Nice surprise. Something I didn't know. A small platter of local charcuterie and excellent local cheese. Served with a glass of very good white wine: What more could you ask for👍👍🤗🤗🍷🍷🧂😋😋

Definitely one of the best restaurants we visited during our entire vacation along the Via Francigena! Simply delicious, and you can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into it. Even the locals eat here, a huge testament to the quality. Wonderful food and a feeling of being right at home. Simply fantastic and so delicious, thank you so much for a truly wonderful, authentic evening!! 🤤😍❤️

Found by chance during a visit to Bolsena, and dare I say, how lucky! Exceptional porchetta sandwich, with the option to add ingredients of your choice based on what's available at the time, such as eggplant, pecorino cheese, and other vegetables, all strictly homemade. Very pleasant house wine and more than fair prices. Just thinking about the porchetta rind still makes my mouth water 🤤. PS: I appreciated the Olympian calm in making the sandwiches; if you're in a hurry, go to a fast food restaurant 😘.

12/06/2026: A delightful little place, with a beautiful courtyard where you can dine under a pergola. The food is very good and plentiful, though it's a shame about the waiters: they're professional and fast, but a smile would have been appreciated. The same goes for the owner.
