24/08/2025: A truly special stay! Thanks to Maurizio and his entire staff, we felt welcomed right at home: kind, helpful, and always ready to make us feel at home. The cuisine is excellent, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes. The pool is well-equipped, perfect for relaxing in total comfort. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, ideal for a relaxing stay. 10/10/2025: Cozy and elegant restaurant. Must book a reservation ahead of time! Soup of the house (zuppa di casa) - vegeterian with lentes, beans, garbanzo seeds, groats - excellent!! Very good courses - traditional pasta with truffle (mushroom) and traditional pasta with tomato and basil. Excellent local sagrantino wine (2020). Grilled vegetables - not in the league of other courses.

04/10/2025: A very beautiful and well-kept traditional restaurant, you arrive after a long hello. The entire menu is gluten-free, and the prices are fair. Special mention goes to the owner, a colorful and handsome man.

12/10/2025: A top-notch restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian recipes, revisited but not overdone. The service is very friendly and courteous. The prices are truly reasonable. The atmosphere is truly family-friendly. I highly recommend it.

26/09/2025: It's in an excellent location. At the foot of Assisi, yet in a quiet spot away from traffic. Family-run. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Quality breakfast and dinner. Beautiful rooms, excellent cleanliness. We'll definitely return.

11/10/2025: It wasn't just a simple dinner, but a truly wonderful experience, served with taste, elegance, and sobriety. A refined location, a warm atmosphere, and a beautiful table setting. The menu is intriguing, and the service and attention are impeccable. They pampered us all evening and made us feel at home. The menu is varied and never boring, the food is excellent and artfully presented. The wine list is beautiful. Great attention was paid to food intolerances and/or special requests. Excellent value for money. We'll be back soon!

09/10/2025: Dinner with colleagues, with some suspicions about a restaurant with a very (too?) ambitious name. But what? And yet, it turned out to be a temple of taste, hospitality, and care. The people who welcomed and served us during dinner poured all their passion into making this a magical experience, far beyond the extraordinary quality of the dishes prepared for us. Samples were also prepared for those who hadn't ordered a starter or dessert, making the dinner a true social gathering where, at no point, no one was excluded from participating. Every suggestion and every small gesture aimed to make our dinner a special moment. Coming to Spoleto and not having lunch or dinner at Tempio could be a missed opportunity.

21/10/2025: We really enjoyed our stay! The place is amazing, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The local wine was excellent, the host was lovely and available at any time, and the restaurant recommendations in the area were excellent.

18/10/2025: Family owned restaurant in the heart of Citta della Pieve, never disappoints kind, warm, professional and friendly service. In the colder months it's nice to be downstairs in front of the log fired oven. Great steaks perfectly cooked to your choice - red is best and not for the faint hearted. Solid selection if good Italian wines. What's not to love ❤️

06/10/2025: A lovely restaurant nestled in the beautiful Umbrian countryside between Montefalco and Spoleto! A dream location! Authentic flavors, friendly staff, but in my opinion, the prices are way too high! It's practically comparable to cities like Milan, Rome, and Venice. For an €80 lunch for two in Umbria, including two appetizers, two main courses, two glasses of wine, and two coffees, that seems like a lot!

05/10/2025: I took a trip to Umbria in early September. I have to say this was my favorite restaurant. The staff was truly warm and welcoming, offering you a glass of wine as soon as you sat down. The appetizers were simple but thoughtful, and the first and second courses were excellent! I highly recommend this place.

30/09/2025: The BEST MEAL we had after spending 3 full days in Assisi!!! We got awful experiences in other places, and, like a miracle, during our last dinner we found this AWESOME restaurant!!!’ We didn’t have reservations, so we started walking around the door before 19:30h (that’s when they open for dinner). So glad they could accommodate us! If you are in Assisi, it’s better to be safe than sorry: Book your table, you will not regret it! I will keep wonderful memories from this dinner! Food is beyond words. Service is the friendliest you will find anywhere you go. TOP!!!! 🔝 💯

12/10/2025: The restaurant is very nice and quiet...the service is excellent...note for the Trevi oil which is very good....we ate very well, the appetizer accompanied by torta al testo...a sublime black celery parmigiana...and an excellent tagliata...with delicious truffle...top house wine...

08/10/2025: Welcoming and clean restaurant! The waiters and owner Fabio are friendly and available to answer any questions you may have! I have to tell you one little flaw, though: 😁 Put some rubber pads under the chairs!

28/09/2025: We went to this place on Thursday night. We had two excellent first courses. The Umbricelli alla norcina. A beautiful dish to look at and plentiful. Absolutely tasty and well-balanced in flavors 😋. The dessert was also excellent 🍨 we had the Rocciata. A typical Umbrian dessert, truly delicious. The lady who served us was kind and very professional. Highly recommended!
