18/08/2025: My family and I had lunch at this wonderful place. Beautiful location, impeccable service, top-notch food. We stopped by chance, intrigued, and even though the place was fully booked, the owner was kind enough to find us a table and accommodate us. We ate divinely, paid a fair bill commensurate with the impeccable quality of the food, and enjoyed complimentary coffee at the end of the meal. I recommend it 100% and hope to return soon.

14/08/2025: Definitely delicious meal with modest portions. Since the the place is not that spacious they serve food on social table. You share the table with others and they serve all the food almost at once so fast they can accommodate another customers.

03/09/2025: An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! The dishes are carefully prepared, tasty, and generous; you can really feel the passion in the kitchen. The wines are excellent, very well chosen, and at very affordable prices, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. The service is remarkable: fast, attentive, always with a smile and great kindness. What's more, the waiters speak English, which is a real plus for visitors. The setting is equally charming: friendly, welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. It's the kind of place you want to return to again and again, whether as a couple or with friends. And the best part? The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the service. A real gem not to be missed!

10/08/2025: Highly recommended! It's close to the tourist area, but don't think this is one of the typical traps. Amazing food on a very high level! The waiter spoke both Italian, English and German fluently and the service was definitely 5 stars across the board! Super fresh seafood, really really good grilled fish, soooo tasty pasta. Definitely try the bruschetta a la chef with fish and the octopus salad! Delicious pistachio cream as desert! Only downside was the noisy street right next us when sitting outside - not really something they can influence. Ask the waiter for recommendations too, they know their stuff! Could not have asked for a better place for our last night on Sicily! (also only a bit pricier for us because we had two bottles of wine 😅)

19/08/2025: We ate here for our last night in Catania and it didn’t disappoint. There is a lovely courtyard area behind the restaurant which is very charming. The Carbonara and Seafood pasta were delicious. Highly recommend.

14/07/2025: Our vacation began at this restaurant, and it was a blessing. Excellent food, a traditional atmosphere, and the typical kindness of Sicilians, who have big hearts. The seafood appetizer was very good; I highly recommend the spaghetti with squid ink. If you're not sure what to order for dessert, I recommend a lovely bowl of fresh cherries—much better than many commercial desserts! First of all: don't come if you're in a hurry or looking for a fancy place. If you want to eat well, meet nice people, and have a real experience, this is the place for you.

10/08/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it. We tried the €24 appetizer for two, consisting of 10 courses: five were nice, but the other five seemed like they were just filling. For example, the green salad was inedible, the cheese was extremely dry, and there were figs with balsamic vinegar, a combination I don't understand how it could be included in an appetizer. We also had the French fries, but they were soft and tasted like they'd been soaked in water: completely inedible. For the main courses: the donkey meat was good, but with so much vinegar that it was inedible; the two fillets with gorgonzola, one cooked well and one requested medium, arrived with the main course practically raw. The chicken breast, on the other hand, was extremely dry. At the end, they offered us limoncello with some biscuits, but they weren't good either.

14/06/2025: Really panoramic place, spectacular pizza and very kind staff. I recommend it if you want to eat a pizza or maybe taste the fabulous cutting boards accompanied by a light piped music and a pleasant coolness.

12/06/2025: Tonight we went to eat at this place. A little skeptical when we arrived, but then ... excellent dinner, very clean place, very kind and hospitable owners. Appetizers, pizza and meat of the highest quality ... what can I say 🥰🥰🥰🥰 value for money I couldn't find better, thanks again, I will definitely return 🫶

12/08/2025: The food and service were excellent. Among the appetizers, I particularly enjoyed the ricotta fritters. It's a shame I didn't get to try the horse meatballs, which weren't available the night I visited.

15/08/2025: I'd like to share my experience at this restaurant with you. The appetizers were subpar...very salty olives, frozen products...the fried Tuma cheese. The Florentine steak was very tough and full of fat. The dining room was very hot because it was far from the air conditioning. The wine list was good, including the liquor list.
