25/03/2025: Dopo una mattinata passata per lavoro in una ditta con sede nelle vicinanze, con alcuni colleghi ci siamo recati in questo locale per il pranzo ed una semplice pausa di lavoro si è trasformata in una piacevole degustazione di ottimi piatti. Le ricette sono tutte stuzzicanti e coi miei colleghi ci siamo goduti molti dei piatti tipici che ci hanno consigliato. Il locale è molto ordinato e pulito, la carta dei vini invita ad accompagnare i piatti con quelli locali e siamo rimasti contenti e soddisfatti. non vediamo l'ora della prossima riunione di lavoro per tornare, molto consigliato

07/06/2025: Io sono trooooppo affezionato a questo posto. Ogni qualvolta mi trovo a Firenze è tappa fissa. Cibo autentico e buonissimo. Qualità prezzo top. Ma ciò che fa la differenza, lasciatemelo dire, è la gente che porta avanti questa splendida “bottega”. Massimiliano, gabry e tutta la squadra….Mio posto del cuore a Firenze.

05/05/2025: Allá Vecchia Bettola está fuera de la trampa turística en Florencia - vale la pena dejar el centro y salir aquí. Nos encantó todo y la oportunidad de visitar otras partes de Florencia. La comida es maravillosa - el servicio y el ambiente también. Si tuviéramos la oportunidad y nos quedamos más tiempo en la zona, sin duda habríamos vuelto para otra cena o almuerzo.

22/06/2025: We happened upon this Trattoria by chance, I must say it was really good. We had: 1 bruschetta with liver and truffle, 1 Tuscan ragu pici, 1 pappardelle with white ragu and 1 of pici all'aglione, one of baked potatoes, all excellent and abundant dishes!!! Very kind staff. I recommend

28/06/2025: The temperature management of the restaurant didn’t make a lot of sense; the AC was on but all the doors and windows were open so it was really hot. The pizzas were really good and the antipasti selection was great but the pasta sauce tasted like it came from a bottle and the pasta was very undercooked. Service was ok, all the waiters looked like school kids and they had big umbrellas in the courtyard which blocked any moving air.

17/06/2025: The courtyard is wonderful, the food is good, for the service I put 1 star only because the toilet was indecent: it is not possible that in such a prestigious place that represents us the toilet is so dirty. Every 15 minutes someone should clean it properly, it is really a discordant note unfortunately that cannot be ignored. Unacceptable.

04/08/2025: Fuldstændig fantastisk mad! Noget af det bedste hjemmelavet pasta, vi har fået i Italien. Så skøn, afslappende stemning og fantastisk betjening. Selvom vi havde vores 1-årige med, var der plads og overskud til det. De havde desværre kun åbent til frokost i weekenden, ellers havde vi været der flere dage i ugen!

25/05/2025: Abbiamo prenotato 10 minuti prima di arrivare, c'era posto solo nel piccolo cortile, vista cucina; una cucina molto grande in proporzione al locale, con un tavolone centrale molto grande. Nel cestino del pane 3 tipi diversi e una focaccia integrale, tutti molto buoni, preceduti da un entrèe fatta da grissini artigianali con una delicatissima maionese e un bicchierino di buon vermouth (strana scelta). Un antipasto da dividere, con sformatini, polpette, crostini (molto buona l'aringa che è opzionale), tutto ben fatto, porzione media. Gnocchi all'ortica e ravioli veramente ben fatti, equilibrio dei sapori su ci spicca il protagonista (nel mio caso l'ortica). Trippa buonissima e stracotto direi eccellente, porzioni discrete. Servizio gentile e disinvolto, niente falsi sorrisi. L'impressione è che si lavori bene con un impegno quasi naturale, che rispecchia lo stile estetico del locale, rustico e raffinato, intimo e amichevole. Siccome mi pare tutto troppo liscio mi sa che, per il bene della ricerca, dovrò tornare per vedere se è stata solo fortuna, per forza!

24/05/2025: Locale incantevole seppur informale, che trasmette un sapore di autenticità, tra ricercatezza delle portate e genuinità dei prodotti. La cura dei dettagli e la tranquillità dell'ambiente bucolico lo rendono un luogo speciale per serate romantiche.

