03/11/2025: A charming, rustic, and welcoming osteria, with few frills, just like the food. We had lunch/dinner three days in a row, because it was worth it! High-quality meat and cured meats, the delicious mushrooms and truffles, the corned tongue meatballs, the pork rosticciana, the ciancia, and finally the tart and castagnaccio were top-notch. The service was courteous, friendly, and quick. Great value. Recommended.

13/11/2025: A wonderful restaurant; I always visit it when I'm in Montecatini. The meat (steak) and Toscana antipasti and prosciutto with cheese are delicious. If you add some house (local) Toscana wine, it'll only cost €100 for three. I highly recommend it. The service is always friendly, it's a family-run restaurant, and they pay close attention to quality. We celebrated my sister's birthday here today. We asked for a good seat, and they gave us a seat by the fireplace. 😍 Thank you. However, for some reason, the restaurant doesn't offer a small birthday cake. You should reconsider that.
24/10/2025: The place is very nice and large. We went at night. The view is very pretty, but I recommend going during the day for a better view. They have seating both inside and outside. The food was delicious. We ordered a prosciutto platter as antipasti, which was excellent. Then we ordered pastas (ragu ravioli and fettuccine with mushrooms), which were also well-made. The portion sizes were perfect. We didn't like the dessert as much. A kind of dark chocolate pancotta was a little overcooked for my taste. We had a very nice wine. We found the wine list a bit steep.
The service was good.
I recommend it for the price/quality ratio.

09/11/2025: Small but welcoming, just a few steps from the Duomo, it's a typical Tuscan osteria like those of the past. The dishes are cooked using authentic, original recipes and excellent ingredients. My Pappa al Pomodoro and Cacio e Pepe are exceptional. The desserts and wine are good. The attentive service and friendly staff are also excellent. The prices are also good. You can find them in Amsterdam and New York.

08/12/2025: Lunch on December 8th, there were four of us, and we chose the €40 menu. Everything was delicious, rustic, and plentiful. The food was so good we'll be back and bringing more friends. See you next time.
03/11/2025: Typical Tuscan cuisine, excellent from appetizers to desserts. The coffee is good, and even the bitter liqueur that bears their name is delicious and has a lovely herbal flavor. The view is also beautiful.

21/11/2025: The food at Rafanelli's is always good, and the drinks are even better, if you can stop the sommelier from bouncing from table to table with little substance. It's always crowded, which on the one hand is a sign of excellence, but on the other, it can be a bit noisy. Prices are always above average.

16/11/2025: One of the best restaurants I've eaten at in recent years. Incredible appetizers, hair-raising first courses. Pici all'aglione, I dream about it at night! Wow!

28/10/2025: We had a really good meal. I'd been there 25 years ago, and I have to say that it has proven itself time and time again as a place where you eat well. The atmosphere is family-friendly, the place is well-kept, elegant, and clean, with qualified and friendly staff!
I highly recommend it.
26/10/2025: This was our first time at this restaurant and we had a great time. The food was excellent, and the steak was exceptional. The fried mushrooms were excellent. The staff were friendly. It's a quaint place. We'll be back.

19/10/2025: We had a good time except for a small problem with a starter, which was resolved immediately and with extreme kindness by the table staff. Otherwise, the food is good and the price is right, excellent value for money. If the company isn't the best, read what you find on the walls and it will be a turning point for your evening. I had a lot of fun, it's definitely a place worth returning to.

Such a beautiful, cozy restaurant with truly good, authentic food.
The service was excellent. Although the friendly waitress didn't speak English well, she tried to understand our requests and served me my simple pasta with tomato sauce (even though it wasn't on the menu). The pasta was divine, and my husband's entrecôte was also perfect. This is authentic Italian cuisine, just the way we like it!

16/11/2025: We went for the food, so I can't comment on the B&B service. We ate divinely, quality dishes, both tasty and beautifully plated. Lovely atmosphere with a private room and unique decor. We will definitely be back, perhaps to try the fish dishes. Impeccable service. We ate two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, wine, water, bitters and sweets, and spent €140.
