15/03/2025: Vi blev rekommenderade El Pael av vårt hotell som också bokade bord åt oss. Åt Tenderloin och den var perfekt tillagad enligt våra önskemål. Pistage tiramisu till efterrätt var gudomlig. Vi blev så nöjda på torsdagskvällen att vi direkt bokade bord till fredagskvällen innan vi lämnade restaurangen. Andra kvällen blev det Flapsteak och den var nästan ännu bättre. Vi var väldigt nöjda med den trevliga personalen och ägarfamiljen som själva jobbade med serveringen och rekommenderade viner, man märker att de verkligen ville göra vårt besök till en minnesvärd upplevelse trots att vi bara var två gamla kompisar som ville äta gott och prata gamla minnen. Jag var här en gång för tio år sedan och redan då var det den bästa matupplevelsen i Canazei. /Marcus

20/05/2025: We came across this restaurant for lunch during a trip and were really thrilled! Every dish we tried was truly delicious, prepared with care and with top-quality ingredients. One aspect that particularly struck us was the wide selection of gluten-free dishes, a real panacea for our celiac daughter. It's not always easy to find such valid and varied options, so a special applause for this attention! The prices are also more than fair for the quality offered. Absolutely recommended for those looking for an excellent lunch, with an eye also for specific dietary needs. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises again!

05/06/2025: Climb to the top to eat a typical Trentino Strudel, the boy behind the counter is about to take the whole cake and cut me a slice, but the Business Woman on duty intervenes and stops him and tells him to give me the one on display that was dried up and unfortunately was no longer good. Good, very good, so good that next time I'll go somewhere else.

21/04/2025: Ristorante immerso nel verde, vicino a Sopramonte con una vista incantevole sulla città di Trento. Locale molto accogliente e tranquillo, ideale per gustarsi una cena in tranquillità. Menù vario e Piatti molto curati con ingredienti di qualità. Che dire… abbiamo cenato molto bene e ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie per la vostra gentilezza e cortesia.

18/05/2025: Excellent Trattoria where you can taste different dishes, offered every day with careful and vast mastery, in my case a dish in the photo such as tortelli in butter and sage impeccable. A simple but really good dish in fresh pasta. I highly recommend, it is located in the main street of Folgaria.

02/01/2025: Since I got my dog ​​taken from the kennel and very fearful, I created an IG page sendingwithpennypenny to give advice to those like me who travel with their own 🐕. I have tested many structures but this one is truly special... and this is thanks to Nicoletta, the owner of the Solasna farmhouse. She has a particular empathy and sensitivity that manages to put any type of customer at ease, especially furry customers! Excellent cuisine, simple rooms but with everything you need and lots of outdoor space! Location in Val di Sole close to Madonna di Campiglio, Malè and the beautiful Val di Rabbi. Highly recommended for couples, families with children and of course with furry friends in tow. 11/05/2025: Very bad experience Trusting in the good reviews we went to this little restaurant in the center of Cavalese. The environment is welcoming but the cuisine was very disappointing. Tasteless spaghetti with clams, drained without being creamed and with the cooking water still on the bottom... furthermore, the bottarga was missing even though it was indicated on the menu. Prices quite high Not recommended

Piatti eccellenti, porzioni generose e un'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Hanno anche molti piatti del giorno fuori menù che arricchiscono ulteriormente la proposta. Abbiamo acquistato la grappa della casa, davvero particolare! Una tappa imperdibile se si è in zona!
