29/03/2025: I entered by chance, attracted by the menu on display. I feared an environment too chic, I was with the PC leaving directly from work. I found perhaps the first example of a refined restaurant but at the same time welcoming and that makes you feel at home. Very affordable prices compared to the high quality of the food.

13/04/2025: Un accueil impeccable, on nous a offert un verre de proseco à notre arrivée et un de limoncello en partant. Nourriture délicieuse. Nous avions pris les raviolis au citron (un délice) , tagliata de bœuf et pâtes à la viande (sublimes) Petit plus pour les parents : table à langer + chaise haute disponible Attention par contre : réservation obligatoire.

31/03/2025: Finalmente anche io faccio parte di chi ha avuto il piacere di cenare da Luciano... persona squisita... a cui faccio i miei più sinceri complimenti... che dire... cucina eccezionale.. prodotti fatti in casa e si vede... prezzo stracciato per un menu fisso di 30 euro dall'antipasto al caffè... non c'è discussione...posso solo aggiungere una info per chi si appresta ad andare per la prima volta... potrebbe succedere che google maps prima di giungere su al paese vi chieda di svoltare a sx per una salita ripidissima.. poiché trovandosi in pieno centro non è possibile accedere con la macchina... procedete per circa 700-800 mt circa ci sono due ampi parcheggi sulla dx... in cima vedrete la torre.. arrivate lì a piedi sulla sx c'è una strada tipica di un centro cittadino farete 50mt a dx si trova la trattoria...e buon appetito...

13/04/2025: First experience of this Osteria and we appreciated the complimentary sparkling wine and vegetable flan offered to us while waiting for the dishes. We opted for an appetizer and a second course with side dish; for the wine the preference was for a local producer from Guardistallo, despite the numerous wineries present in the vicinity such as Bolgheri, Casale Marittimo, Montescudaio which are better known, the curiosity was to taste a "remarkable blend" of well-known wines (for the Sangiovese in the "Chianti") but with the presence of others ordered (over the years) individually and never tasted together in a riot of flavors mixed artfully (% targeted with mastery); given the 2018 vintage and the alcohol content, it surprised all the guests (I wouldn't have said it at a first taste, ditto for the following ones, persistent and delicate taste at the same time and with an intense aroma). Starter with a puff pastry with pâté, honey, walnuts and Volterra pecorino for the ladies and for "us" a trio of mini appetizers which included; quail egg with truffle, wild boar salami, ravioli with liver pâté (if I remember correctly), vegetable flan with melted cheese, raw ham with rocket and parmesan (very tasty and with a long and refined taste). For the second courses: jugged wild boar for us (very good even if I preferred the "less dry" inside of the meat but, with the cooking sauce it was appreciated regardless); instead for the ladies, sweet and strong Maremma wild boar (with chocolate, this combination is much appreciated). Baked potatoes with rosemary (perfectly cooked), sautéed vegetables and fried vegetables as a side dish. Fruit sorbet and Bischeri cake for dessert. Finally the coffee (very good). Small but very clean toilet. Excellent lunch and at an average cost, certainly worth returning and recommending.

14/04/2025: I went for dinner on Friday night and was lucky enough to find a place for 2 free by booking the same day close to dinner Staff including the two owners who, despite the place being trendy and always full, personally take care of the well-being and happiness of the customer Really honest prices despite the place being in the center of Bologna, in a historic building and with absolutely refined furnishings Outstanding food starting from the game-based aperitif and a truly curated selection of wines Highly recommended

We ordered the steak tartar as a starter, and as a first course the meat with potatoes and the fish of the day with vegetables, and everything was very good. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff very kind. Pasquale was very nice to us.

17/04/2025: Sono rimasta davvero colpita da questo ristorante: ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro, sia per la presentazione curatissima che per il gusto eccezionale. Le combinazioni di sapori sono originali e mai banali, si percepisce una grande ricerca dietro ogni proposta del menù. L’attenzione ai dettagli è notevole, sia nei piatti che nell’atmosfera generale del locale. Anche il personale è stato gentilissimo e super simpatico, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Un’esperienza che consiglio assolutamente!
