18/02/2025: Booked by telephone, when we arrived we were immediately received and directed to the table. The staff was courteous and smiling all the time and was always ready to accommodate all our requests, the food is of a very high quality, we did not order wine, but we dined with aperitifs, Americano and spritz. In the heart of Pistoia, this restaurant is a safe haven if you want a respectable food and wine experience. We will definitely return and if you pass through Pistoia don't miss the opportunity to try it, you won't regret it. The only thing I would recommend to the management, given the target customer base, would be a nice digital menu with an attached payment system from the table which in my opinion would be greatly appreciated. For the rest, hats off and they all deserve 5 stars!!! Well done and keep going!

28/01/2025: Five of us went to dinner on Thursday, we were alone, first I had the prisoner's soup, there was only broth and very little tripe and zero lampredotto. For the second course I took the peposo which was hard, cold and a small portion. The tiramisu was good, we spent €40 in my opinion, it was thrown away.

14/01/2025: A good restaurant in Pistoia where you can stop if you are in these parts... it is close to the center and the location is very nice and welcoming. The staff is welcoming and kind in describing their menu. you will be spoiled for choice... Although personally the dishes should be a little more abundant... I recommend the house wine which is excellent

The food is of excellent quality, there is a great choice but for greedy people like me the desserts here are truly the best. The waiters are also kind and smiling which is always a pleasure. Price consistent with quality. We will return again

Ambiente accogliente, lo staff è attento e velocissimo, trasmettono il piacere di fare bene il loro lavoro. Si spende il giusto, Lo consiglio vivamente.

14/01/2025: One of those places you go with high expectations, where you expect to be "pampered", eat and drink well (it has a remarkable wine cellar with a wide choice) and... and meets expectations! I've been there for lunch, for dinner, during the week and on weekends. You feel at home, trained staff who serve you at the table, pamper you with care and courtesy and high-level cuisine, skilled hands who know how to work quality raw materials Well done, really good!
