17/07/2025: Siamo in questa zona per la prima volta, abbiamo trovato questo ristorante sulla guida del gambero di qualche anno fa e poi ci siamo fidati delle tante recensioni positive e abbiamo fatto bene. Tutti i piatti sono ottimi e ben presentati. Molto gradita la formula del menu degustazione a prezzo fisso ma con scelta libera dei piatti. Io ho scelto tutti piatti a base di pesce, antipasto tartare di trota e salmerino, spaghetti di gragnano con crema di ortiche e acciughe del cantabrico, come secondo salmerino. L'altra persona ha preso sformato di erbe selvatiche e marmellata di pomodoro e formaggio fuso, ravioli di cervo e di secondo filetto di maiale con crema di topinambur, semifreddo al pistacchio con caramello salato. Il locale è aperto anche a pranzo nonostante alcune informazioni su internet menzionano apertura solo la sera. Il locale è molto grazioso e accogliente, i tavoli sono apparecchiati con gusto. E' un ristorante da provare se siete in zona, davvero consigliato a chi ama mangiare piatti preparati con cura, materia prima di ottima qualità, presentati in maniera piacevole pur senza inutili fronzoli. Non abbiamo fatto foto, mi dispiace.

15/07/2025: Small but intimate, welcoming, and family-friendly. The ladies in the dining room are truly polite, kind, and professional. Dinner was truly special! The appetizer was a delicate cod mousse, the tagliolini with venison and pork cheek were truly excellent!! The homemade bread is heavenly! Excellent service! Highly recommended. 💯

12/07/2025: Old convent renovated with a very well -kept and beautiful restaurant. You can breathe the history of the place and mild temperatures given the altitude (approx. 800 m). Very good food and impeccable service.

It is worth coming to this place, now very dated and lost among the "marshes" of the Po to savor the true flavors of the local sea. Price appropriate for the food but not for the venue.

02/01/2025: Since I got my dog ​​taken from the kennel and very fearful, I created an IG page sendingwithpennypenny to give advice to those like me who travel with their own 🐕. I have tested many structures but this one is truly special... and this is thanks to Nicoletta, the owner of the Solasna farmhouse. She has a particular empathy and sensitivity that manages to put any type of customer at ease, especially furry customers! Excellent cuisine, simple rooms but with everything you need and lots of outdoor space! Location in Val di Sole close to Madonna di Campiglio, Malè and the beautiful Val di Rabbi. Highly recommended for couples, families with children and of course with furry friends in tow. Congratulations Nicoletta, in what you do we can see the love and dedication you feel for your structure. See you soon!

01/01/2025: I went to this farmhouse for the first time at the end of year dinner. It was a pleasant surprise: the environment was beautiful, warm and welcoming; excellent food and excellent presentation; Very kind, friendly and all female staff. Super satisfied, I highly recommend it!!

23/06/2025: 2025-06-23 - My wife Manola, I and our big dog Bacco can only give 5 stars for every category!!! Exceptional welcome, exceptional food, exceptional location - what more can I say! Highly recommended to everyone - with children, without children, with animals, without animals!!! There are cows, sheep, pigs.. all kept in a fantastic way!!! From Romagna with fury!

23/06/2025: Attracted by the excellent reviews, we booked a table for 2. Although the food was good, unfortunately the experience was not really up to par. Terrible service, very slow... unkind and almost annoyed staff.... After 50 minutes of waiting they finally brought us at least the menu which is very confusing, as the dishes are written all together, with no distinction between appetizers, first/second courses and no dessert. Out of 3 appetizers, 2 were not available,... and other changes to the menu and off-menu puatti (super banal dishes...) explained hastily by word of mouth. For two diners they were unable to bring the first course at the same time. ...something must have gone haywire in the kitchen....but it is not acceptable, especially if it is not excused, and indeed you feel "unwelcomed". I really don't think we will return.

13/06/2025: We had lunch on a weekday, we found this restaurant by chance in Cavalese, in a small alley in the center. Justina welcomed us kindly but with the typical discretion of these places. The menu had the right number of courses, all very local, without overdoing the imagination and without giving useless imaginative names. For those who are not meat lovers, some fish dishes. Giustina is also a great sommelier who recommended an excellent wine, also from the area, with an excellent bouquet but with a good price. The price paid per person was around €27 for a super satisfying lunch and with an excellent wine. Ps. Exceptional goulash and a revisited tiramisu (by the pastry chef daughter) with caramelized pears. Just a small tip, the contemporary Italian music (perhaps too contemporary) clashed with the wonder of the place and the goodness of the dishes. Total rating: 10 😉

29/06/2025: A friendly welcome, but unfortunately, we were seated in the basement. Delicious main courses (Misto Faggio and Parpadelle Venison), but very small portions and not hot enough. €2 cover per person, missing information on the menu.

29/06/2025: After booking I was given a small table behind the door in a dark corner. To try to see something I was given a small light on the table that at the end of the evening ran out so we finished eating with the light of the phones. To have the first course we waited 45 minutes even though we were the first to arrive at the restaurant. The food is decent. Nothing exceptional. I strongly advise against the meat with berries because it tastes of vinegar. The portions seriously need to be reviewed and the prices are crazy. Moral of the story: 2 adults and a child, I spent 160 euros (we didn't take wine!) and when we left we had to go to another restaurant because my son was hungry.
