06/01/2025: A guarantee!!! You eat divinely. I've tasted almost everything and I couldn't choose which dish is my favorite. .. the tartare, the crunchy octopus, the cod, the linguine with cuttlefish ink, not to mention the duck foie gras. And one of the best restaurants in Florence. Everything is meticulously cared for and thought out to perfection. The desserts are all worth tasting, delicious and unique. Excellent selection of wines. The staff are very professional and attentive to every detail but without feeling their presence excessively. The prices are really low for the quality of the cuisine and the service. 💯💯💯

02/01/2025: Got the 5 course meal belcore experience. We thought it was 57eu for 2 people which the waiter told us but the manager corrected us later that it was 57eu per person. Nonetheless we didn’t mind the cost as it was worth the money. Food was delicious. I loved the beef tartare (first time to eat raw meat like that) and squid ink pasta. I didn’t like the cocoa pasta coz the filling tasted like tuna spread. The orange cheesecake for dessert was really good. I had mine to-go because i was so full.

07/01/2025: We found this spot by accident after visiting the statue of David and before heading over to the Duomo. Just walking around, we decided to stop in for lunch. It's really excellent and was one of the best places we ate in all of Tuscany. The Ravioli Al Limone (with truffle cream sauce) is AMAZING. If you don't get anything else there, get that.

15/12/2024: Florence is not known for its seafood but my girlfriend loves seafood so we had to go to this place. It was a real pleasure. The service was really good - the waiting staff was friendly, talked about the place, where they got their fish, the theme etc. The actual food (especially the swet shrimp & salt baked fish) were so amazing - would highly recommend going to this place again

26/12/2024: Wonderful family run restaurant in Tuscany. I had the pleasure of chatting with Marco the owner and getting to know him and the family. They put so much love and effort into the experience, it really shows! I had the olive oil tasting which was sensational and the chicken which was juicy, spicy and delicious. The wine was wonderful and the service was some of the best you’ll receive in Italy!

07/01/2025: Excellent popular restaurant where you can eat local home cooking! The chestnut and mushroom soup, the peposo and the oxtail, the chestnut panna cotta with must reduction, we won't talk about it... exceptional! when I return to Piancastagnaio we will see each other again!!

11/11/2024: Sunday afternoon lunch on the terrace in the November sun. Drank Tuscan rose and had a delicious meal. Nice little town to walk through after dinner.

27/12/2024: Everything was fine here, we had not made a reservation in September, but despite that we were still allowed to join. Service top, explanation of the menu top, food great. Price, quality and quantity in perfect balance.

24/12/2024: Spectacular lunch in this restaurant in Montescudaio surrounded by greenery between the Pisan and Livorne countryside. You can park along the street or private parking! We were here to celebrate a birthday with friends... they were very nice and during dessert one of the chefs sang "happy birthday" to the guests... Excellent Tuscan appetizer with cold cuts, croutons, tomato soup, flans, cheeses and tartare... the first courses are delicious. The meat was really excellent! Excellent wine they produce and the oil they produce is amazing!!! The desserts are also excellent.. The staff is really very courteous and they are all nice... this is something very important in my opinion!!! In summer, an outdoor terrace for dining outside.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️

18/11/2024: Un bellissimo ristorantino all'interno di una casetta su due piani: la bellissima sala con caminetto al piano inferiore, la cucina a quello superiore. Ottimo servizio, disponibilità, gentilezza e splendido umorismo da buon oste toscano. Cibi buona ma potrebbero osare di più, manca un pò di spinta toscana. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

The excellent quality products cooked divinely with combinations that delighted the palate. The expense was equally balanced with everything we ate. 08/01/2025: We were lucky enough to have dinner at this restaurant on Sunday 5 January. Simply fantastic! The kindness of the waiter and owner is truly unique and the dishes left us truly satisfied. Honorable mention for their cheesecake with salted caramel topping, but equally exceptional were the Tuscan crostini and the first ones we took. A thousand thanks!!!
