06/04/2026: Wonderful experience in Bolgheri at the Enoteca di Centro 😃 The beef tartare was extraordinary. The Maltagliati with duck ragù and spaghetti with black truffle, all exceptional. Anna welcomed us with excellent service. In addition to her kindness and professionalism, she recommended a Bolgheri red that perfectly accompanied this Easter Monday lunch.

We were delighted to eat at Cacio e Vino again and enjoy the passion and love with which their dishes are prepared. Thank you for the long chat; it was lovely chatting with you! :) _______ August 2025 - We stopped for a quick pizza and pasta. The owners were very kind. Perfect location.

07/04/2026: We were in Bolgheri on Easter Sunday, and even though we showed up at 2:00 PM, Davide welcomed us with kindness and courtesy. The dishes we chose were excellent, and the price was reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.

09/03/2026: Booked a table for 2 at 19:00 on Monday 9th March as they had no other time's available. We drove from Pisa to eat here and it was completely closed and all the lights off.

18/04/2026: The waiter, either Francesco or Federico—sorry, I don't remember his name—was amazing. He served us very well, made us laugh, and fed us deliciously, despite it being a tourist spot. We'd be happy to come back!!!

26/01/2026: I organized a surprise dinner for my wife's birthday. Luca immediately made himself available to organize and manage the guests' various allergies and dietary needs. We easily agreed on the menu, wine, and table settings, and every need was met. During the evening, everything ran perfectly: the beautiful location in the vaulted brick room was reserved exclusively for us, and the attention and service were excellent. The food was enjoyed by everyone, and the food issues were handled with excellence. Expectations were not only met but definitely exceeded. Thank you and congratulations! We will definitely be back this spring to enjoy the outdoor seating. P.S.: The ricotta and spinach tortellacci with oil, pepper, and pecorino cheese were EXTREMELY EXCELLENT!!!

07/04/2026: A wonderful evening in this quaint Tuscan restaurant. There were 12 of us, adults and children, and we were all thrilled: the crostini, the platters, the pappardelle with wild boar, the tortelli, and the wild boar stew—all truly excellent. The only downside was the tablecloth and napkins: the use of non-woven (synthetic disposable) took away some of the poetry from such an authentic setting. In a place like this, cotton would be the perfect choice for elegance and sustainability. Overall, a highly recommended culinary experience!

23/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, very popular with locals. Returning from a walk in the hills, we were pleasantly greeted, even though it was already close to closing time, with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. Everything was delicious, and speaking with the chef, you immediately sensed he was kind and capable. I hope to return very soon.
