ma che comunque offre piatti gustosi, in linea con la tradizione del territorio. Carta dei vini abbastanza ricca (forse sarebbe opportuno proporre un maggiore numero di bottiglie di fascia economica...). Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono.

30/01/2025: What a show!! Welcoming staff and available to satisfy our off-menu requests, the strangozzi were special and (even if we didn't take it), the meat seemed of excellent quality. All for a surprisingly low price. Absolutely not to be missed for anyone visiting Assisi

28/01/2025: Very nice, welcoming and bright environment. Friendly and very helpful staff who satisfied our off-menu request (strangozzi with Umbrian ragù). Dishes of the highest quality and which respect local tradition. Highly recommended!

29/01/2025: Enviable position located below the city walls of Assisi, this structure is worth the trip. Green oasis, absolute tranquility, impeccable cleanliness, kindness and very nice hosts I ABSOLUTELY recommend this structure for those who choose Assisi as a travel destination. Impeccable cuisine thanks to Sandro, wife, son and collaborators who know how to pamper you as if you were at home. A heartfelt thank you for everything.

14/01/2025: Located right next to the Cathedral of Assisi, it is a small restaurant where the courtesy and availability of the owner who works in the room are the added value. Good choice on the menu. The dishes we chose were excellent: appetizer of local cured meats with torte al testo and mezze penne with Chianina sauce. The house wines by the glass are absolutely worth trying. Price normal

14/01/2025: We had dinner yesterday with our dog in this very nice restaurant. The food is excellent and the boy is very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended!

02/02/2025: Antica Osteria born from the "old ladies'" tagliatelle, good menu, but absolutely avoid the tables near the kitchen exit; I was fine because I only had dinner stressed by the collisions with my jacket and my chair, luckily they missed the elbow with the fork.

03/01/2025: We stayed at the cardinal's inn located in a historic building in the center of Assisi. The location is very elegant and particular. We opted for the "Incontri" tasting menu paired with a bottle of local wine, a high-level culinary experience, everything exquisite and with attention to the smallest details, even the presentation. The passion of the chefs could be felt in their dishes, I hope they get a Michelin star because they deserve it all. The staff were very kind and professional, careful to satisfy our every little request. At the end of lunch we visited the cellar and the ruins of the palace with the historical mosaics. It was wonderful and I highly recommend it.

13/01/2025: A little careless, I only had one and a half starters, the room at least one is bare and cold, the staff are kind and welcoming.

09/01/2025: They are different because every time I go to Assisi I eat here. The food has always been good although I think the management has changed since the first times I was there. Together with the context of the Bosco di San Francesco it is truly a special place

23/01/2025: The experience was disappointing in every respect. We were forced to wait an hour and a half before being able to sit down, all because the place persisted in not wanting to take reservations, creating a chaotic and frustrating organization for customers. Once we were finally seated, the quality of the food proved to be below all expectations: bland and poorly prepared dishes, which did not justify either the wait or the cost. The environment was extremely noisy and confusing, making it impossible to enjoy the moment or even have a quiet conversation. I will never go back to this place again. The lack of respect for customers' time and needs, combined with the overall poor quality, made this experience one of the worst ever. Not recommended across the board!

24/01/2025: Un ottimo ristorante di cucina a km 0, anzi a metri pochi. Una filiera cortissima che nutre questo ristorante tradizionale, popolare, autentico. Siamo andati a gennaio e nonostante la brutta giornata la vista e il luogo ci aono sembrati veramente belli. Con un bel sole dev'essere uno spettacolo!
