19/07/2026: Cant say we've ever been to a restaurant where blocks of beef were rolled out to review the amount to cut!
We ordered everything from the menu from primi to contorni. We really enjoyed everything - pasta was cooked perfectly, meats were perfect temperature, desserts tasted homemade. Both wines tried were reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend!
11/07/2026: Every time I come to Monsummano, it's a must! One of my all-time favorite restaurants! The meat is excellent in all its preparations, and the staff always gives excellent recommendations!

31/05/2026: Excellent lunch in terms of quality, quantity, and service. We've been there many times and it's never disappointed. The setting is also superb, in the heart of the Svizzera Pesciatina. Highly recommended!
We've been back, and I can confirm everything above!
25/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Sandrino's. The set menu included a porcini mushroom first course, a hare first course, followed by wild boar stew with olives and steak. Everything was wonderful.

03/06/2026: We visited this restaurant for the first time. We had the Florentine steak, appetizers, and dessert. The steak was superb! The waiter matched the perfect Tuscan wine. The service was fast and beautiful. The service was polite. We read the reviews and don't understand those who gave it one star. We're one of those customers who find fault with a fork being placed incorrectly. We found no fault here!
02/06/2026: Excellent experience! We ate very well, with traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with care and using quality ingredients.
Attentive and professional service, and friendly and helpful staff made lunch or dinner even more enjoyable.
A must-have for anyone seeking authentic Tuscan cuisine. Recommended!

12/04/2026: We are two pilgrims from Piedmont who were fortunate enough to enjoy the dishes at this restaurant. We ordered ribollita and cod, along with a sampling of the house desserts. This was, without a doubt, the restaurant that served us the best food since we set out from Florence.
04/04/2026: We went to this restaurant for the first time, recommended by friends, what can I say, the food is good, the artichoke is delicious, the wine is the same... Only one flaw, the atmosphere would be nice and typical of the countryside but alas, cleanliness, this unknown!

Didn't seem particularly glad to have eight travel-weary Americans with minimal language capabilities drop in but, that's probably to be expected. Pleasant enough for the most part though, and definitely top food.
24/05/2026: Never a problem. Mushrooms, steak, and game like few others.
A well-stocked wine cellar, and Alessandro, the perfect companion.

The view is fantastic, you eat in total relaxation.
19/05/2026: Really delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Pasta and meat dishes are tasty and cooked to perfection. The place is a hidden gem worth driving to and mostly frequented by locals. Book a table otherwise you will drive in vain.

01/07/2026: A pleasant place with indoor and outdoor seating. Good quality food. The house wine is a local Chianti. Try the Fiorentina steak, truly delicious!

01/07/2026: I had a good pizza. The service was fast, even though it was a weekday and there weren't many people. The restaurant has a medium-sized private parking lot. I had no problem parking that evening. The prices were fair.

18/05/2026: Very welcoming place, with high levels of courtesy and professionalism. The staff knows how to pamper customers. The Oste 1938 appetizer is delicious (a selection of cured meats, cheeses, and a few crostini), not to mention the ravioli with burrata, pesto, and cherry tomatoes. Highly recommended! Excellent value for money. The only flaw is the music is a bit too loud for a restaurant.
10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, fast service, and friendly staff. We ate very well. The cacciucco was delicious, and the meat, the house specialty, was excellent.
We spent €45 each for appetizers, a main course, a medium beer, and coffee.
I wanted to save money by ordering the tasting menu.
