31/05/2026: Restaurant: We dined at the Maniero and we rate it very highly. The location is quaint and the atmosphere is refined: six of us had a private room reserved for us. The staff was truly friendly, kind, and attentive to our needs. With a small child, they took care to prepare everything we needed (high chair, cup, and spoon). The food was good and tasty, served with good wine. Highly recommended.

28/04/2026: A traditional restaurant, renovated with exposed vaulted ceilings. The main dining room and private rooms are both welcoming and original. The staff is friendly. Excellent pizzas, especially the basic dough. A refined restaurant.

07/04/2026: If you're passing through Val di Sole, stop by Vecchia Macina: it's one of those places that stays with you. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere embraces you: the scent of wood and rustic elegance immediately makes you know you're in the right place to unwind. The food is divine (the venison tartare is out of this world, and the first courses taste like real mountains), but what really makes the difference is the restaurant's soul. A special thanks goes to the two young ladies who looked after us: it's rare to find staff so young yet so knowledgeable. They were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and able to offer advice on every dish. They make you feel like a welcome guest, not just a customer. In short, well done everyone: excellent cuisine and a heartwarming welcome. We'll definitely be back!

27/04/2026: A lovely hotel, the room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the balcony offered a fantastic view, regardless of which direction the room faced. The mattresses and pillows were wonderful, guaranteeing a restful sleep. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food in the restaurant is highly recommended, and there's always something going on in the bar and on the terrace – all in all, Italy at its finest. There's also a large parking lot and spaces for motorcycles.

17/04/2026: Cantuccio is a pleasant rediscovery. After not being there for a few years, I returned and had a wonderful meal. The waitress also recommended a very good bottle of wine, reasonably priced (which I later found in a supermarket for a little less than the price we paid at the restaurant). My only complaint is the ravioli: perhaps there was a bit too much truffle and cheese for my personal taste, which overpowered the meat flavor. The portions were generous and the price was fair overall for dinner. I highly recommend this place!

17/03/2026: We had a wonderful meal. We were two friends on a ski break. I recommend the Paganella plate, a sampling of their specialties. It cost €24 per portion, and initially it seemed a bit pricey, but given its abundance and deliciousness, it was definitely worth it. I also recommend the strudel to anyone who likes it. It's plentiful and delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is very fast. I'll definitely be back.

21/04/2026: The food was absolutely delicious and would have deserved full marks on its own. Unfortunately, the service couldn't keep up at all. We arrived a few minutes before the official opening time of 7 p.m. On the positive side, we were immediately offered a complimentary drink, which, of course, was later charged. We were then politely shown to our table. After that, however, the service deteriorated significantly. The head waiter seemed inattentive and not particularly friendly. An order was forgotten, empty bread went unnoticed, and no one checked on our drinks, even though they had been empty for more than ten minutes. We had to actively call for the waiter. It was also baffling that the Parmesan was removed mid-meal. Another waiter tried his best, but apparently wasn't responsible for our table. In conclusion: The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing to the point of being poor. For me, it's a maximum of 2.5 out of 5 stars, as the food was impressive, but the service fell far short of the standard one would expect from a good restaurant.

05/04/2026: A very spacious venue suitable for all ceremonies, with prompt and impeccable service and a great focus on customer service. The food was excellent, and the welcome platter was very welcome, especially the game specialties. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: We booked for 8:00 PM, and they had no problem seating us half an hour early. Very kind and helpful staff, exceptional food, and convenient for a stroll into town to burn off some energy. Highly recommended!

31/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria with a wide selection of pizzas. Good pizza, excellent dough, and perfectly cooked. We even found a table by calling last minute, but it wasn't high season. During the summer or winter months, or on weekends, it's definitely best to book. Average value for money.

20/03/2026: The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The food is highly refined and carefully prepared. The price charged for the oven-roasted local Tomahawk beef (selected without being told the price, as it was "off-menu") is not acceptable. The price charged was the equivalent of €150/kg, a frankly excessive request, despite the dish being well received.