16/05/2025: Tutto buono, tutto bello, peccato per l’amara sorpresa a poche ore dall’aperitivo…. Ho passato la notte in bagno, forse qualcosa era avariato. Mi chiedo se sia capitato anche ad altri o se sia stata solo sfortuna…

14/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per i 50 anni di mia moglie. Cena in famiglia con le nostre due figlie. Grande cena, ottima qualità delle varie portate e altra nota di merito quantità abbondanti. Servizio impeccabile, mia moglie è stata benissimo. Ristoranti di questo livello in zona non ce ne sono e il conto è sempre molto onesto in rapporto alla qualità. La location è uno spettacolo, il parcheggio molto grande e comodo. Non era la prima volta che mangiavamo in questo ristorante e ci ritorneremo appena possibile. Vogliamo provare anche la loro apericena che sicuramente ci soddisferà. A presto. Bravi e grazie

03/08/2025: Horrible service, from the check-in with the host to the terrible waiter. Worst we’ve ever experienced in Florence. Food was decent but no better than any of the hundreds of other places you can go in this area. After all of the rudeness and poor service, our waiter had the gall to tell us that service wasn’t included (it WAS, at 4.50 pp) and BLOCKED us from leaving the table until we handed him cash. Unreal. STAY AWAY.

24/04/2025: Il Tirabuscio’ es un restaurante Michelin Bib en la pequeña ciudad toscana de Bibbiena a unos 40 minutos al norte de Arezzo y aproximadamente una hora al este de Florencia. A pesar de su ubicación en “La Compagna”, merece la pena comer en este restaurante. La decoración es una mezcla de la Toscana clásica con algunos toques muy modernos. Pude hablar con los dos jefes que eran muy amables y ciertamente talentosos. Uno puede ver el menú en línea, pero yo tenía Raviolini con Anitra (pato) que estaba delicioso. Esto fue procedido por un plato de carnes toscanas y crostini. No hay “Vino di Casa”, pero hay una buena selección de vinos tintos y blancos a precios razonables. Los precios de todos los elementos del menú son más bajos de lo que uno esperaría para tal calidad. En resumen, ”si mangia bene e si paga poco! ”

10/04/2025: In un locale semplice, nel pieno del centro storico, con un servizio attento e gentile, si possono gustare dei piatti particolari di ottima qualità: dalla tartare di trota, agli gnocchi fatti con patate e fagioli, ad un agnello veramente eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!!

28/06/2025: An experience not to be repeated! Let's leave aside the location that we already knew wasn't that great... But as Tuscans, going to a typical Tuscan trattoria (among other things quite well-known in the area) created a minimum of positive expectations. The disappointment began with the long wait. And the restaurant had less than half the seats... But let's leave that aside too.. We ordered for two: a first course to split, a glass of wine, a steak with porcini mushrooms for two... Nothing more. First course passable. Second course not up to par. Steak overcooked, dry, anything but tender and not very tasty. The remaining minimum expectations had already been betrayed but the SCANDALOUS thing was the bill. €204! Consider that 4 porcini mushrooms and the burnt and overcooked steak for two people cost €177 (€135 for the steak and €42 for the porcini mushrooms). The bill was outrageous, not appropriate to what we ate and made us definitively close to a place that does not deserve the name it has (or that someone remembers it had).

25/06/2025: A nice place but above all very clean. Food The STEAK as it should be done to the rules of art, perfect in every way!!!!!! Side dishes Excellent grilled porcini mushroom and the classic bean perfect too. A good honest and not very demanding Chianti. It has a very important cellar.

28/06/2025: Thirty-year customers of the place.. done baptisms, communions etc... excellent traditional Tuscan food, as excellent the quality/price ratio. The location a little dated but the service is always ready and available. Large parking lot and garden. If you want to eat well I recommend!

21/06/2025: It's not a starred place and who cares, you eat like at home or rather like we used to eat at my grandfather's house in Pergine. €25 per person 1.5 l of wine, one water, two Tuscan appetizers, two nettle and parmesan ravioli, one tagliatelle with ragù and roast turned for three, two portions of fried flowers and one of roasted potatoes, they also brought us another portion of fried flowers because for them, the two portions were small. Two desserts, three coffees and three Amma coffees. If I really have to find a sore point, I would have cooked the roasted potatoes more. Thank you for your kindness and service.

02/08/2025: Nice place, great welcome, and fast, efficient service. The owner, who is also the chief, is really friendly and attentive. The value for money is truly excellent. We'll be back.

02/08/2025: We went to eat there and each ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The pizzas tasted like the frozen ones from the supermarket: almost no flavor, soft dough, and completely white underneath, as if it had just been reheated and put on a plate. We expected a freshly made pizza, well-cooked and with minimal flavor, but instead we found ourselves eating something we could easily have reheated at home. The bill was also quite high, more than you'd pay at a real pizzeria where the pizza is truly good. We won't be back, nor would we recommend it.

04/05/2025: Beautiful osteria in the heart of Massa Marittima, with outdoor tables overlooking Piazza del Duomo. Friendliness and simplicity are their strong points, good cuisine, good wine list with interesting local proposals.

22/04/2025: Non è la prima volta che visitiamo questo posto. Oltre ad aver mangiato benissimo, perché la cucina di Mariliana non delude mai, siamo stati accolti e serviti col sorriso e pure le nostre piccole bimbe sono state benissimo. Alla prossima!
